As an improvement, the comprehensive operation and maintenance module further comprises a point exchange unit, wherein the point exchange unit performs data interaction with the data management module and is used for supporting management personnel to configure point exchange rules and configure gifts, calculating the point of each operation and maintenance personnel based on the operation and maintenance assessment report, supporting the operation and maintenance personnel to exchange gifts based on the points, calculating the point of each part-time personnel based on the part-time assessment report and supporting the part-time personnel to exchange gifts based on the points.
The system judges through data transmitted by the equipment, is connected with the PLC control unit in a pipe mode according to various sensor alarm thresholds which are set in advance, and performs certain operation when the alarm thresholds reach the same threshold, for example, when the equipment temperature is too high or the current fluctuation change is large, the equipment is stopped through the PLC control unit and is transferred to standby equipment; meanwhile, the alarm information can be set according to the equipment condition, and the work order can be generated by self or manually.
After the operation and maintenance personnel and the part-time personnel pass the examination, the system is accessed, the corresponding operation and maintenance personnel or part-time personnel are automatically screened according to the area of the water service basic equipment, and the work order information is only displayed for the personnel in the area to check, so that the resource waste is reduced.
The system also supports staff to carry out work order claim and declaration through a mobile phone end and update the site situation in real time; the manager can monitor the movement track of the facultative staff in real time by a computer, can carry out on-site connection, has an operation and maintenance center for conducting real-time maintenance, and ensures the on-site maintenance progress and quality; the part-time system is not limited to an area, has the best effect on group users, and can check the positions of all maintenance equipment, surrounding part-time staff and various information of the part-time staff, including maintenance records, service grades and the like through a computer end or a mobile phone end.
The intelligent water service intelligent control system is comprehensive in design, simple in butt joint, capable of being quickly in butt joint with the platform, detailed and comprehensive in data, capable of accurately controlling the whole intelligent water service, penetrating water making, water consumption, management and maintenance, and capable of reducing manpower and material resource investment in one step and realizing intelligent management of the intelligent water service.

1. A water management system characterized by comprising:
the basic information management module is interacted with water service users, management personnel and operation and maintenance personnel through a basic information management interface and is used for carrying out user management and basic information management;
the equipment supporting module is interacted with a manager through an equipment supporting interface and is used for managing and maintaining equipment, the equipment comprises water plant foundation equipment and various sensors related to water service monitoring, the equipment is used for acquiring sensor data acquired by each sensor, and the manager is supported to set a corresponding alarm threshold value for each sensor through the equipment supporting interface;
the data management module is respectively interacted with the basic information management module and the equipment supporting module, interacts with management personnel through a data management interface and is used for storing data, including various data reports and data in different display forms;
the remote operation management module is used for carrying out data interaction with the data management module, interacting with management personnel through a remote operation management interface, monitoring each area, each water plant and each water service foundation device in a video image-based mode, supporting the management personnel to configure an early warning threshold value, carrying out monitoring based on video images and data acquired by the sensors, forming an operation instruction based on the early warning threshold value, the video images and the data acquired by the sensors, remotely controlling corresponding terminal equipment through the operation instruction, and viewing the video images, the operation instruction and the data acquired by the sensors through the remote operation management interface;
the comprehensive operation and maintenance module performs data interaction with the data management module, interacts with management personnel and operation and maintenance personnel through a comprehensive operation and maintenance management interface, is used for monitoring and early warning on the basis of early warning information, is used for forming early warning information and a work order, and issues the early warning information and the work order to corresponding operation and maintenance personnel;
the terminal equipment is electronic control equipment in basic equipment of a water plant and comprises a water pump, a pipeline valve and water purifying equipment;
the user management comprises the steps of acquiring and maintaining user basic information, wherein the maintenance information comprises adding, modifying, deleting and inquiring information;
the user basic information comprises water service user information, water plant information and operation and maintenance personnel information, wherein the water service user comprises a water using unit and a water using person, and the operation and maintenance personnel comprise operation and maintenance personnel and part-time personnel in each area;
the basic information management includes acquiring and maintaining system basic data including:
the data dictionary is data related to type selection and type in the system, and comprises address information and coding standards;
the system parameters are various parameters in the system, including a starting period of a timing task, video address configuration and configuration addresses;
interface parameters, which are interfaces in the system, including interfaces with the sensor and the terminal equipment;
the water plant foundation equipment comprises water plant assets and water production unit related equipment, wherein the water plant assets comprise water pumps, pipelines, fire hydrants and a clean water tank, and the water production unit related equipment comprises water production equipment and docking equipment;
the equipment supporting module is used for carrying out information maintenance and archiving on the basic equipment of the water plant through an equipment supporting interface, wherein the information maintenance comprises adding, modifying, deleting and inquiring information;
the sensor comprises a temperature sensor, a vibration sensor, a PH value detector, a turbidity meter, a residual chlorine detector, a water level detector, a water pressure sensor, a flow sensor, an electromagnetic flowmeter and a voltage and current sensor;
