Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oral cavity tooth cleaning, in particular to a sand blasting powder composition and application thereof.
Background
Blasting tooth cleaning is the use of compressed gas (usually air) to lift the blasting powder to spray onto the tooth surface and to combine with the liquid medium (usually water) sprayed together to clean the tooth surface. The sand blasting powder is used as a main consumable material for sand blasting and tooth cleaning, various sand blasting powders have been developed by international main sand blasting powder manufacturers at present, and factors influencing the use effect of the sand blasting powder mainly comprise powder material hardness and powder particle size. The hardness of the powder material determines whether the material can be used for cleaning teeth, and the material is too soft and has poor cleaning effect, and the material is too hard and can damage the surface of the teeth.
Known types of blasting powders used are sodium bicarbonate, glycine, erythritol, etc. The classic tooth cleaning sandblasting powder is sodium bicarbonate, the cleaning efficiency is high, but the mouth feel is salty, the comfort level of a patient is poor, the salty taste of the sodium bicarbonate is covered by adding sugar or saccharin/saccharin salt to a commercially available product, the mouth feel is improved, the sugar is not suitable for diabetics and has cariogenic property, the salty taste of the sodium bicarbonate cannot be covered by the saccharin/saccharin salt under normal dosage, and the bitter taste can be caused by excessive dosage. The glycine sand blasting powder has lower hardness, slightly sweet taste and higher use comfort for patients, but has low cleaning efficiency and can not remove tartar and pigment. The erythritol sand powder integrates the advantages of the erythritol sand powder and the erythritol sand powder, and the erythritol sand powder has excellent performance. But the single variety of erythritol blasting powder is difficult to meet the diversified demands of doctors. The factors restrict the popularization and application of the sand blasting tooth cleaning technology to a certain extent.
Disclosure of Invention

Optionally, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the blasting powder composition is used in an amount of 0.5 to 3g per tooth.
The embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the sand blasting powder composition comprises powder, wherein the powder comprises tagatose, and the powder also comprises at least one of silicon dioxide, a bleaching agent, an analgesic agent, a bactericide and a seasoning additive. Compared with the traditional sodium bicarbonate-based sand powder, the tagatose-based sand powder or the tagatose added into the sodium bicarbonate-based sand powder can minimize the discomfort of patients and is healthier and more effective. The method is mainly characterized in that: 1. tagatose tastes sweet, while sodium bicarbonate tastes salty. 2. Compared with sugar added into sodium bicarbonate-based sand powder, the tagatose can not cause obvious changes of blood sugar and insulin levels for healthy people and diabetes type II patients, and can obviously inhibit the blood sugar rise of the diabetes patients caused by the intake of glucose. 3. Tagatose is not available to microorganisms in the oral cavity, does not lower the pH of dental plaque, and thus does not cause caries. 4. Tagatose can better cover or mask the salty taste of e.g. sodium bicarbonate, which is generally regarded as unpleasant, compared to saccharin/saccharin salts. Compared with the traditional glycine-based sand powder, the cleaning efficiency can be greatly improved by adding the tagatose. The sandblasting powder containing tagatose is less hygroscopic, improved in storage resistance and fluidity, storable for a long time and more flowable. In summary, the sandblasting powder composition provided by the application can effectively clean teeth, has good taste and no cariogenic property, thereby achieving the effects of comprehensively and comprehensively preventing and treating a series of oral problems such as tooth sensitivity, gingivitis, oral ulcer and the like.

Experimental example 1
To determine the cleaning efficiency of the comparative powders described above and the powders provided herein, tests were performed on the can coatings by means of a commercially available grit blasting combination equipment (ultrasonic grit blasting periodontal therapy instrument, woodpecker medical instruments ltd, Guilin): a 1cm x 1cm area of the can coating was treated with powder blasting until the coating was completely clean in that area. The time required for the measurement was measured. Each test was repeated ten times, taking the average, taking into account the statistical variations. The results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 cleaning efficiency of different powders
Table 1 results were analyzed: as can be seen from group 1, the cleaning efficiency of tagatose-based sanding powder is slightly higher than that of erythritol-based sanding powder; from group 2, it can be seen that the sodium bicarbonate-based sand powder has the highest cleaning efficiency, and the addition of tagatose in the sodium bicarbonate-based sand powder does not reduce the cleaning efficiency of sodium bicarbonate; from group 3, it can be seen that addition of tagatose to glycine-based sand powder can greatly improve the cleaning efficiency of glycine; from group 4, it is known that the addition of tagatose to erythritol-based granulated powder slightly improves the cleaning efficiency of erythritol.
Experimental example 2
To determine the hygroscopicity of the comparative powders described above and the powders provided herein, the experiments were carried out in open bottles in a climatic chamber set at an ambient temperature of 25 ℃ and a relative humidity of 93% for a period of 5 days (120 h). The water content of the powder was measured after the experiment was completed. The results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2 Water content of the different powders
The results in Table 2 were analyzed to show that: the sandblasted powder containing tagatose was less hygroscopic. In particular, from group 2, it is known that replacing saccharin sodium in sodium bicarbonate-based sand powder with tagatose greatly reduces the water content and still has a powder state, whereas known sodium bicarbonate-based sand powder mixed with saccharin sodium exhibits a substantial caking phenomenon and cannot be used as sandblasting powder any more.
