In some specific examples, the laundry treating apparatus further includes: the water pump 40, the water pump 40 is disposed on the front support 20, and the water pump 40 is connected between the water outlet 303 and the steam generator 10, specifically, the steam generator 10 is disposed on the upper portion of the front support 20 so that the steam generator 10 is adjacent to the air vent 27 on the upper portion of the front support 20, the water storage box 30 is disposed on the lower portion of the front support 20, the water outlet 303 of the water storage box 30 is connected to the water inlet end of the water pump 40 through the connection pipe 60, and the water outlet end of the water pump 40 is connected to the steam generator 10 through the connection pipe 60, so that the water pump 40 can pump the water of the water storage box 30 into the steam generator 10. The water pump 40 is also disposed on the front support 20 to facilitate the water pump 40 to be connected with the water storage box 30 and the steam generator 10.
As shown in FIG. 5, in some embodiments, the upper portion of the front support 20 is provided with a steam nozzle 26, the steam nozzle 26 being disposed adjacent to the steam generator 10, the steam nozzle 26 being adapted to communicate with the steam generating chamber. Specifically, the steam nozzle 26 defines a vent 27, the steam nozzle 26 is fixed on the front support 20 by a fastener, and the steam generator 20 can be connected with the steam nozzle 26 by a connecting pipe 60, so that steam can be introduced to the vent 27 and introduced into the clothes treating cavity through the vent 27, wherein the vent 27 can include a plurality of small holes to achieve a spraying effect, so that the steam can be uniformly sprayed onto the clothes in the clothes treating cavity.
A laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 10.
The laundry treating apparatus includes a laundry treating drum, a front support 20, a steam generator 10, a water storage box 30, and a water pump 40.
The clothes treatment barrel defines a clothes treatment cavity, the front support 20 is arranged at the front part of the clothes treatment device, the middle part of the front support 20 is provided with an opening 21, the opening 21 is communicated with the clothes treatment cavity, the front support 20 is also provided with an air inlet grille 50, and the air inlet grille 50 not only can realize ventilation effect, but also can prevent clothes from being drawn into an air duct of the front support 20.
A part of one end of the air-inlet grille 50 is arranged in a downward concave mode to form a water replenishing cavity, and a water replenishing port 304 is formed in the bottom wall of the water replenishing cavity. The water replenishing port 304 is connected with the water storage box 30 through the connecting pipe 60, the arrangement position of the water replenishing port 304 is relatively hidden, the appearance of the air inlet grille 50 cannot be influenced, the occupied space of the air inlet grille 50 is effectively utilized, and the space utilization rate is improved. Wherein, be equipped with the lid on the moisturizing chamber, lid detachably sets up on air-inlet grille 50, and the lid is used for opening and closes the opening in moisturizing chamber, can prevent through setting up the lid that the foreign matter from blockking up moisturizing mouth 304. In addition, a part of the other end of the air-inlet grille 50 is recessed downwards to form a containing concave part, the containing concave part is used for containing the aromatherapy, and the bottom wall of the containing concave part and/or the side wall of the containing concave part are/is provided with emission holes so as to facilitate the emission of the aromatherapy.
The upper portion of the front support 20 is provided with a steam nozzle 26, and the steam nozzle 26 defines a vent 27, and the vent 27 communicates with the opening 21. The front support 20 is further provided with a mounting portion 22, the mounting portion 22 forms a mounting column protruding out of the front support 20, a mounting hole is formed in the center of the mounting column, and a plurality of support ribs can be arranged around the mounting column to improve the stability of the mounting column.
