Abstract
本发明提供一种肤感丝光3D效果柔软聚氨酯合成革,涉及聚氨酯合成革领域,包括聚氨酯树脂层,所述聚氨酯树脂层表面设置有纤维层,所述纤维层上方设置有对聚氨酯树脂层定型的基础层,且聚氨酯树脂层与基础层之间粘接有粘合层。本发明中第一布层、第二布层和第三布层通过外粘接层、内粘接层粘接为一体,对聚氨酯树脂层起到较为稳定的定型,纤维孔的开设使基础层在弯折变形过程中有充分的形变空间,避免基础层和聚氨酯树脂层的表面由于变形应力过大而产生无法恢复的褶皱,另外第一布层、第二布层和第三布层的设置便于多个主体拼接时,将相邻位置的第一布层、第二布层和第三布层对应剪切穿插,使连接部位强度大,也使连接部位不易开缝,美观度高。

本发明涉及聚氨酯合成革技术领域,尤其涉及一种肤感丝光3D效果柔软聚氨酯合成革。
背景技术
聚氨酯合成革属于聚氨酯弹性体的一类,具有光泽柔和、自然,手感柔软,真皮感强的外观,具有与基材粘接性能优异、抗磨损、耐挠曲、抗老化等优异的机械性能,同时还具备耐寒性好、透气、可洗涤、加工方便、价格优廉等优点,是天然皮革的最为理想的替代品。
为了提高合成革的使用效果,3D效果柔软聚氨酯合成革得到广泛应用,但这类合成革基本采用基布层涂覆聚氨酯材料制成,抗褶皱效果差,而且多个主体拼接不够牢固,拼接位置的美观性较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种肤感丝光3D效果柔软聚氨酯合成革,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:一种肤感丝光3D效果柔软聚氨酯合成革,包括聚氨酯树脂层,所述聚氨酯树脂层表面设置有纤维层,所述纤维层上方设置有对聚氨酯树脂层定型的基础层,且聚氨酯树脂层与基础层之间粘接有粘合层。
优选的,所述基础层包括第一布层、第二布层、第三布层、外粘接层、内粘接层、纤维孔,所述第一布层、第二布层和第三布层叠加设置,且第一布层、第二布层、第三布层之间分别粘接有内粘接层和外粘接层,所述第一布层、第二布层和第三布层表面均等距开设有纤维孔。
优选的,所述纤维孔呈长条状,所述第一布层、第二布层和第三布层表面的纤维孔位置交错。
优选的,所述纤维层采用聚氨酯纤维材料制成,且纤维层的网孔呈平面几何形状。
优选的,所述粘合层采用的是异氰酸酯胶,所述外粘接层和内粘接层均采用的是可剥胶。
优选的,所述第一布层靠近粘合层的一侧呈连续的波纹状。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中第一布层、第二布层和第三布层通过外粘接层、内粘接层粘接为一体,对聚氨酯树脂层起到较为稳定的定型,而且增加聚氨酯树脂层的变形复位效果,纤维孔的开设使基础层在弯折变形过程中有充分的形变空间,避免基础层和聚氨酯树脂层的表面由于变形应力过大而产生褶皱;
2、第一布层、第二布层和第三布层的设置便于多个主体拼接时,降相邻位置的第一布层、第二布层和第三布层对应剪切穿插,使连接部位强度大,也使连接部位不易开缝,美观度高。

下面结合附图描述本发明的具体实施例。
如图1所示,一种肤感丝光3D效果柔软聚氨酯合成革,包括聚氨酯树脂层1,所述聚氨酯树脂层1表面设置有纤维层4,所述纤维层4上方设置有对聚氨酯树脂层1定型的基础层3,且聚氨酯树脂层1与基础层3之间粘接有粘合层2。
通过粘合层2降聚氨酯树脂层1和基础层3粘接为一体,而纤维层4设置在聚氨酯树脂层1和粘合层2之间,且纤维层4是嵌入在聚氨酯树脂层1的表面,极大提高聚氨酯树脂层1的抗拉扯效果,而多层结构的基础层3不仅增加对聚氨酯树脂层1的定型效果,而且多个主体拼接时通过内部多层分割贴合,有效提高连接部位的强度。
如图2所示,所述基础层3包括第一布层31、第二布层32、第三布层33、外粘接层34、内粘接层35和纤维孔36,所述第一布层31、第二布层32和第三布层33叠加设置,且第一布层31、第二布层32、第三布层33之间分别粘接有内粘接层35和外粘接层34,所述第一布层31、第二布层32和第三布层33表面均等距开设有纤维孔36。
