本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体为一种综合果蔬代餐粉,还涉及一种综合果蔬代餐粉的制备方法,尤其涉及一种综合果蔬代餐粉的制备装置。
背景技术
营养代餐粉是一种可取代部分或者全部正餐的食物。是根据人体每日膳食营养素摄入量,将每天所需要的营养食物进行合理的配比,减少过多的油脂、盐分及糖类的摄入所制成的一种低热量、低脂肪、均衡营养的代餐食品,并且有良好的饱腹感,适合辅助减肥或体重控制,现有的综合果蔬代餐粉及制备装置,营养成分较低,无法满足人体所需的营养元素,代餐效果较差,且制备代餐粉的过程中,对物料进行烘干时,不便于将物料进行散开,使得物料烘干不均匀,降低对物料的烘干效果,从而降低代餐粉的生产质量。

本发明的目的在于提供一种综合果蔬代餐粉及制备方法及装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

一种综合果蔬代餐粉的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、将物料通过加热板配合齿钉进行均匀烘干,烘干温度为70-80℃,烘干时间为20-30min;
S2、烘干后,将物料排入搅拌罐中;
S3、搅拌电机对搅拌罐中的物料进行混配均匀,搅拌时间为10-20min。
一种综合果蔬代餐粉的制备装置,具体包括:底板、烘干机构和搅拌机构;
所述烘干机构安装于所述底板上,所述烘干机构用于对物料进行均匀烘干;
所述搅拌机构安装于所述底板上,所述搅拌机构用于对物料进行混配均匀。
优选的,所述烘干机构包括第一支撑板,所述第一支撑板固定连接于所述底板的上表面,所述第一支撑板的顶部固定连接有壳体,所述壳体的内部设有料盘,所述料盘的一侧固定连接有第一固定板,所述第一固定板的顶部固定连接有直线电机,所述直线电机的活动端固定连接有第二固定板,所述第二固定板的一侧固定连接有条形板,所述条形板的底部均匀固定连接有齿钉,所述壳体的内顶壁固定安装有加热板。
通过采用上述技术方案,将物料铺在料盘上,启动直线电机和加热板,加热板对物料进行加热烘干,同时直线电机通过第二固定板带动条形板移动,条形板带动齿钉移动,对物料进行拨散,使得物料受热均匀,提高对物料的烘干效果。
优选的,所述搅拌机构包括搅拌罐,所述搅拌罐固定连接于所述底板的上表面,所述搅拌罐的顶部固定连接有第二支撑板,所述第二支撑板的上表面固定安装有搅拌电机,所述搅拌罐的外部连通有加料斗,所述搅拌电机的输出端固定连接有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴的外部固定连接有搅拌叶,所述搅拌罐的底部连通有出料管,所述出料管上固定安装有阀门。
通过采用上述技术方案,物料烘干后,通过加料斗加入搅拌罐中,启动搅拌电机配合搅拌轴带动搅拌叶转动,对物料进行搅拌混配,物料搅拌后打开阀门,将物料通过出料管排出。
优选的,所述搅拌罐的外部固定安装有观察窗。
通过采用上述技术方案,观察窗便于观察搅拌罐中的内部情况。
优选的,所述料盘的内部开设有滑槽,所述滑槽的内部滑动连接有隔板。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过隔板的设置,隔板对物料位置进行限制,使得物料位于烘干区,将隔板从滑槽中取出,解除对物料位置的限制,便于将物料从料盘中排出。

本发明使用时,通过加入综合果蔬粉、综合果汁粉以及复配营养强化剂等原料,提高代餐粉的营养成分,满足人体所需营养元素的摄入,且制备代餐粉的过程中,对物料进行烘干时,通过直线电机带动齿钉将物料进行打散,使得物料进行均匀烘干,提高对物料的烘干效果,从而提升代餐粉的生产质量。

