技术领域
本发明涉及了防水卷材领域,具体的说,涉及了一种免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材及其制备与施工方法。
背景技术
防水卷材主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的一种可卷曲成卷状的柔性建材产品。预铺防水卷材是指结构混凝土直接浇捣在防水卷材上,卷材的自粘层与混凝土产生很好粘结性,达到预铺反粘效果的防水卷材。在施工工程往往需要防水卷材进行搭接,为了保证防水性能,通常要进行火烤过之后才能施工,这种施工方法,不仅施工效率低,能耗也比较高,一旦火源使用不当,还有可能会造生火灾。
为了解决以上存在的问题,人们一直在寻求一种理想的技术解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,从而提供一种免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材及其制备与施工方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材,包括胎基、设置于胎基表面的改性沥青层、设置上层改性沥青层的PET隔离膜和细砂层、设置下层改性沥青层的PET隔离膜和PE薄膜;位于上层的PET隔离膜和位于下层的PET隔离膜分别位于卷材的两侧且宽度相等。
基于上述,以质量份数计,所述改性沥青层的原料包括:70#沥青80-150份、芳烃油50-100份、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯10-20份、环烷油10-30份、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯10-30份、丁苯橡胶10-20份、萜烯树脂8-20份、聚乙烯蜡2-8份、石粉40-70份、抗氧化剂0.5-2份、紫外线吸收剂0.5-2份。
基于上述,所述70#沥青的软化点≥47℃,开口式闪点>260℃,蒸馏法测得含蜡量≤2.2%。
基于上述,所述芳烃油中芳香烃含量70%以上,饱和烃含量20%以上,主要包括苯、甲苯、二甲苯和乙苯;所述环烷油中芳烃含量大于6%,饱和烃含量大于87%。
基于上述,所述丁苯橡胶相对密度为0.9-0.95,固形物含量26%-42%。
基于上述,所述萜烯树脂为黄色透明,脆性的热塑性固体,分子式为(C10H16)n,平均分子量为650-1250。
基于上述,所述石粉主要包括碳酸钙、滑石粉、石英粉,粒径为600-800目,所述细沙为金刚砂,粒径为20-40目。
一种所述免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:将70#沥青、环烷油和芳烃油混合加热至130-140℃;边搅拌边加入苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯、SBR丁苯橡胶和萜烯树脂,加热至180℃,熬制0.5h;保温状态下,缓慢加入聚乙烯蜡、石粉、抗氧化剂和紫外线吸收剂,混合均匀,熬制0.5-2h,得到改性沥青;将改性沥青涂覆于胎基表面,得到卷材半成品,在卷材半成品的上表面左侧贴上PET隔离膜,右侧覆盖细砂;在卷材半成品的下表面左侧贴上PE薄膜,右侧贴PET隔离膜,得到免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材;其中,防水卷材的上表面和下表面PET隔离膜的宽度为8-12cm。
一种所述免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材的施工方法,其包括以下步骤:先用预铺卷材确定铺置点,然后用胶粘剂每隔一米确定一个点,先铺一层防水卷材,然后确定另一层防水卷材位置,相邻防水卷材的隔离模重叠形成搭接结构,同时拉出相邻防水卷材中,其中一侧防水卷材下表面的PET隔离膜和另一侧防水卷材上表面的PET隔离膜,搭接位置的中间空气稀少形成吸附力,相邻防水卷材的侧边自动粘附,同时用滚轴压实。
本发明相对现有技术具有突出的实质性特点和显著进步,具体的说,本发明提供一种免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材及其制备与施工方法。该预铺防水卷材在施工过程中无需加热,不仅降低能耗、安全环保,还能提高施工效率,避免由于火源应用不当造成火灾,同时,本发明还提供了该预铺防水卷材的制备和施工方法。同时,在改性沥青中添加聚乙烯蜡和丁苯橡胶,利用其碳碳双键的作用,有效提高结合力,增强改性沥青层的粘结性能。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材,包括胎基、设置于胎基表面的改性沥青层、设置上层改性沥青层的PET隔离膜和细砂层、设置下层改性沥青层的PET隔离膜和PE薄膜;位于上层的PET隔离膜和位于下层的PET隔离膜分别位于卷材的两侧且宽度相等。
在其中一个实施例中,以质量份数计,所述改性沥青层的原料包括:70#沥青100份、芳烃油80份、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯15份、环烷油20份、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯20份、丁苯橡胶15份、萜烯树脂10份、聚乙烯蜡6份、石粉60份、抗氧化剂1份、紫外线吸收剂1份。

