As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the steam generator 10 includes a generator body 11 and a heat insulating member 12, wherein one end of the generator body 11 has a water inlet, and the other end has a steam outlet 111, and the generator body 11 is further provided with a connection terminal for connecting the generator body 11 to a control circuit; the heat insulation component 12 is limited with a containing cavity which can be communicated with the outside, therefore, a part of the generator body 11 is arranged in the containing cavity, the steam outlet 111 of the generator body 11 can extend out of the containing cavity, so that the steam outlet 111 is connected with the vent 27, the heat insulation component 12 is arranged on the outer side of the generator body 11, on one hand, the heat insulation component 12 can play a heat insulation effect on the generator body 11, and the heat of steam is prevented from dissipating, on the other hand, the heat insulation component 12 can prevent the heat of the generator body 11 from directly dissipating to surrounding structural parts, so that the front support 20 and the surrounding parts are deformed and aged at high temperature, and the service life of each part of the front support 20 is influenced.
As shown in fig. 9, the heat insulating member 12 includes a base 121, an upper cover 122, and a tightening member 123, the upper cover 122 is disposed on the base 121, an accommodating chamber is defined between the upper cover 122 and the base 121, and the upper cover 122 is detachably connected to the base 121, thereby facilitating placement of the generator body 11 in the accommodating chamber. As shown in fig. 9, specifically, base 121 is equipped with spacing portion 1212 towards upper cover 122 one side, spacing portion 1212 forms spacing muscle, spacing muscle is protruding the upper surface of base 121, one side towards base 121 of upper cover 122 is equipped with cooperation portion (not shown in the figure), cooperation portion forms the cooperation groove, the cooperation groove is corresponding with the shape of spacing muscle, spacing portion 1212 can cooperate with the cooperation portion, wherein, spacing muscle can be rectangular shape rib, spacing muscle includes two, two spacing muscle are along the width direction symmetrical arrangement of base 121, the length direction of base 121 is extended to every spacing muscle.

As shown in fig. 9, a tightening member 123 is provided on the outer side of the upper cover 122 and the base 121, and the tightening member 123 may tighten the upper cover 122 and the base 121. Specifically, the tightening member 123 includes a tightening segment 1231, a first fixing segment 1232, a second fixing segment 1233, and a third fixing segment 1234, wherein the tightening segment 1231 generally forms a ring shape having an opening, the tightening segment 1231 is disposed around the outer sides of the upper cover 122 and the base 121, specifically, the outer surface of the upper cover 122 has a first recess 1221, the outer surface of the base 121 has a second recess 1211, the second recess 1211 corresponds to the first recess 1221 in position, wherein a portion of the tightening segment 1231 is engaged with the first recess 1221, and another portion of the tightening segment 1231 is engaged with the second recess 1211, it can be understood that the first recess 1221 extends along the outer surface of the upper cover 122 to form a half ring shape, the second recess 1211 extends along the outer surface of the base 121 to form a half ring shape, the first recess 1221 and the second recess 1211 are engaged to form a ring shape groove, the tightening segment 1231 can be installed in the ring shape groove formed by the two recesses, and the tightening segment 1231 realizes a plug-in fit installation, therefore, the fastening section 1231 can be prevented from being disengaged from the upper cover 122 and the base 121, the fixing failure is avoided, and the stability of the whole structure is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, 6 and 8, the first fixing section 1232 is disposed at one end of the tightening section 1231, the second fixing section 1233 is disposed at the other end of the tightening section 1231, the first fixing section 1232 is provided with the first fixing hole 15, the second fixing section 1233 is provided with the second fixing hole, the second fixing hole corresponds to the first fixing hole 15, the fastening member penetrates through the first fixing hole 15 and the second fixing hole, and the first fixing section 1232 and the second fixing section 1233 are fixedly connected, so that the tightening section 1231 can be tightly attached to the upper cover 122 and the base 121, and the tightening member 123 can fix the upper cover 122 and the base 121. The fastener can be a bolt, so that the connection is convenient and the stability is good.
The first fixing section 1232 and the second fixing section 1233 are located on the upper portion of the generator body 11, the first fixing section 1232 is provided with a first connection portion 13, the third fixing section 1234 can be located on the lower portion of the generator body 11, the third fixing section 1234 is provided with a second connection portion 14, that is, the first fixing section 1232 and the second fixing section 1233 are located on the first side of the generator body 11, the third fixing section 1234 is located on the side of the generator body 11 opposite to the first side, the first connection portion 13 and the second connection portion 14 form a connection hole, the connection hole and the mounting hole of the positioning column are penetrated through by a fastener, and the steam generator 10 is fixed on the front support 20. The fixing effect of the steam generator 10 can be improved by fixedly mounting the connecting parts on the two sides, and the stability is good.
As shown in fig. 10, the water storage box 30 includes a first box 31 and a second box 32, the second box 32 is disposed above the first box 31, the second box 32 is welded to the first box 31 to define a water storage cavity, and water leakage at the joint is avoided by welding. The second box body 32 is provided with a water inlet 302, the first box body 31 is provided with a water outlet 303, the water inlet 302 and the water outlet 303 are communicated with the water storage cavity, the water inlet 302 is positioned at the upper part, the water outlet 303 is positioned at the lower part, so that water in the water storage cavity can be drained, the water in the water storage cavity can circularly flow, and the residual accumulated water and the like are avoided.
As shown in fig. 3, 6 and 7, the water storage box 30 is disposed on the front support 20, and the water storage box 30 is disposed at the lower portion of the front support 20, it can be understood that the lower portion of the front support 20 is a lower portion relative to the middle position of the front support 20 and does not exceed the lower edge of the front support 20, so as to improve the rationality and compactness of the overall structural layout, the slot 23 is disposed on the front support 20, the insertion part 301 is disposed on the water storage box 30, specifically, the support part 24 is disposed on one side of the front support 20, the support part 24 can be a support table or a support rib, and the slot 23 is disposed on the support part 24, so that the stability of the slot 23 can be improved, and the stability and reliability of the installation of the water storage box 30 can be improved; a part of the water storage box 30 protrudes outwards to form the insertion part 301, that is, the outer wall surface of a part of the water storage box 30 is directly inserted and matched with the slot 23, the matching is convenient and reliable, other matching structures are not required to be additionally arranged on the water storage box 30, the manufacturing process is simplified, the water storage box 30 is supported on the supporting part 24, the stability is good, and the water storage box 30 is prevented from shaking and the like; meanwhile, the spatial characteristics of the front support 20 are fully utilized, and the stability of the structure is improved.