第一布层31、第二布层32和第三布层33通过外粘接层34、内粘接层35粘接为一体,对聚氨酯树脂层1起到较为稳定的定型,而且增加聚氨酯树脂层1的变形复位效果,纤维孔36的开设使基础层3在弯折变形过程中有充分的形变空间,避免基础层3和聚氨酯树脂层1的表面由于变形应力过大而产生褶皱,另外第一布层31、第二布层32和第三布层33的设置便于多个主体拼接时,降相邻位置的第一布层31、第二布层32和第三布层33对应剪切穿插,使连接部位强度大,也使连接部位不易开缝,美观度高;
例如,将左侧主体的第一布层31和第三布层33剪切一定长度,将右侧主体的第二布层32、粘合层2和聚氨酯树脂层1剪切相应长度,再进行第一布层31、第二布层32、第三布层33之间的交错粘接固定,有效提高拼接位置的连接强度。
另外,所述纤维孔36呈长条状,所述第一布层31、第二布层32和第三布层33表面的纤维孔36位置交错,长条状的纤维孔36方便使用者进行直线剪切第一布层31、第二布层32和第三布层33,而且第一布层31、第二布层32和第三布层33表面的纤维孔36位置交错,使基础层3内部的变形预留空间较为均匀,基础层3变形时抗褶皱效果更好。
如图3所示,所述纤维层4采用聚氨酯纤维材料制成,且纤维层4的网孔呈平面几何形状,使纤维层4与聚氨酯树脂层1结合度更高,有效提高聚氨酯树脂层1的抗拉扯强度。
优选的,所述粘合层2采用的是异氰酸酯胶,使粘合层2具有较高的活性,保障聚氨酯树脂层1和基础层3具有较大的粘接强度,所述外粘接层34和内粘接层35均采用的是可剥胶,对3进行加热,便于将第一布层31、第二布层32和第三布层33进行剥离,用于主体之间的修整连接。
其中,所述第一布层31靠近粘合层2的一侧呈连续的波纹状,增加基础层3与粘合层2的接触面积,从而提高连接强度。
工作原理:通过粘合层2降聚氨酯树脂层1和基础层3粘接为一体,而纤维层4设置在聚氨酯树脂层1和粘合层2之间,且纤维层4是嵌入在聚氨酯树脂层1的表面,极大提高聚氨酯树脂层1的抗拉扯效果,第一布层31、第二布层32和第三布层33通过外粘接层34、内粘接层35粘接为一体,对聚氨酯树脂层1起到较为稳定的定型,而且增加聚氨酯树脂层1的变形复位效果,纤维孔36的开设使基础层3在弯折变形过程中有充分的形变空间,避免基础层3和聚氨酯树脂层1的表面由于变形应力过大而产生褶皱,另外第一布层31、第二布层32和第三布层33的设置便于多个主体拼接时,降相邻位置的第一布层31、第二布层32和第三布层33对应剪切穿插,使连接部位强度大,也使连接部位不易开缝,美观度高。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种肤感丝光3D效果柔软聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于:所述基础层(3)包括第一布层(31)、第二布层(32)、第三布层(33)、外粘接层(34)、内粘接层(35)和纤维孔(36),所述第一布层(31)、第二布层(32)和第三布层(33)叠加设置,且第一布层(31)、第二布层(32)、第三布层(33)之间分别粘接有内粘接层(35)和外粘接层(34),所述第一布层(31)、第二布层(32)和第三布层(33)表面均等距开设有纤维孔(36)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种肤感丝光3D效果柔软聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于:所述纤维孔(36)呈长条状,所述第一布层(31)、第二布层(32)和第三布层(33)表面的纤维孔(36)位置交错。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种肤感丝光3D效果柔软聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于:所述纤维层(4)采用聚氨酯纤维材料制成,且纤维层(4)的网孔呈平面几何形状。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种肤感丝光3D效果柔软聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于:所述粘合层(2)采用的是异氰酸酯胶,所述外粘接层(34)和内粘接层(35)均采用的是可剥胶。