The front support 20 comprises a support plate located at the front side of the laundry treatment cavity, it can be understood that the support plate extends along the left-right direction and the up-down direction, structural members such as a convex rib are further arranged on the support plate, the convex rib protrudes out of the rear side surface of the support plate, so as to increase structural strength, and be convenient to assemble with other structural members, the opening 21 is located in the middle of the support plate, the air inlet grille 50 is installed below the opening 21, wherein the air inlet grille 50 is matched with the support plate, the steam generator 10 and the water storage box 30 are arranged on the support plate, particularly, the steam generator 10 and the water storage box 30 are fixedly installed at the rear side of the support plate, and the water storage box 30 and the steam generator 10 are both arranged at the left side of the air inlet grille 50, or the water storage box 30 and the steam generator 10 can be both arranged at the right side of the air inlet grille 50, the water storage box 30 and the steam generator 10 can be matched and connected through a connecting pipe 60 at one side of the air inlet grille 50, and are convenient to connect, and certainly, the water storage box 30 and the steam generator 10 are respectively arranged at the two opposite sides of the air inlet grille 50.
The steam generator 10 is disposed on the front support 20, and the steam generator 10 is located at an upper portion of the front support 20, it being understood that the upper portion of the front support 20 is an upper portion with respect to a middle position of the front support 20, and does not exceed an upper edge of the front support 20, so as to improve the rationality and compactness of the overall structural layout, and the steam generator 10 is adjacent to the steam nozzle 26, and the steam generator 10 is connected to the steam nozzle 26 through a connection pipe 60.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the steam generator 10 includes a generator body 11 and a heat insulating member 12, wherein one end of the generator body 11 has a water inlet, and the other end has a steam outlet 111, and the generator body 11 is further provided with a connection terminal for connecting the generator body 11 to a control circuit; the heat insulation component 12 is limited with a containing cavity which can be communicated with the outside, therefore, a part of the generator body 11 is arranged in the containing cavity, the steam outlet 111 of the generator body 11 can extend out of the containing cavity, so that the steam outlet 111 is connected with the vent 27, the heat insulation component 12 is arranged on the outer side of the generator body 11, on one hand, the heat insulation component 12 can play a heat insulation effect on the generator body 11, and the heat of steam is prevented from dissipating, on the other hand, the heat insulation component 12 can prevent the heat of the generator body 11 from directly dissipating to surrounding structural parts, so that the front support 20 and the surrounding parts are deformed and aged at high temperature, and the service life of each part of the front support 20 is influenced.
As shown in fig. 9, the heat insulating member 12 includes a base 121, an upper cover 122, and a tightening member 123, the upper cover 122 is disposed on the base 121, an accommodating chamber is defined between the upper cover 122 and the base 121, and the upper cover 122 is detachably connected to the base 121, thereby facilitating placement of the generator body 11 in the accommodating chamber. Wherein, upper cover 122 and base 121 adopt high temperature resistant material spare, for example adopt the glass fiber mixture, and it is chemical inert under many circumstances, and intensity is high, and stability is good, and factor of safety is high, and light in weight, high temperature resistant, and the cost is lower, convenient to popularize and use. Further, the tightening member 123 may also be made of a high temperature resistant material, so as to improve the heat insulation effect of the whole structure. Of course, the tightening member 123 may also be a metal member, which has high structural strength and can better tighten and connect the upper cover 122 and the base 121.
The left and right sides of base 121 is equipped with the breach, holds the chamber and can communicate with the external world through the breach, and the one end of generator body 11 has water supply connector and line connection, and the other end of generator body 11 has the joint of giving vent to anger, and through setting up the breach, water supply connector, line connection and the joint of giving vent to anger can stretch out from holding the intracavity to be convenient for its be connected with the external world. Still be equipped with the brace rod on the base 121, the brace rod bulges the internal face of pedestal 121, and when generator body 11 was installed to holding the intracavity, the brace rod can play the effect of location, spacing and support, improved generator body 11's stability. The shape of the accommodating cavity is substantially the same as the structure of the generator body 11, so that the generator body 11 is prevented from interfering or shaking in the accommodating cavity, and the service performance and the service life of the generator body 11 are prevented from being influenced. In addition, in the length direction of the steam generator 10, the size of the upper cover 122 is larger than that of the base 121, as shown in fig. 9, one end of the upper cover 122 can extend to the upper side of the water inlet joint and the line joint, so that the joint can be protected to a certain extent, and the joint is prevented from being damaged by collision, the line joint is prevented from being filled with water, and the like, which affects the normal use of the joint. The other end of the upper cover 122 may extend to the air outlet joint to also protect the air outlet joint.
