1. A method of shipping and transporting a jacket, comprising the steps of:
the structure and the stress condition of an insertion tip of a jacket and the jacking and transporting space of a self-propelled modular flat car are integrated, and the structure of a shipping and transporting tool is determined, so that the shipping and transporting tool is provided with a cavity which allows a cone of the insertion tip to pass through and limits a transition plate of the insertion tip to pass through;
the static load and the dynamic load of the jacket in the shipping transportation process are integrated, and the size specification and the material of each position of the shipping transportation tool are determined;
manufacturing the shipping transportation tool according to the structure, the dimension and the material of the shipping transportation tool;
transporting the shipping transportation tool to the position of the upright jacket, closing the shipping transportation tool, and enabling the vertebral body to penetrate through the cavity;
and marking a gravity center datum line of the self-propelled modular flat car according to a design stress position, positioning the self-propelled modular flat car at the lower part of the shipping transportation tool according to the datum line, lifting the self-propelled modular flat car so that the shipping transportation tool supports the transition plate, and transporting the shipping transportation tool and the jacket onto a transportation ship through the self-propelled modular flat car to finish the shipping transportation of the jacket.
2. The jacket shipping and transporting method of claim 1, wherein said shipping and transporting tooling includes two correspondingly disposed support frames;
and transporting the shipping transportation tool to the position of the erected jacket, closing the shipping transportation tool, enabling the cone to penetrate through the cavity, supporting the shipping transportation tool to pass through the transition plate, approaching the two support frames, and welding the two support frames intermittently to realize the folding of the shipping transportation tool.
3. The method for shipping a jacket according to claim 2, further comprising the steps of, after completing the shipping transportation of the jacket:
and moving out the self-propelled modular flat car, removing the connection between the two support frames, transferring the two support frames to the position of the next jacket to be shipped, and continuing to ship the jacket to be shipped.

5. A method of shipping a jacket according to claim 2, wherein said support frame includes top and bottom panels spaced apart in parallel, side and end panels connecting said top and bottom panels, and a plurality of spacer panels;
in the step of manufacturing the shipping transportation tool according to the structure, the dimension and the material of the shipping transportation tool,
carrying out plate splicing and scribing by taking the bottom plate as a tire, positioning the partition plate according to the scribing position, and sequentially positioning the end plate and the side plate;
after the positioning is finished, performing welding operation, namely performing vertical seam welding and then performing transverse seam welding;
and controlling the horizontal precision of the top plate and the bottom plate within +/-3 mm during welding.
