Abstract
本发明提供了一种信号发送方法、装置和通信系统,所述信号发送方法包括:终端设备接收随机接入响应,所述随机接入响应关联多个上行授权;所述终端设备使用所述多个上行授权中的一个或多个上行授权发送消息3,其中,所述一个或多个上行授权中的至少一个上行授权用于发送所述消息3的初传。通过本发明,终端设备可以合理处理网络设备提供的多个上行授权,提高了随机接入的可靠性。