As shown in fig. 9, specifically, base 121 is equipped with spacing portion 1212 towards upper cover 122 one side, spacing portion 1212 forms spacing muscle, spacing muscle is protruding the upper surface of base 121, one side towards base 121 of upper cover 122 is equipped with cooperation portion (not shown in the figure), cooperation portion forms the cooperation groove, the cooperation groove is corresponding with the shape of spacing muscle, spacing portion 1212 can cooperate with the cooperation portion, wherein, spacing muscle can be rectangular shape rib, spacing muscle includes two, two spacing muscle are along the width direction symmetrical arrangement of base 121, the length direction of base 121 is extended to every spacing muscle.
Through setting up spacing portion 1212 and cooperation portion, can play location and spacing effect to the assembly of upper cover 122 and base 121, the upper cover 122 of being convenient for and the lock of base 121 prevent simultaneously that the junction from rocking and interfering mutually etc. with generator body 11, the installation of the tight hoop 123 of still being convenient for is put in place in upper cover 122 and base 121 cooperation in addition, location simple to operate, cooperation good reliability.
As shown in fig. 9, a tightening member 123 is provided on the outer side of the upper cover 122 and the base 121, and the tightening member 123 may tighten the upper cover 122 and the base 121. Specifically, the tightening member 123 includes a tightening segment 1231, a first fixing segment 1232, a second fixing segment 1233, and a third fixing segment 1234, wherein the tightening segment 1231 generally forms a ring shape having an opening, the tightening segment 1231 is disposed around the outer sides of the upper cover 122 and the base 121, specifically, the outer surface of the upper cover 122 has a first recess 1221, the outer surface of the base 121 has a second recess 1211, the second recess 1211 corresponds to the first recess 1221 in position, wherein a portion of the tightening segment 1231 is engaged with the first recess 1221, and another portion of the tightening segment 1231 is engaged with the second recess 1211, it can be understood that the first recess 1221 extends along the outer surface of the upper cover 122 to form a half-ring shape, the second recess 1211 extends along the outer surface of the base 121 to form a half-ring shape, the first recess 1221 and the second recess 1221 are engaged with the annular groove, the tightening segment 1231 can be installed in the annular groove formed by the two recesses, and the tightening segment 1231 can be prevented from being disengaged from the fixing segment 1231, thereby improving the stability of the fixing structure.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 6 and fig. 8, the first fixing section 1232 is disposed at one end of the tightening section 1231, the second fixing section 1233 is disposed at the other end of the tightening section 1231, the first fixing section 1232 is provided with the first fixing hole 15, the second fixing section 1233 is provided with the second fixing hole, the second fixing hole corresponds to the first fixing hole 15, the fastener penetrates through the first fixing hole 15 and the second fixing hole, and the first fixing section 1232 and the second fixing section 1233 are fixedly connected, so that the tightening section 1231 can be tightly attached to the upper cover 122 and the base 121, and the tightening piece 123 can fix the upper cover 122 and the base 121. The fastener can be a bolt, so that the connection is convenient and the stability is good.
The first fixing section 1232 and the second fixing section 1233 are located on the upper portion of the generator body 11, the first fixing section 1232 is provided with a first connection portion 13, the third fixing section 1234 can be located on the lower portion of the generator body 11, the third fixing section 1234 is provided with a second connection portion 14, that is, the first fixing section 1232 and the second fixing section 1233 are located on the first side of the generator body 11, the third fixing section 1234 is located on the side of the generator body 11 opposite to the first side, the first connection portion 13 and the second connection portion 14 form a connection hole, the connection hole and the mounting hole of the positioning column are penetrated through by a fastener, and the steam generator 10 is fixed on the front support 20. The fixing effect of the steam generator 10 can be improved by fixedly mounting the connecting parts on the two sides, and the stability is good.
