Technical Field

Background
The snap ring consists of an elastic curling strip at the inner layer and an outer layer wrapping the elastic curling strip. The elastic curling strip can automatically bend beyond the back and keep straight after being straightened, the back of the elastic curling strip can be gently flapped when the elastic curling strip is straight, the elastic curling strip can automatically curl towards the back, the elastic curling strip is generally a memory metal elastic sheet, and the memory metal elastic sheet is a steel sheet with a concave cross section and a force of curling towards the back.
In order to improve the aesthetic property of the snap ring, plush cloth is usually sleeved on the outer surface of an elastic curling strip, when the elastic curling strip is produced, part of burrs exist on the surface of the elastic curling strip, and due to the characteristic that the elastic curling strip is easy to bend, the burrs cannot be completely removed when the elastic curling strip is polished.

The invention provides a detection device for a children toy, aiming at overcoming the defects that when an elastic curling strip is produced, partial burrs exist on the surface of the elastic curling strip, the burrs cannot be completely removed when the elastic curling strip is polished due to the characteristic that the elastic curling strip is easy to bend, the wrist of a wearer is very easy to lacerate after being sleeved with plush cloth, the wrist of a child is weak and difficult to damage, serious consequences are caused, and meanwhile, the bending of the elastic curling strip can adapt to the size of the wrist, but equipment for detecting the clamping state of the elastic curling strip is lacked at present.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the detection device detects whether burrs exist on the elastic curling strip by utilizing the contact of the traction rope of the detector and the burrs on the elastic curling strip, straightens the curled elastic curling strip in the detection process, then curls the elastic curling strip on the arc-shaped plate and the round rod, utilizes the difference of the self-adaptive contraction capacity when the elastic curling strip is curled, and transfers and collects the elastic curling strip through the first push plate or the second push plate, thereby realizing the detection of the burr residual condition of the elastic curling strip and the clamping state of the elastic curling strip adapting to the wrist of a person.
