Description

Medicine for treating scald and its preparing method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medicine for treating scald and a preparation method thereof
Background
Burn and scald are the changes of human tissues caused by high temperature objects or heat radiation, and the causes of the burn and scald include flame, hot iron, boiling oil, boiled water, soup, electric arc, chemical substances and the like. The degree of injury is divided into four degrees from the pathological perspective, the first degree: blood is engorged by paralysis of blood vessels. And a second degree: forming a serum-filled burn blister. And a third degree: the tissue is necrotic. And fourth degree: charring the tissue; from the clinical dialectical point of view, three degrees are distinguished, namely: redness, pain, or significant tenderness, exudate or edema of the skin, but no blisters, is I degrees. The skin is blister, the bottom of blister is red or white, and is filled with clear and viscous liquid, and the blister is tender and sensitive, and becomes white at II degrees when being pressed. The skin surface is whitish, softened, and burst, or black, carbonized, and leather-like. It is noted that the third degree burn area is generally not painful as the skin is burned, because the nerve endings are damaged, but the necrotic tissue is erosive after several days, so several days often pass after the burn to distinguish deep second degree from third degree burns.
The existing medicines for treating burns have many functions, such as the functions of western medicines, namely inflammation diminishing, antibiosis and pain relieving, but the existing medicines have some defects, such as: has certain toxic and side effects, poor regeneration capability of promoting skin tissues of the wound surface of deep burn, undesirable effects of resisting infection and treating edema after burn and high price. Some traditional Chinese medicine burn ointments such as Jingwanhong, scald and fire wound infiltrating ointment, Meibao and the like represent Meibao, have obvious curative effect, but are only suitable for exposure therapy, and bring great inconvenience to life after the exposure therapy is used for patients with large area and trunk and four limbs because secretion of wound surfaces needs to be scraped for many times during use, so that patients feel painful. Some powder medicines are prepared by crushing and blending traditional Chinese medicines and then directly applying the traditional Chinese medicines on the wound surface, and granular traditional Chinese medicines can cause inflammatory reaction of the wound surface, so that the powder medicines have the defects of complicated use, slow absorption, poor effect and the like. In addition, the existing external-use burn medicine can only be applied to burns and scalds generally, and is not applicable to external wounds and some wounds after operation.
