Abstract
本发明公开了一种亲水性纤维浆料,包括醋酸酯淀粉0‑65份,磷酸酯淀粉0‑47份,ASP淀粉25‑53份,丙烯酸类浆料0‑10份,砂浆油剂2份,渗透剂0.6份,防霉剂0.1份。所述丙烯酸类浆料为丙烯酸、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯四种单体,配合符合乳化剂通过聚合反应制得。所述砂浆油剂为LMO‑96。所述渗透剂为JFC。所述防霉剂为NL‑4。本发明主槽内的砂浆温度均衡,纱线浸渍效果更佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种浆料,属于织物织造领域。
背景技术
一般单纱织物在生产过程中,均通过上浆工序使经纱吸附一定量的浆液,经烘干后在经纱表面形成薄薄的浆膜,以利织造。传统的浆料选取PVA作为原料生产。而造成浆料的黏附性不佳,而且不方便退浆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有更好的黏附性,方便退浆的亲水性纤维浆料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种亲水性纤维浆料,包括醋酸酯淀粉0-65份,磷酸酯淀粉0-47份,ASP淀粉25-53份,丙烯酸类浆料0-10 份,砂浆油剂2份,渗透剂0.6份,防霉剂0.1份。
优选的,所述丙烯酸类浆料为丙烯酸、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯四种单体,配合符合乳化剂通过聚合反应制得。
优选的,所述砂浆油剂为LMO-96。
优选的,所述渗透剂为JFC。
优选的,所述防霉剂为NL-4。
采用上述结构后,本发明采用醚化变性淀粉ASP取代PVA。对亲水性纤维具有很好的黏附性,浆液的流动性好、黏度低且稳定,浆膜性能符合织造要求,同时ASP在水中可以完全溶解,很容易退浆。
具体实施方式
以下给出实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例一,一种亲水性纤维浆料,包括醋酸酯淀粉0份,磷酸酯淀粉47份, ASP淀粉25份,丙烯酸类浆料0份,砂浆油剂2份,渗透剂0.6份,防霉剂0.1 份,通过搅拌混合而成浆料。
丙烯酸类浆料为丙烯酸、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯四种单体,配合符合乳化剂通过聚合反应制得。合成浆料的主要原料为丙烯酸、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯4种单体,选用SDS和OP210为复合乳化剂,m(SDS)∶m(OP210)=314∶1,用量为单体总质量的4%,选用过硫酸铵为引发剂,用量为单体总质量的0、3%~1%。通过聚合反应,得到纳米改性聚丙烯酸类浆料SX25PTiO2。SX25PTi02为白色黏性液体,黏度8mPa·s(质量分数4%、温度25℃,NDJ 79型黏度计),pH值为7,含固率35%。
砂浆油剂为LMO-96。该油剂为白色块状结构,在70℃的水中搅拌形成乳状,砂浆油剂具有抗静电消泡作用,使用后提高了浆纱平滑性能,降低抹茶系数,减少再生毛羽,提高织造效率。
渗透剂为JFC。为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,属于无色至淡黄色透明粘稠液体,具有较强的洗毛能力,易于洗去各种油污且手感柔软。
防霉剂为NL-4。NL-4是一种低毒,高效,广谱防霉剂,使用方便防霉效果好,与浆料有良好的配伍性。
实施例二,采用醋酸酯淀粉65份,磷酸酯淀粉0份,ASP淀粉53份,丙烯酸类浆料10份,砂浆油剂2份,渗透剂0.6份,防霉剂0.1份,搅拌而成。
实施例一中采用磷酸酯淀粉作为主浆料,而实施例二中采用醋酸酯淀粉作为主浆料,两个实施例中,都选用新型醚化变性淀粉ASP取代PVA。ASP是100%的支链淀粉,对亲水性纤维具有很好的黏附性,浆液的流动性好、黏度低且稳定,浆膜性能符合织造要求,同时ASP在水中可以完全溶解,很容易退浆。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种亲水性纤维浆料,其特征在于:包括醋酸酯淀粉0-65份,磷酸酯淀粉0-47份,ASP淀粉25-53份,丙烯酸类浆料0-10份,砂浆油剂2份,渗透剂0.6份,防霉剂0.1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的亲水性纤维浆料,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸类浆料为丙烯酸、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯四种单体,配合符合乳化剂通过聚合反应制得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的亲水性纤维浆料,其特征在于:所述砂浆油剂为LMO-96。
4.根据权利要求1所述的亲水性纤维浆料,其特征在于:所述渗透剂为JFC。
5.根据权利要求1所述的亲水性纤维浆料,其特征在于:所述防霉剂为NL-4。
