As shown in fig. 1, the front and rear sides of the upper end of the garbage can 1 are fixedly connected with the supporting plates 26, the can cover 2 is located between the two supporting plates 26, the front and rear ends of the can cover 2 are rotatably connected with the two supporting plates 26 through the second rotating shaft, the can cover 2 is convenient to rotate, so that ampoule bottles or plastic bottles can be conveniently placed into the garbage can 1, the upper ends of the left and right inner side walls of the garbage can 1 are fixedly connected with the material guide plates 19 which are obliquely arranged, the material guide plates are convenient to guide the placed ampoule bottles or plastic bottles, and the ampoule bottles or plastic bottles fall onto the first material distribution plate 3 or the second material distribution plate 4.

s4, if the medicine bottle is a plastic bottle, the plastic bottle falls on the first material distributing plate 3 and the second material distributing plate 4, the plastic bottle can be pushed leftwards through the extruding mechanism, when the plastic bottle is pushed to the leftmost side, the extruding plate 11 extrudes the plastic bottle, the plastic bottle is flattened, and meanwhile, residual medicine liquid in the plastic bottle is extruded;
s5, when the extrusion plate 11 moves rightwards after extrusion is finished, the plastic bottle and the liquid medicine drop downwards through the second feed opening, the plastic bottle falls into the left side of the interior of the solid material receiving box 6, and the liquid medicine falls into the liquid material receiving box 7 through the filter screen 21;
at the time of cleaning, S6, the solid material receiving box 6 and the liquid material receiving box 7 are respectively pulled out from the inside of the garbage can 1 and separated.
