Abstract
本发明涉及胶水领域的石墨烯无机纳米墙体涂料,该配方包括如下重量份数的物质:水20~50份,石墨烯0.5~5份,防腐填料3~5份,抗氧剂0.2~0.6份,钝化剂0.5~1.3份,分散剂2~6份,磷酸盐胶黏剂10~60份,碳化硅5~20份,防沉剂3~9份,烯酸20~30份,溶剂2~5份,纳米二氧化钛5~10份,成膜剂10~35份,色剂0.5~2份。使涂层极大地提高了石墨烯在分散介质中的分散性和稳定性,使石墨烯在涂料中能够均匀稳定地长期存在。石墨烯的二维层片结构,均匀分散在石墨烯改性无机防腐涂料中,与涂料中的防腐填料堆叠,使石墨烯改性无机防腐涂层具有良好的屏蔽和防腐性能,具有优异的太阳反射率,而且提高涂膜对墙体的附着力,不易使涂层脱离。

技术领域
本发明涉及墙体涂料领域,具体涉及用于石墨烯无机纳米墙体涂料。
背景技术
在建筑隔热材料中,隔热涂层因施工简单,操作方便、隔热效果较好等优点而备受人们关注。建筑物、粮仓、储油罐、临时厂房、工业设备等长时间暴露在阳光下,其在阳光的照射下外表面温度升高,尤其在夏天,由于外表面温度的升高,会有大量的热量传入室内,而石墨烯无机纳米墙体涂料通过涂料自身的高热阻来阻止热能传导的的一种涂料,是属于厚膜涂料。这种涂料成膜后,涂膜中充满着孔隙,干涂膜的密度很低,所以具有很好的隔热保温性能,阻隔型隔热涂料的隔热效果与涂料涂膜的厚度有密切关連,其主要成份为无机物,故无毒无味,长期被应用在外墙的隔热保温。
虽然这类涂料正朝向普通建筑保温方向转变,但其吸湿绿大、附着力差、装饰性差的问题尚待解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决以上缺陷,提供石墨烯无机纳米墙体涂料,使其具有良好的隔热保温效果,还提高了涂料对墙体的附着力,提供多种色彩方案。

石油树脂5~10份,粘土2~4份。

上述说明中,作为优选的方案,该石墨烯无机纳米墙体涂料还包括如下重量份数的物质:
纳米氮化硼材料纳米粉体,0.2~0.6份,纳米二氧化硅0.1~0.3份。
本发明所产生的有益效果是:使石墨烯附带有稳定的亲溶剂基团,极大地提高了石墨烯在分散介质中的分散性和稳定性,使石墨烯在涂料中能够均匀稳定地长期存在。石墨烯的二维层片结构,均匀分散在石墨烯改性无机防腐涂料中,与涂料中的防腐填料相辅相成,或相互搭接,或相互堆叠,填充在无机胶黏剂构建的无机骨架中,形成致密的屏蔽层,抑制氧气、氯离子、水分子等腐蚀因子进入,从而使石墨烯改性无机防腐涂层具有良好的屏蔽效果和防腐性能,同时其表面张力低、疏水性好、耐老化性强、交,具有优异的太阳反射率、红外发射率,其反射功能、隔热效率、隔热持久性优于传统的隔热反射涂料,而且还有效提高涂膜对墙体的附着力,不易使涂层脱离。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本实施例用于石墨烯无机纳米墙体涂料,该配方包括如下重量份数的物质:
石墨烯附带有稳定的亲溶剂基团,极大地提高了石墨烯在分散介质中的分散性和稳定性,使石墨烯在涂料中能够均匀稳定地长期存在。石墨烯的二维层片结构,均匀分散在石墨烯改性无机防腐涂料中,与涂料中的防腐填料相辅相成,或相互搭接,或相互堆叠,填充在无机胶黏剂构建的无机骨架中,形成致密的屏蔽层,抑制氧气、氯离子、水分子等腐蚀因子进入,从而使石墨烯改性无机防腐涂层具有良好的屏蔽效果和防腐性能,同时其表面张力低、疏水性好、耐老化性强、交,具有优异的太阳反射率、红外发射率,其反射功能、隔热效率、隔热持久性优于传统的隔热反射涂料,而且还有效提高涂膜对墙体的附着力,不易使涂层脱离。
