Further, when detecting the mattress, the external air pump is fixed on the mounting hole opened on the left side of the mounting plate 401, then the connecting pipe 406 is connected through the air pipe, when the mattress passes from the lower side of the detecting dust removing system 4 to the right, the air is sent into the air feeder 405 through the air pipe and the connecting pipe 406 by the air pump, then the air feeder 405 transfers the air to the mattress through the air outlet hole on the lower surface, so that dust on the mattress can be blown rightwards, and transferred into the dust suction box 413, and simultaneously when the air sent by the air feeder 405 obliquely downwards blows on the film of the mattress, if a breakage gap exists on the film, at the moment, a large amount of air sent by the air feeder 405 is transferred into the mattress, so that the rotation of the shifting sheet roller 408 cannot be driven, and whether the mattress is broken or not can be judged by detecting the rotation of the shifting sheet roller 408 through the rotation sensor 409, the pulling sheet roller 408 is blown to rotate, then the third driving wheel 420 drives the brushing roller 411 to rotate through the fourth driving wheel 421, and then the brushing roller 411 rotates anticlockwise, so that the brushing roller 411 brushes dust on the mattress film, meanwhile, the dust is transferred into the dust suction box 413 under the action of wind sent out by the blower 405, then the dust is sucked through the plurality of dust suction sheets 415, the air is transferred out of the dust suction box 413 through the filter cloth 414, further, when the mattress film moves below the dry scrubbing strip 417 and the wet scrubbing strip 418, the film is wetted through the wet scrubbing strip 418, residual dust of the film is sucked, then water on the film is sucked through the dry scrubbing strip 417, and a small amount of residual dust is sucked, so that the dust on the film wrapped by the mattress can be completely removed, and the use experience of a carrier and a consumer is improved, further, the inclined plate 419 facilitates the transfer of dust into the dust box 413.
Further, when the mattress passes under the detection dust removing system 4 for the second time and the third time, the air blower 405 is inclined downwards further, that is, the detection dust removing system 4 detects the mattress and removes dust for the staff every time, the air blower 405 rotates clockwise by an angle, so that more air sent by the air blower 405 directly acts on the mattress, and transverse air is reduced, thus the detection capability of the damage of the mattress film can be enhanced, a tiny opening can be found, and the damage of the film is avoided, and the mattress is delivered to consumers.

Further, when the device resets, the moving and lifting system 2 drives the two bearing components to move from the right side to the left side of the first connecting frame 202, firstly, the multi-tooth rack 603 is driven to move to a height capable of meshing with the first gear 607, then, in the process that the bearing components move from the right side to the left side of the first connecting frame 202, the first gear 607 is driven by the multi-tooth rack 603 to rotate by the first gear 607, the fifth driving wheel 606 is driven by the first gear 607 through the second rotating rod 605, the sixth driving wheel 610 is driven by the fifth driving wheel 606 through the belt, and then the blower 405 is driven by the sixth driving wheel 610 through the first rotating rod 403 and the connecting seat 404 to rotate anticlockwise, and the blower 405 can be driven to return to the initial inclined state because the number of teeth of the multi-tooth rack 603 is three times that of the multi-tooth rack 603.
A detection device and a detection method for cracking of a dust-removing mattress wrapping film comprise the following working steps:
step one: placing the mattress into a mobile lifting system 2 by a worker;
step two: lifting the mattress upwards, and driving the mattress to move upwards by moving the lifting system 2 so as to drive the upper surface of the mattress to move to the height detected by the detecting and dust removing system 4;
step three: moving the mattress to the right, and driving the mattress to move to the right through the moving lifting system 2;
step four: detecting whether a film wrapped on the outer surface of the mattress is damaged or not, and detecting the damage condition of the mattress film by the dust removing system 4 while performing the step three;
step five: removing dust, and simultaneously removing dust on the mattress film by detecting the dust removing system 4;
step six: detecting again, when the crushing of the mattress film is not detected in the fourth step, driving the mattress to move downwards through the moving lifting system 2, driving the mattress to move leftwards, and repeating the third to fifth steps, otherwise executing the eighth step;
step seven: detecting again, when the fact that the mattress film is broken is not detected in the step six, driving the mattress to move downwards through the moving lifting system 2, driving the mattress to move leftwards, and repeating the step three to the step five, otherwise executing the step nine;
step eight: the mattress is removed and removed from the mobile lifting system 2.