S1、将物料通过加热板29配合齿钉28进行均匀烘干,烘干温度为75℃,烘干时间为25min;
S2、烘干后,将物料排入搅拌罐31中;
S3、搅拌电机33对搅拌罐31中的物料进行混配均匀,搅拌时间为15min。
实施例3
一种综合果蔬代餐粉,按重量份计包括:1份数燕麦片、2份数综合果蔬粉、3份数脱脂奶粉、3份数藕粉、4份数椰子粉、1份数巴旦木果碎、3份数碧根果果碎、2份数大豆分离蛋白、3份数魔芋粉、4份数奇亚籽、5份数圆苞车前子壳粉、6份数聚葡萄糖、3份数乳糖醇、4份数玉米粉、2份数甜荞麦粉、5份数综合果汁粉、4份数抗性糊精、2份数薏米粉、3份数燕麦粉、4份数黑芝麻粉、3份数红豆粉、2份数小麦胚芽粉、3份数赤小豆粉、2份数苦荞麦粉、3份数黑豆粉、5份数乳清蛋白、4份数核桃粉、3份数菊粉、2份数复配营养强化剂和3份数三氯蔗糖。
具体的,综合果蔬粉为梨粉、香蕉粉、苹果粉、火龙果粉、大麦苗粉和菠菜粉中一种或多种。
具体的,综合果汁粉为菠萝浓缩汁、苹果浓缩汁、橘子浓缩汁、芒果浓缩汁、香蕉泥和麦芽糊精中一种或多种。
具体的,复配营养强化剂为碳酸钙、氧化镁、维生素C、乙二胺四乙酸铁钠、维生素E、烟酰胺、氧化锌、维生素A、泛酸钙、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素D3、维生素B12和叶酸中一种或多种。