As shown in fig. 10, the water storage box 30 includes a first box 31 and a second box 32, the second box 32 is disposed above the first box 31, the second box 32 is welded to the first box 31 to define a water storage cavity, and water leakage at the joint is avoided by welding. Second box body 32 has water inlet 302, and first box body 31 has delivery port 303, and water inlet 302, delivery port 303 and water storage chamber intercommunication, water inlet 302 are located upper portion, and delivery port 303 is located the lower part to in the water storage intracavity water can the evacuation, the water in the water storage intracavity can the circulation flow, avoid remaining ponding etc..
As shown in fig. 3, 6 and 7, the water storage box 30 is disposed on the front support 20, and the water storage box 30 is disposed at the lower portion of the front support 20, it can be understood that, the lower portion of the front support 20 is a lower portion relative to the middle position of the front support 20, and does not exceed the lower edge of the front support 20, so as to improve the rationality and compactness of the overall structural layout, the front support 20 is provided with the slot 23, the water storage box 30 is provided with the insertion portion 301, specifically, one side of the front support 20 is provided with the support portion 24, the support portion 24 may be a support platform or a support rib, and the slot 23 is disposed on the support portion 24, so that the stability of the slot 23 can be improved, and further the stability and reliability of the installation of the water storage box 30 can be improved; a part of the water storage box 30 protrudes outwards to form the insertion part 301, that is, the outer wall surface of a part of the water storage box 30 is directly inserted and matched with the slot 23, the matching is convenient and reliable, other matching structures are not required to be additionally arranged on the water storage box 30, the manufacturing process is simplified, the water storage box 30 is supported on the supporting part 24, the stability is good, and the water storage box 30 is prevented from shaking and the like; meanwhile, the spatial characteristics of the front support 20 are fully utilized, and the stability of the structure is improved.
The slots 23 include two slots arranged oppositely, the support portions 24 include two corresponding slots 24, each slot 23 is supported on the corresponding support portion 24, the structures of the two support portions 24 may be the same, for example, the two slots 23 are supported on the support platform, or the two slots 23 are supported on the support ribs, as shown in fig. 7, in some examples, the structures of the two support portions 24 may also be different, one slot 23 is supported on the support platform, the other slot 23 is supported on the support ribs, a mounting cavity 25 is defined between the two support portions 24, a portion of the water storage box 30 is mounted in the mounting cavity 25, that is, when the outer wall surface of the water storage box 30 is supported on the two slots 23, a portion of the water storage box 30 may be inserted into the mounting cavity 25, so as to achieve full utilization of the space on the front support 20, increase the water storage capacity of the water storage box 30, and a portion of the water storage box 30 is disposed between the two slots 23, the size of the mounting cavity 25 matches the size of the portion of the water storage box 30, which may also increase the structural stability, and avoid shaking of the water storage box 30.
The water storage box 30 is further provided with a mounting plate 33, as shown in fig. 3, 7 and 10, the mounting plate 33 extends in the left-right direction and is provided with a connecting hole, the front support 20 is provided with a mounting post with a mounting hole, the right edge of the mounting plate 33 is provided with a bending section extending backwards, when the water storage box 30 is inserted into the slot 23, the bending section is abutted against a part of the front support 20, the mounting plate 33 is fixedly connected with the front support 20 by penetrating the connecting hole and the mounting post through a fastener, and thus the water storage box 30 is firmly fixed on the front support 20.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the water storage box 30 is positioned at a lower portion of the front support 20, and the water storage box 30 is communicated with the refill chamber through the connection pipe 60, so that water can be filled into the water storage box 30 through the refill port 304. The water replenishing port 304 is communicated with the water inlet 302 of the water storage box 30, and the height of the water inlet 302 is lower than that of the water replenishing cavity, it can be understood that a user injects water into the water storage box 30 through the water replenishing port 304, the water replenishing port 304 is arranged at the opening 21 of the front support 20, so that the user can operate the water replenishing device conveniently, when the water replenishing cavity is full or the water replenishing port 304 overflows, information of the full water amount is obtained, and the phenomenon that the normal use of other structural components is influenced because too much water in the water storage box 30 overflows into the clothes treatment device is prevented; and the water replenishing port 304 is located at a lower position of the laundry treating apparatus and the water replenishing port 304 is located at a lower portion of the opening 21 through which the laundry is thrown, the user can conveniently perform the water replenishing operation even when the laundry treating apparatus is placed at a high position.