the equipment supporting module is used for associating each sensor with corresponding water service basic equipment, constructing a sensor-equipment mapping relation table, acquiring sensor data acquired by each sensor, supporting management personnel to configure an alarm threshold corresponding to each sensor through an equipment supporting interface, monitoring the water service basic equipment related to each sensor by the alarm threshold, and storing the sensor-equipment mapping relation table, the sensor data and the alarm threshold into the data management module;
the remote operation management module includes:
the PLC control unit is connected with the terminal equipment and the sensor and is used for remotely controlling the terminal equipment based on the early warning threshold value, and comprises the steps of controlling the opening and closing of the terminal equipment;
the remote monitoring unit comprises video monitoring subsystems assembled in each water plant and each area, and the video monitoring subsystems are used for monitoring the running states of equipment and the personnel access conditions of each water plant and each area through video images;
the GIS map analysis unit is used for displaying each water plant and each area through a map;
the remote operation unit is respectively in data interaction with the PLC control unit, the remote monitoring unit and the GIS map analysis unit, is mutually connected with the data management module, is used for interacting with management personnel through a remote operation management interface, is used for displaying the geographic position of each area, the geographic position of each water plant basic equipment, the running state of each water plant basic equipment, the routing and inspection condition of personnel and vehicles and is used for displaying the water production flow of the water plant by combining video images, maps and sensor data acquired by sensors;
the comprehensive operation and maintenance module comprises:
the mapping unit is used for carrying out data interaction with the data management module, constructing mapping relations among the areas, the water plants, the water plant foundation equipment, the water service users and the operation and maintenance personnel, forming a relation mapping table and storing the mapping table into the data management module;
the work order forming unit is used for carrying out data interaction with the data management module, monitoring the running state of each water service basic device based on sensor data acquired by the sensor, carrying out monitoring and early warning on the water service basic device based on an early warning threshold value, forming early warning information and a work order, and storing the early warning information and the work order into the data management module;
the operation and maintenance management and control unit performs data interaction with the data management module, interacts with management personnel and operation and maintenance personnel through the comprehensive operation and maintenance management interface, and is used for supporting the management personnel to fill and report work orders, audit the work orders, track the work orders, check the work orders and collect the work orders on line and for supporting the operation and maintenance personnel to pick up the work orders, check the work orders and fill and report the work orders on line;
the operation and maintenance management and control unit is also used for carrying out inspection management, and the inspection management comprises:
configuring inspection information through a comprehensive operation and maintenance management interface, wherein the inspection information comprises inspection personnel, inspection vehicles, inspection stations, inspection routes and inspection periods;
and carrying out inspection analysis and monitoring assessment based on the video image to form an inspection report, and storing the inspection report into a data management module.
2. The water affair monitoring and management system according to claim 1, wherein the operation and maintenance management unit is further configured to perform assessment management, the assessment management includes:
configuring an assessment rule through a comprehensive operation and maintenance management interface, wherein the assessment rule comprises an equipment assessment rule and an operation and maintenance assessment rule, the equipment assessment rule is used for limiting the assessment requirement on water service basic equipment, and the operation and maintenance assessment rule is used for limiting the assessment rule on operation and maintenance personnel;
for the water affair basic equipment, performing equipment operation check based on the video image, the sensor data acquired by the sensor and the equipment check rule, forming an equipment check report, and storing the equipment check report into a data management module;
and for operation and maintenance personnel, the operation and maintenance personnel are used for performing work and maintenance on the basis of the video image, the work order and the operation and maintenance assessment rules, forming an operation and maintenance assessment report, and storing the operation and maintenance assessment report into the data management module.
3. The water management system according to claim 2, wherein said integrated operation and maintenance module further comprises:
the part-time unit is interconnected with the data management module and interacts with the manager and the part-time personnel through the comprehensive operation and maintenance management interface, and is used for acquiring and maintaining the information of the part-time personnel;
the user basic information part-time staff information;
the mapping unit is used for constructing mapping relations among the areas, the water plants, water plant foundation equipment, water service users, operation and maintenance personnel and part-time personnel, forming a relation mapping table and storing the mapping table into the data management module;
the operation and maintenance management and control unit interacts with the staff members through the comprehensive operation and maintenance management interface and is used for supporting the staff members to pick up the work orders, check the work orders and fill the work orders on line;
the operation and maintenance management and control unit is used for configuring part-time assessment rules through the comprehensive operation and maintenance management interface, and the part-time assessment rules are used for limiting assessment requirements of part-time personnel;
for operation staff, the operation management and control unit is used for performing work assessment based on the video image, the work order and the part-time assessment rules, forming a part-time assessment report and storing the part-time assessment report to the data management module.
4. A water management system according to claim 3, wherein said integrated operation and maintenance module further comprises:
the point exchange unit is in data interaction with the data management module and is used for supporting management personnel to configure point exchange rules and gifts, calculating the points of each operation and maintenance personnel based on the operation and maintenance assessment report, supporting the operation and maintenance personnel to exchange gifts based on the points, calculating the points of each part-time personnel based on the part-time assessment report and supporting the part-time personnel to exchange gifts based on the points.