The water storage box 30 is further provided with a mounting plate 33, as shown in fig. 3, 7 and 10, the mounting plate 33 extends in the left-right direction and is provided with a connecting hole, the front support 20 is provided with a mounting post with a mounting hole, the right edge of the mounting plate 33 is provided with a bending section extending backwards, when the water storage box 30 is inserted into the slot 23, the bending section is abutted against a part of the front support 20, the mounting plate 33 is fixedly connected with the front support 20 by penetrating the connecting hole and the mounting post through a fastener, and thus the water storage box 30 is firmly fixed on the front support 20.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the water storage box 30 is positioned at a lower portion of the front support 20, and the water storage box 30 is communicated with the water replenishing chamber through the connection pipe 60, so that water can be supplied into the water storage box 30 through the water replenishing port 304. The water replenishing port 304 is communicated with the water inlet 302 of the water storage box 30, and the height of the water inlet 302 is lower than that of the water replenishing cavity, it can be understood that a user fills water into the water storage box 30 through the water replenishing port 304, the water replenishing port 304 is arranged at the opening 21 of the front support 20, so that the user can operate the water replenishing device conveniently, when the water replenishing cavity is full or the water replenishing port 304 overflows, information of the full water amount is obtained, and the phenomenon that the normal use of other structural components is influenced because the water in the water storage box 30 overflows into the clothes treatment device too much is prevented; and the water replenishing port 304 is located at a lower position of the laundry treating apparatus and the water replenishing port 304 is located at a lower portion of the opening 21 through which the laundry is put, the user can conveniently perform the water replenishing operation even when the laundry treating apparatus is placed at a high position.
The water storage box 30 further includes: the water level detection device can be arranged in the water storage cavity and also can be arranged outside the water storage cavity, for example, the water level detection device is an infrared sensor and detects the water amount in the water storage cavity in an infrared mode.
As shown in fig. 10, the water level detecting device includes a floating ball 35 and a magnetic member 37, the floating ball 35 is disposed in the water storage cavity, the magnetic member 37 is disposed outside the water storage box 30, specifically, a limiting column 34 is disposed in the water storage cavity, wherein the limiting column 34 can be integrally formed on the second box 32, and can also be connected to the second box 32 in a matching manner, so that the upper end of the limiting column 34 is connected to the second box 32, the floating ball 35 can be sleeved on the limiting column 34, the floating ball 35 can move along the limiting column 34, and the floating ball 35 is in sliding fit with the limiting column 34, and the floating ball 35 can be prevented from moving in the horizontal direction by the limiting column 34 to affect the detection of the water level.

