Abstract
本发明公开一种治疗痔疮的中药外用制剂，以轻粉、红粉、硼砂、冰片、枯矾、松香、儿茶为原料。经传统的中药炮制工艺制成外用膏剂和栓剂。诸药配伍，共成清火解毒、散结破瘀、消肿止痛、收敛止血、促进疮口愈合之事，标本兼治，疗效显著，愈后无复发现象。
Description
本发明公开一种治疗痔疮的中药外用制剂，具体地说是以中草药为原料制备的中成药物。
痔疮是一种常见疾病，人群中发病率很高，有许多药物针对其病症进行治疗，但治疗过程遇到的问题是：病症顽固，治标不治本，治愈后复发率高。
本发明提供一种治疗痔疮的中药外用制剂，标本兼治，疗效显著，复发率低。
本发明的解决方案如下：根据痔疮的病因是风热燥湿、饮食失节、起居失慎、泻痢日久或长期便秘等诸因，均使气血不调，经络受阻，淤血浊气下注肛门，而形成本病，本发明以中医理论为治病原则，结合现代医学研究成果，精选具有清火、消肿、解毒、散结、止痛、收敛等功能纯中草药，采用传统炮制工艺，制成外用中成药膏、溶栓制剂。
本发明药物是由下列药物组分制成的：(用量为重量份)
轻粉10～20、红粉5～10、硼砂5～10、冰片5～10、
枯矾5～10、松香5～10、儿茶5～10。
制备本发明药物的配方优选重量份配比为：
轻粉14～18、红粉6～8、硼砂6～8、冰片6～8、枯矾6～8、
松香6～8、儿茶6～8。
本发明的炮制工艺如下：根据常规的外用膏剂炮制工艺，按上述配方称取药物，干燥粉碎成120目细粉，混合均匀后用凡士林或香油适量调制成膏剂，灌装成药。每包装含原药成分5～10克，用药量为0.25～0.5克/次，每日两次。
本发明可根据常规的溶栓制剂工艺制成“子弹头”形状栓剂。含原药量0.5克/粒，为内痔及混合痔患者使用。
本发明以轻粉专通大肠、攻毒、杀虫、杀疮疥癣虫，红粉清热解毒、散结、消散痔核，共为君药；硼砂、冰片清热解毒、破瘀结、散瘀血、开窍解通，臣助轻、红二粉；佐以枯矾、儿茶二药增加其解毒、收敛、收湿、止血、止痒、加快疮面愈合。松香适用于诸疮疡愈合、祛湿调和诸药。
适应症包括内痔、外痔、混合痔、痔疮合并化脓性感染、息肉痔等病症。
本发明的积极效果在于：诸药配伍，共成清火解毒、散结破瘀、消肿止痛、收敛止血、促进疮口愈合之功，对比同类药物如：痔疮膏，本发明具有标本兼治，疗效显著特点，愈后无复发现象。
病例1
某男，40岁，临床症状：大便困难，疼痛，少量便血月余。检查所见：面色萎黄，精神委顿，有一圆形较大痔核脱出肛外，色微灰白，质硬，不易复位，肛门有红肿、溃烂。诊断为内痔后期。敷本药7天，完全治愈，至今无复发。
病例2
某女，29岁，产后觉肛门部异物感，行走不便，排便不畅，时有便血，疼痛半年，肿胀半年，并有少量分泌物。检查所见：肛门皮下凸起，有圆形肿块，色紫黑，质硬，表面光滑。肛门内见有两条裂痕。苔黄腻，脉细数。诊断为血栓外痔合并肛裂。外敷本药8天，痊愈，至今无复发。
病例3
某男，39岁，便血、疼痛、肛门肿胀，排便行走困难一周。检查所见：贫血面容，表情痛苦，有痔核脱出肛外，手推可复位。肛周红肿，糜烂，有脓性分泌物。肛门皮下凸起，有一圆形肿块，按之能小。诊断1、内痔后期。2、静脉曲张性外痔。3、肛周感染。外敷本药物10天，治愈至今未发。
讨论：经580例临床观察，根据痔疮的临床症状表现作为诊断依据，外用本发明1～2周的疗程，均获得疗效或治愈。运用统计学理论计算，有效率为98％，治愈率为95％。
实施例1
称取轻粉1000克、红粉500克、硼砂500克、冰片500克、枯矾500克、松香500克、儿茶500克，干燥后粉碎成120目的细粉，110度高温灭菌，混合均匀后，加入1500克医用凡士林调制成膏剂。
实施例2
称取轻粉1800克、红粉800克、硼砂800克、冰片800克、枯矾800克、松香800克、儿茶800克，干燥后粉碎成120目的细粉，110度高温灭菌，混合均匀后，加入1500克医用凡士林调制成膏剂。

1、一种治疗痔疮的中药外用制剂，其特征在于它由下列用量配比的组分组成：
轻粉10～20、红粉5～10、硼砂5～10、冰片5～10、
枯矾5～10、松香5～10、儿茶5～10。
2、根据权利要求1所述的中药外用制剂，其特征在于它由下列用量配比的组分组成：
轻粉14～18、红粉6～8、硼砂6～8、冰片6～8、枯矾6～8、
松香6～8、儿茶6～8。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的中药外用制剂，其特征在于制成药剂学上的膏剂和栓剂。