The water storage box 30 further includes: the water level detection device can be arranged in the water storage cavity and also can be arranged outside the water storage cavity, for example, the water level detection device is an infrared sensor and detects the water amount in the water storage cavity in an infrared mode.
As shown in fig. 10, the water level detecting device includes a floating ball 35 and a magnetic member 37, the floating ball 35 is disposed in the water storage cavity, the magnetic member 37 is disposed outside the water storage box 30, specifically, a limiting post 34 is disposed in the water storage cavity, wherein the limiting post 34 can be integrally formed on the second box 32, and can also be connected to the second box 32 in a matching manner, so that the upper end of the limiting post 34 is connected to the second box 32, the floating ball 35 can be sleeved on the limiting post 34, the floating ball 35 can move along the direction of the limiting post 34, and the floating ball 35 is in sliding fit with the limiting post 34, and the floating ball 35 can be prevented from moving in the horizontal direction by disposing the limiting post 34 to affect the detection of the water level.
The top of second box body 32 is equipped with spacing groove 36, magnetism piece 37 is suitable for pegging graft to spacing groove 36, realize the fixed of magnetism piece 37, the water storage box 30 outside still is equipped with the closed circuit that the wire formed, particularly, floater 35 and magnetism piece 37 are mutually supported, be equipped with magnet in the floater 35, utilize electromagnetic induction's principle, floater 35 removes, magnetism piece 27 is kept away from to floater 35, make the magnetic flux change, the current change of closed circuit, along with the change of water yield, the distance grow gradually between floater 35 and the magnetism piece 27, when reaching the certain distance, the water level carries out warning suggestion etc. when reaching preset water level promptly, the realization is to the detection of the water level in the water storage cavity.
As shown in fig. 3 and 10, the water storage box 30 is further provided with a vent 305, the vent 305 is arranged at the top of the second box body 32, the vent 305 communicates the water storage cavity with the outside, and by arranging the vent 305, the water storage cavity can be ensured to be always communicated with the outside, so that the negative pressure state in the water storage cavity is avoided, and the outflow of water is prevented from being influenced; by providing the vent 305 at the top of the second container 32, the water in the water storage chamber can be prevented from automatically flowing out or overflowing.
In some specific examples, a portion of the upper surface of the second container 32 protrudes upward to form a boss, the vent 305 is disposed at the top of the boss, an escape portion is formed between the boss and the water storage box 20, and the mounting plate 33 is disposed at the escape portion, thereby facilitating the assembly of the water storage box 30 and the front support 20 and further improving the space utilization.
The water pump 40 is connected between the water outlet 303 and the steam generator 10, the water outlet 303 of the water storage box 30 is connected with the water inlet end of the water pump 40 through the connection pipe 60, and the water outlet end of the water pump 40 is connected with the steam generator 10 through the connection pipe 60, so that the water pump 40 can pump the water of the water storage box 30 into the steam generator 10. Wherein, the water pump 40 is fixedly connected with the positioning column on the front support 20 through a fastening piece, which is convenient for the matching connection of the water pump 40 with the water storage box 30 and the steam generator 10.