经检测,以上制得的免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材符合标准GB/T23457-2017。

在其他的实施例中,所述改性沥青层的原料包括:70#沥青80份、芳烃油50份、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯10份、环烷油10份、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯10份、丁苯橡胶10份、萜烯树脂8份、聚乙烯蜡8份、石粉70份、抗氧化剂2份、紫外线吸收剂0.5份。

Claims (9)
1.一种免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材,其特征在于:包括胎基、设置于胎基表面的改性沥青层、设置上层改性沥青层的PET隔离膜和细砂层、设置下层改性沥青层的PET隔离膜和PE薄膜;位于上层的PET隔离膜和位于下层的PET隔离膜分别位于卷材的两侧且宽度相等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材,其特征在于,以质量份数计,所述改性沥青层的原料包括:70#沥青80-150份、芳烃油50-100份、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯10-20份、环烷油10-30份、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯10-30份、丁苯橡胶10-20份、萜烯树脂8-20份、聚乙烯蜡2-8份、石粉40-70份、抗氧化剂0.5-2份、紫外线吸收剂0.5-2份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材,其特征在于:所述70#沥青的软化点≥47℃,开口式闪点>260℃,蒸馏法测得含蜡量≤2.2%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材,其特征在于:所述芳烃油中芳香烃含量70%以上,饱和烃含量20%以上,主要包括苯、甲苯、二甲苯和乙苯;所述环烷油中芳烃含量大于6%,饱和烃含量大于87%。
5.根据权利要求2所述的免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材,其特征在于,所述丁苯橡胶相对密度为0.9-0.95,固形物含量26%-42%。
6.根据权利要求2所述的免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材,其特征在于,所述萜烯树脂为黄色透明,脆性的热塑性固体,分子式为(C10H16)n,平均分子量为650-1250。
7.根据权利要求2所述的免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材,其特征在于,所述石粉主要包括碳酸钙、滑石粉、石英粉,粒径为600-800目,所述细沙为金刚砂,粒径为20-40目。
8.一种权利要求1-7任一项所述免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:将70#沥青、环烷油和芳烃油混合加热至130-140℃;边搅拌边加入苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯、丁苯橡胶和萜烯树脂,加热至180℃,熬制0.5h;保温状态下,缓慢加入聚乙烯蜡、石粉、抗氧化剂和紫外线吸收剂,混合均匀,熬制0.5-2h,得到改性沥青;将改性沥青涂覆于胎基表面,得到卷材半成品,在卷材半成品的上表面左侧贴上PET隔离膜,右侧覆盖细砂;在卷材半成品的下表面左侧贴上PE薄膜,右侧贴PET隔离膜,得到免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材;其中,防水卷材的上表面和下表面PET隔离膜的宽度为8-12cm。
9.一种权利要求1-7所述免打保护层自锁式预铺防水卷材的施工方法,其包括以下步骤:先用预铺卷材确定铺置点,然后用胶粘剂每隔一米确定一个点,先铺一层防水卷材,然后确定另一层防水卷材位置,相邻防水卷材的隔离模重叠形成搭接结构,同时拉出相邻防水卷材中,其中一侧防水卷材下表面的PET隔离膜和另一侧防水卷材上表面的PET隔离膜,搭接位置的中间空气稀少形成吸附力,相邻防水卷材的侧边自动粘附,同时用滚轴压实。