the movable lifting system (2) comprises an electric push rod (201), a first connecting frame (202), a screw rod (203), a polished rod (204), a first driving wheel (210), a motor (211), a second driving wheel (212) and a bearing assembly; four electric push rods (201) are fixedly connected to four corners above the bottom plate (1); a first connecting frame (202) is connected above the four electric push rods (201) through bolts; the front part of the first connecting frame (202) is rotationally connected with a screw rod (203); the rear part of the first connecting frame (202) is fixedly connected with a polish rod (204); the outer surface of the screw rod (203) is in transmission connection with a bearing assembly; the outer surface of the polish rod (204) is connected with a bearing assembly in a sliding way; the right part of the screw rod (203) is fixedly connected with a first driving wheel (210); a motor (211) is arranged at the right part of the first connecting frame (202); the output shaft of the motor (211) is fixedly connected with a second driving wheel (212), and the outer ring surface of the second driving wheel (212) is in driving connection with the first driving wheel (210) through a belt;
the bearing assembly comprises a transmission sleeve (205), a sliding plate (206), a second connecting plate (207), a first limiting seat (208) and a second limiting seat (209); the bearing components are arranged at the left part above the first connecting frame (202), and the other bearing component is arranged at the middle left part above the first connecting frame (202); a transmission sleeve (205) is connected to the left side of the outer surface of the screw rod (203) in a transmission way; the left side of the outer surface of the polish rod (204) is connected with a sliding plate (206) in a sliding way; the top ends of the transmission sleeve (205) and the sliding plate (206) are connected with a second connecting plate (207) through bolts; a first limit seat (208) is arranged at the rear part of the second connecting plate (207); a second limiting seat (209) is arranged at the front part of the second connecting plate (207);
the detecting and dust removing system (4) comprises a mounting plate (401), a third connecting plate (402), a first rotating rod (403), a connecting seat (404), an air blower (405), a connecting pipe (406), a fourth connecting plate (407), a plectrum roller (408) and a rotating sensor (409); the upper parts of the four first connecting plates (3) are connected with mounting plates (401) through bolts; two third connecting plates (402) are fixedly connected to the left part below the mounting plate (401); the lower part of each third connecting plate (402) is rotatably connected with a first rotating rod (403); one side, close to each other, of the two first rotating rods (403) is fixedly connected with a connecting seat (404); the two connecting seats (404) are fixedly connected with an air blower (405); a connecting pipe (406) is fixedly connected to the middle part of the air blower (405); the left part in the mounting plate (401) is fixedly connected with two fourth connecting plates (407); a plectrum roller (408) is rotationally connected between the two fourth connecting plates (407); the front part of the plectrum roller (408) is connected with a rotation sensor (409), and the rotation sensor (409) is connected on a fourth connecting plate (407) positioned in front by bolts;
the detection dust removing system (4) further comprises a fifth connecting plate (410), a brushing roller (411), a connecting ring (412), a dust suction box body (413), filter cloth (414), a dust suction sheet (415), an L-shaped plate (416), a dry scrubbing strip (417), a wet scrubbing strip (418), an inclined plate (419), a third driving wheel (420) and a fourth driving wheel (421); the middle right part below the mounting plate (401) is fixedly connected with two fifth connecting plates (410); a brushing roller (411) is rotatably connected between the two fifth connecting plates (410); two connecting rings (412) are fixedly connected to the right part below the mounting plate (401); the two lower parts are fixedly connected with dust suction boxes (413); the upper part of the right side wall of the dust suction box body (413) is fixedly connected with a filter cloth (414); a plurality of dust collection sheets (415) are arranged in the dust collection box body (413); an L-shaped plate (416) is connected below the dust suction box body (413); a dry scrubbing strip (417) is arranged at the right part below the L-shaped plate (416); a wet scrubbing strip (418) is arranged at the left part below the L-shaped plate (416); an inclined plate (419) is fixedly connected to the left side of the bottom of the dust suction box body (413); the rear part of the plectrum roller (408) is fixedly connected with a third driving wheel (420); the rear part of the brushing roller (411) is fixedly connected with a fourth driving wheel (421), and the outer ring surface of the fourth driving wheel (421) is in driving connection with a third driving wheel (420) through a belt;
the method comprises the following working steps:
step one: placing the mattress into a mobile lifting system (2) by a worker;
step two: lifting the mattress upwards, and driving the mattress to move upwards by the moving lifting system (2), so as to drive the upper surface of the mattress to move to the height detected by the detecting and dust removing system (4);
step three: moving the mattress to the right, and driving the mattress to move to the right through a moving lifting system (2);
step four: detecting whether a film wrapped on the outer surface of the mattress is damaged or not, and detecting the damage condition of the mattress film by a detection dust removing system (4) while performing the step three;
step five: removing dust, and simultaneously removing dust on the mattress film by detecting the dust removing system (4);
step six: detecting again, when the crushing of the mattress film is not detected in the fourth step, driving the mattress to move downwards through the moving lifting system (2), then driving the mattress to move leftwards, and repeating the third to fifth steps, otherwise executing the eighth step;
step seven: detecting again, when the fact that the mattress film is broken is not detected in the step six, driving the mattress to move downwards through the moving lifting system (2), then driving the mattress to move leftwards, and repeating the step three to the step five, otherwise executing the step eight;
step eight: and taking out the mattress, and taking out the mattress from the movable lifting system (2).