According to the clothes treatment device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the steam generator 10 is arranged on the front support 20, and the steam generator 10 can be arranged adjacent to the air vent 27, so that the heat of steam generated by the steam generator 10 can be prevented from being lost in a pipeline, the reduction of steam outlet quantity is avoided, the steam quantity introduced into the clothes treatment cavity is increased, and the drying efficiency of clothes can be further improved; the water storage box 30 is arranged on the front support 20, so that the assembly is convenient, and the water storage box 30 is arranged at a lower position, so that a user can add water into the water storage box 30 conveniently, and the convenience of operation is improved; by arranging the heat insulating part 12 on the steam generator 10, the heat loss of steam can be prevented, the steam utilization rate can be improved, high-temperature gas can be prevented from being emitted to surrounding structural members, the aging and deformation of the structural members can be avoided, and the feasibility of installing and using the steam generator 10 can be ensured.
Other configurations and operations of the laundry treating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein. The vertical direction, the horizontal direction, and the front-rear direction are based on the vertical direction, the horizontal direction, and the front-rear direction of the figure.

1. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
a front support (20);
a steam generator (10), said steam generator (10) having a steam generating chamber;
the water storage box (30), the water storage box (30) has the water storage chamber, the water storage chamber with steam generation chamber intercommunication, wherein, the water storage box (30) with steam generator (10) all locate preceding support (20).
2. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the steam generator (10) is provided above the water storage box (30).
3. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the steam generator (10) includes:
a generator body (11), the generator body (11) having a steam outlet (111);
the heat insulation component (12), the heat insulation component (12) is limited with an accommodating cavity communicated with the outside, at least one part of the generator body (11) is arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the heat insulation component (12) is suitable for being matched and connected with the front support (20).
4. The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that, a mounting portion (22) is provided on the front support (20), the heat insulation member (12) has a connecting portion corresponding to and cooperating with the mounting portion (22).

The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the mounting portion (22) forms a mounting post protruding out of the front support (20), the connecting portion forms a connecting hole, and the mounting portion (22) and the connecting portion are fixedly connected by a fastener inserted through the connecting hole.
6. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that the heat insulating member (12) includes:
a base (121);
the upper cover (122) is arranged on the base (121) and limits the accommodating cavity with the base (121);
the clamping piece (123) is arranged on the outer sides of the upper cover (122) and the base (121) and used for clamping, connecting and fixing the upper cover (122) and the base (121).

The laundry processing apparatus according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that one of the water storage box (30) and the front support (20) has a slot (23), and the other of the water storage box (30) and the front support (20) has a plug-in part (301), the plug-in part (301) is in plug-in fit with the slot (23).
8. The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the front support (20) is provided with a support portion (24), the slot (23) is provided on the support platform, and a portion of the water storage box (30) protrudes outward to form the insertion portion (301).
9. The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 7, characterized in that the water storage box (30) includes: a mounting plate (33), at least a portion of the mounting plate (33) abutting the front support (20), and the mounting plate (33) being connected to the front support (20) by fasteners.
10. The laundry processing apparatus according to any one of claims 1-9, characterized in that the water storage box (30) comprises:
a first cartridge (31), the first cartridge (31) having a water outlet (303), the water outlet (303) being in communication with the steam generator (10);
the second box body (32), the second box body (32) is arranged above the first box body (31) and is in sealing fit with the first box body (31) to limit a water storage cavity, the second box body (32) is provided with a water inlet (302),
the second box body (32) is matched with the first box body (31) in a welding mode.
11. The laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1-10, further comprising: the water level detection device is arranged on the water storage box (30) and used for detecting the water level in the water storage cavity.

The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the water level detecting device includes a float ball (35) and a magnetic member (37), the float ball (35) is disposed in the water storage chamber, the magnetic member (37) is disposed outside the water storage box (30), and the float ball (35) and the magnetic member (37) cooperate to detect the water level in the water storage chamber.

Laundry treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1-12, characterized in that the front support (20) is provided with a water replenishment opening (304), the water replenishment opening (304) being in communication with the water inlet (302) of the water storage box (30), and the water replenishment opening (304) being higher than the water inlet (302).