实施例4
如图2-图6所示,一种综合果蔬代餐粉的制备装置,具体包括:底板1、烘干机构2和搅拌机构3;
烘干机构2安装于底板1上,烘干机构2用于对物料进行均匀烘干;
搅拌机构3安装于底板1上,搅拌机构3用于对物料进行混配均匀。
如图2-图5所示,烘干机构2的组成:烘干机构2包括第一支撑板21,第一支撑板21固定连接于底板1的上表面,第一支撑板21的顶部固定连接有壳体22,壳体22的内部设有料盘23,料盘23的一侧固定连接有第一固定板24,第一固定板24的顶部固定连接有直线电机25,直线电机25的活动端固定连接有第二固定板26,第二固定板26的一侧固定连接有条形板27,条形板27的底部均匀固定连接有齿钉28,壳体22的内顶壁固定安装有加热板29;
烘干机构2的烘干原理:将物料铺在料盘23上,启动直线电机25和加热板29,加热板29对物料进行加热烘干,同时直线电机25通过第二固定板26带动条形板27移动,条形板27带动齿钉28移动,对物料进行拨散,使得物料受热均匀,提高对物料的烘干效果。
如图2和图6所示,搅拌机构3的组成:搅拌机构3包括搅拌罐31,搅拌罐31固定连接于底板1的上表面,搅拌罐31的顶部固定连接有第二支撑板32,第二支撑板32的上表面固定安装有搅拌电机33,搅拌罐31的外部连通有加料斗34,搅拌电机33的输出端固定连接有搅拌轴35,搅拌轴35的外部固定连接有搅拌叶36,搅拌罐31的底部连通有出料管37,出料管37上固定安装有阀门38,搅拌罐31的外部固定安装有观察窗39;
搅拌机构3的搅拌原理:物料烘干后,通过加料斗34加入搅拌罐31中,启动搅拌电机33配合搅拌轴35带动搅拌叶36转动,对物料进行搅拌混配,物料搅拌后打开阀门38,将物料通过出料管37排出,观察窗39便于观察搅拌罐31中的内部情况。
如图2-图3所示,料盘23的内部开设有滑槽4,滑槽4的内部滑动连接有隔板5,通过隔板5的设置,隔板5对物料位置进行限制,使得物料位于烘干区,将隔板5从滑槽4中取出,解除对物料位置的限制,便于将物料从料盘23中排出。
为了便于将料盘23中的物料排出,壳体22的一侧铰接有电动推杆6,料盘23的上表面固定连接有第三固定板7,电动推杆6的活塞杆与第三固定板7的一侧铰接,壳体22的内顶壁固定连接有连板8,连板8的底部与料盘23的上表面铰接,在将料盘23中的物料排出时,启动电动推杆6,电动推杆6推动料盘23,料盘23倾斜,物料从料盘23中滑出,落在加料斗34上,通过加料斗34排入搅拌罐31中。
根据上述技术方案对本方案工作步骤进行总结梳理:
将物料铺在料盘23上,启动直线电机25和加热板29,加热板29对物料进行加热烘干,同时直线电机25通过第二固定板26带动条形板27移动,条形板27带动齿钉28移动,对物料进行拨散,使得物料受热均匀,提高对物料的烘干效果,对物料烘干后,将隔板5从滑槽4中取出,解除对物料位置的限制,启动电动推杆6,电动推杆6推动料盘23,料盘23倾斜,物料从料盘23中滑出,落在加料斗34上,通过加料斗34排入搅拌罐31中,启动搅拌电机33配合搅拌轴35带动搅拌叶36转动,对物料进行搅拌混配,物料搅拌后打开阀门38,将物料通过出料管37排出。
综上:本发明使用时,通过加入综合果蔬粉、综合果汁粉以及复配营养强化剂等原料,提高代餐粉的营养成分,满足人体所需营养元素的摄入,且制备代餐粉的过程中,对物料进行烘干时,通过直线电机25带动齿钉28将物料进行打散,使得物料进行均匀烘干,提高对物料的烘干效果,从而提升代餐粉的生产质量。
本发明中未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
1.一种综合果蔬代餐粉,其特征在于,按重量份计包括:1-3份数燕麦片、2-6份数综合果蔬粉、3-9份数脱脂奶粉、3-7份数藕粉、4-8份数椰子粉、1-3份数巴旦木果碎、3-7份数碧根果果碎、2-6份数大豆分离蛋白、3-7份数魔芋粉、4-8份数奇亚籽、5-9份数圆苞车前子壳粉、6-8份数聚葡萄糖、3-6份数乳糖醇、4-8份数玉米粉、2-6份数甜荞麦粉、5-9份数综合果汁粉、4-8份数抗性糊精、2-6份数薏米粉、3-7份数燕麦粉、4-8份数黑芝麻粉、3-9份数红豆粉、2-4份数小麦胚芽粉、3-9份数赤小豆粉、2-6份数苦荞麦粉、3-7份数黑豆粉、5-9份数乳清蛋白、4-8份数核桃粉、3-7份数菊粉、2-6份数复配营养强化剂和3-9份数三氯蔗糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种综合果蔬代餐粉,其特征在于:所述综合果蔬粉为梨粉、香蕉粉、苹果粉、火龙果粉、大麦苗粉和菠菜粉中一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种综合果蔬代餐粉,其特征在于:所述综合果汁粉为菠萝浓缩汁、苹果浓缩汁、橘子浓缩汁、芒果浓缩汁、香蕉泥和麦芽糊精中一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种综合果蔬代餐粉,其特征在于:复配营养强化剂为碳酸钙、氧化镁、维生素C、乙二胺四乙酸铁钠、维生素E、烟酰胺、氧化锌、维生素A、泛酸钙、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素D3、维生素B12和叶酸中一种或多种。
5.一种综合果蔬代餐粉的制备方法,其特征在于:按重量份称量权利要求1所述的综合果蔬代餐粉提供的,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、将物料通过加热板29配合齿钉28进行均匀烘干,烘干温度为70-80℃,烘干时间为20-30min;
S2、烘干后,将物料排入搅拌罐31中;
S3、搅拌电机33对搅拌罐31中的物料进行混配均匀,搅拌时间为10-20min。
6.一种综合果蔬代餐粉的制备装置,其特征在于:其采用权利要求5中所述的综合果蔬代餐粉的制备方法对权利要求1所述的综合果蔬代餐粉进行生产,具体包括:底板(1)、烘干机构(2)和搅拌机构(3);
所述烘干机构(2)安装于所述底板(1)上,所述烘干机构(2)用于对物料进行均匀烘干;
所述搅拌机构(3)安装于所述底板(1)上,所述搅拌机构(3)用于对物料进行混配均匀。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种综合果蔬代餐粉的制备装置,其特征在于:所述烘干机构(2)包括第一支撑板(21),所述第一支撑板(21)固定连接于所述底板(1)的上表面,所述第一支撑板(21)的顶部固定连接有壳体(22),所述壳体(22)的内部设有料盘(23),所述料盘(23)的一侧固定连接有第一固定板(24),所述第一固定板(24)的顶部固定连接有直线电机(25),所述直线电机(25)的活动端固定连接有第二固定板(26),所述第二固定板(26)的一侧固定连接有条形板(27),所述条形板(27)的底部均匀固定连接有齿钉(28),所述壳体(22)的内顶壁固定安装有加热板(29)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种综合果蔬代餐粉的制备装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌机构(3)包括搅拌罐(31),所述搅拌罐(31)固定连接于所述底板(1)的上表面,所述搅拌罐(31)的顶部固定连接有第二支撑板(32),所述第二支撑板(32)的上表面固定安装有搅拌电机(33),所述搅拌罐(31)的外部连通有加料斗(34),所述搅拌电机(33)的输出端固定连接有搅拌轴(35),所述搅拌轴(35)的外部固定连接有搅拌叶(36),所述搅拌罐(31)的底部连通有出料管(37),所述出料管(37)上固定安装有阀门(38)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种综合果蔬代餐粉的制备装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌罐(31)的外部固定安装有观察窗(39)。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种综合果蔬代餐粉的制备装置,其特征在于:所述料盘(23)的内部开设有滑槽(4),所述滑槽(4)的内部滑动连接有隔板(5)。
