The system for preparing a electrolyzed oxidizing water hydrogel formulation as defined in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein: firstly, setting pH, oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) and available chlorine data of a hydrogel preparation of acidic oxidation potential water to be prepared on a controller (1), setting respective weight proportion data of the acidic oxidation potential water, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, deacetylated chitin and sodium polyacrylate in the hydrogel preparation of the acidic oxidation potential water, starting a system, starting the controller (1) to start a feeder (5), respectively injecting the set sodium carboxymethylcellulose, deacetylated chitin and sodium polyacrylate into a hydrogel preparation mixing barrel (6) according to respective weight requirements, starting the acidic oxidation potential water generator (2) by the controller (1), producing the acidic oxidation potential water according to the set pH, oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) and available chlorine data, and producing the acidic oxidation potential water generator (2) according to the set weight requirement of the acidic oxidation potential water, producing acidic oxidation potential water and injecting the acidic oxidation potential water into a hydrogel preparation mixing barrel (6), then starting a stirrer (7) by a controller (1) to stir the mixture in the hydrogel preparation mixing barrel (6) for 3-10 minutes, then detecting the pH, ORP and available chlorine concentration data of the hydrogel preparation in the hydrogel preparation mixing barrel (6) by the controller (1) through an index detection device (8), if the pH data detected by the detection device (8) is within the range of 2.5-6.5, the available chlorine concentration data is within the range of 30-500 ppm, and the Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) data is more than or equal to 800mV, so that the hydrogel preparation of the prepared acidic oxidation potential water is qualified, starting a hydrogel preparation filling device (9) by the controller (1) to carry out finished product filling on the hydrogel preparation of the prepared acidic oxidation potential water, and if the pH, ORP and available chlorine concentration data of the hydrogel preparation detected by the detection device (8) are more than or equal to 800mV, If one of the ORP and available chlorine concentration data does not meet the above range requirement, the hydrogel formulation in the hydrogel formulation mixing tank (6) is completely discharged, the pH, oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) and available chlorine data of the hydrogel formulation of the electrolyzed oxidizing water are reset on the controller (1), and the relevant steps of the claim are repeated until the requirement is met.