In some specific examples, a portion of the upper surface of the second container 32 protrudes upward to form a boss, the vent 305 is disposed at the top of the boss, an escape portion is formed between the boss and the water storage box 20, and the mounting plate 33 is disposed at the escape portion, thereby facilitating the assembly of the water storage box 30 and the front support 20 and further improving the space utilization.
The water pump 40 is connected between the water outlet 303 and the steam generator 10, the water outlet 303 of the water storage box 30 is connected with the water inlet end of the water pump 40 through the connection pipe 60, and the water outlet end of the water pump 40 is connected with the steam generator 10 through the connection pipe 60, so that the water pump 40 can pump the water of the water storage box 30 into the steam generator 10. Wherein, the water pump 40 is fixedly connected with the positioning column on the front support 20 through a fastening piece, which is convenient for the matching connection of the water pump 40 with the water storage box 30 and the steam generator 10.
According to the clothes treatment device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the steam generator 10 is arranged on the front support 20, and the steam generator 10 can be arranged adjacent to the air vent 27, so that the heat of steam generated by the steam generator 10 can be prevented from being lost in a pipeline, the reduction of steam outlet quantity is avoided, the steam quantity introduced into the clothes treatment cavity is increased, and the drying efficiency of clothes can be further improved; the water storage box 30 is arranged on the front support 20, so that the assembly is convenient, and the water storage box 30 is arranged at a lower position, so that a user can add water into the water storage box 30 conveniently, and the convenience of operation is improved; by arranging the heat insulating part 12 on the steam generator 10, the heat loss of steam can be prevented, the steam utilization rate can be improved, high-temperature gas can be prevented from being emitted to surrounding structural members, the aging and deformation of the structural members can be avoided, and the feasibility of installing and using the steam generator 10 can be ensured.

Claims (13)

1. A steam generator, comprising:
a generator body (11);
a heat insulating member (12), the heat insulating member (12) defining a housing chamber communicating with the outside, at least a part of the generator body (11) being provided in the housing chamber.
2. The steam generator according to claim 1, wherein the heat insulating member (12) includes:
a base (121);
the upper cover (122) is arranged on the base (121) and defines the accommodating cavity with the base (121);
the clamping piece (123) is arranged on the outer sides of the upper cover (122) and the base (121) and used for clamping, connecting and fixing the upper cover (122) and the base (121).
3. The steam generator according to claim 2, characterized in that a side of the base (121) facing the upper cover (122) is provided with a position-limiting portion (1212), a side of the upper cover (122) facing the base (121) is provided with an engaging portion, and the position-limiting portion (1212) is adapted to engage with the engaging portion.
4. The steam generator of claim 3, wherein the stopper portion (1212) forms a stopper rib protruding from an upper surface of the base (121), and the engagement portion forms an engagement groove corresponding to a shape of the stopper rib.
5. The steam generator of claim 2, wherein the tightening member (123) comprises:
the tightening section (1231) is wound on the outer sides of the upper cover (122) and the base (121);
first fixed part (1232) and second fixed part (1233), first fixed part (1232) with second fixed part (1233) are located respectively the both ends of tight hoop section (1231), just first fixed part (1232) with second fixed part (1233) cooperation is connected so that tight hoop section (1231) with upper cover (122) with base (121) closely laminates.
6. The steam generator of claim 5, wherein the outer surface of the upper cover (122) has a first recess (1221), the outer surface of the base (121) has a second recess (1211) corresponding in position to the first recess (1221), a portion of the clamping segment (1231) mates with the first recess (1221) and another portion of the clamping segment (1231) mates with the second recess (1211).

The steam generator according to claim 5, wherein the first fixing section (1232) is provided with a first fixing hole (15), the second fixing section (1233) is provided with a second fixing hole, and the first fixing section (1232) and the second fixing section (1233) are fixedly connected by a fastener penetrating the first fixing hole (15) and the second fixing hole.
8. The steam generator according to claim 5, characterized in that the clamping member (123) has a connecting portion adapted to cooperate with a mounting portion (22) of a predetermined mounting location for fixing the generator body (11) in the predetermined mounting location,
wherein the connecting portion comprises a first connecting portion (13), and the first connecting portion (13) is arranged on the first fixing section (1232) and/or the second fixing section (1233).
9. The steam generator of claim 8, wherein the clamping member (123) further comprises:
a third fixed segment (1234), the third fixed segment (1234) being connected to the hoop section (1231), the connecting portion further including a second connecting portion (14), the second connecting portion (14) being provided to the third fixed segment (1234),
wherein the first and second fixed sections (1232, 1233) are located on a first side of the generator body (11), and the third fixed section (1234) is located on an opposite side of the generator body (11) from the first side.
10. The steam generator of claim 2, characterized in that the tightening member (123) is a clip.
11. The steam generator according to any of claims 1-10, characterized in that the heat insulating member (12) is a piece of high temperature resistant material.
12. A front support assembly of a laundry treating apparatus, characterized by comprising a front support (20) and a steam generator according to any one of claims 1-11, which is provided to the front support (20).
13. A laundry treating apparatus, characterized by comprising the steam generator according to any one of claims 1-11, or a front support assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 12.
