For example, referring to fig. 1 to 3, in one embodiment, the pipe joint includes a water inlet pipe joint 810, a water outlet pipe joint 820 and a water outlet pipe joint 830, wherein the water inlet pipe joint 810 is connected to a water inlet pipe inside the tank 200, the water outlet pipe joint 820 is connected to a water outlet pipe inside the tank 200, the water outlet pipe joint 830 is connected to a condensed water outlet pipe inside the tank 200, the concave stage includes a first concave stage 211 and a second concave stage 212, the water inlet pipe joint 810 and the water outlet pipe joint 820 are disposed on the first concave stage 211, and the water outlet pipe joint 830 is disposed on the second concave stage 212; in addition, specifically, the case body 310 of the electrical box 300 is also disposed on the first concave 211 to prevent the case cover 320 of the electrical box 300 from protruding from the lower surface of the lower cover 210, and the water inlet pipe joint 810 and the water outlet pipe joint 820 are symmetrically disposed about the central axis of the lower cover 210 and the case cover 320 for improving the aesthetic property, and the second concave 212 is disposed at the edge of the lower cover 210. Meanwhile, in detail, the water inlet pipe joint 810, the water outlet pipe joint 820 and the water outlet pipe joint 830 are all located at one side of the lower cover 210, which is biased toward the wall panel 220, since the water heater tank is connected to the wall through the wall panel 220, it is convenient to connect the water inlet pipe joint 810, the water outlet pipe joint 820 and the water outlet pipe joint 830 to an external water supply line, a user water supply line and a water outlet line, which are disposed on the wall, respectively, by disposing the water inlet pipe joint 810, the water outlet pipe joint 820 and the water outlet pipe joint 830 at one side of the lower cover 210, which is close to the wall panel 220.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the water tank of the water heater further includes a bottom heat exchanger 700, the bottom heat exchanger 700 includes a spiral coil 710, the bottom of the liner 100 adopts the spherical end socket 120, the spiral coil 710 is spirally wound on the spherical end socket 120, and further after the bottom heat exchanger 700 is introduced with a heating medium, the bottom of the liner 100 can be heated by the spiral coil 710, so as to reduce the water temperature layering condition in the liner 100.
Meanwhile, referring to fig. 4 and 10, in order to prevent the spiral coil 710 from sagging under the action of self gravity and separating from the spherical end socket 120, a fixing clip 900 is arranged on the outer side of the spherical end socket 120, a plurality of clamping grooves 921 are formed on one side of the fixing clip 900 facing the spherical end socket 120, and the plurality of clamping grooves 921 on the same fixing clip 900 are respectively used for being clamped with each circle section of the spiral coil 710, so as to respectively fix each circle section of the spiral coil 710, thereby preventing the spiral coil 710 from sagging under the action of self gravity and separating from the spherical end socket 120; moreover, as each circle section of the spiral coil 710 is respectively clamped with different clamping grooves 921 on the fixing clamp 900, the distance between two adjacent circle sections of the spiral coil 710 can be effectively controlled by designing the distance between the adjacent clamping grooves 921 on the fixing clamp 900, so that the heating uniformity of the spherical sealing head 120 is further improved.
It will be appreciated that in one embodiment, referring to fig. 11, the retainer clip 900 is provided in a plurality around the ball head 120 to assist in securing the multi-turn helical coil 710 in a plurality of different orientations.
It will be appreciated that, in some embodiments, the fixing clip 900 is mounted and fixed on the spherical sealing head 120, and for facilitating the mounting of the fixing clip 900, referring to fig. 10 to 12, the fixing clip 900 includes a first fixing section 910, a clamping section 920, and a second fixing section 930, where the first fixing section 910, the clamping section 920, and the second fixing section 930 are sequentially connected, and the clamping slot 921 is disposed on the clamping section 920, and the first fixing section 910 and the second fixing end are used for being connected to the spherical sealing head 120; in addition, specifically, the first fixing section 910 is provided with a first connecting hole 911, the second fixing section 930 is provided with a second connecting hole 931, the spherical sealing head 120 is provided with a stud 121 corresponding to the first connecting hole 911 and the second connecting hole 931, the stud 121 is arranged through the first connecting hole 911 or the second connecting hole 931, and the stud 121 is connected with a nut in a threaded manner, so that the first fixing section 910 and the second fixing section 930 are tightly fixed on the spherical sealing head 120 through the nut.
It can be appreciated that, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 12, the first connecting hole 911 is a waist-shaped hole, and the second connecting hole 931 is a round hole, so that when there is a certain positional deviation between the two studs 121 corresponding to the same fixing clip 900, it can be ensured that both the studs 121 can well pass through the first connecting hole 911 and the second connecting hole 931, so as to further improve the convenience of installation of the fixing clip 900. It should be understood that in another embodiment, the first connection hole 911 may alternatively be provided as a circular hole and the second connection hole 931 may be provided as a waist hole.
It will be appreciated that in some of these embodiments, referring to fig. 10-12, the side of the first and second fixing segments 910, 930 facing away from the spherical head 120 is provided with a mounting groove 940, and the nut on the stud 121 is received within the mounting groove 940; by accommodating the nuts in the mounting grooves 940, loosening of the nuts due to collision and the like can be avoided in the mounting process of the water tank of the water heater, and further the fixing effect of the fixing clamp 900 on the spiral coil 710 is prevented from being influenced; also, it should be understood that the size of the mounting groove 940 should be larger than the size of the nut in order to facilitate the threading of the nut into the interior of the mounting groove 940.
It should be understood that, in addition to the fixing clip 900 being selectively and fixedly connected to the spherical head 120, in other embodiments, the fixing clip 900 may be selectively connected and fixed to the inner wall of the case 200, so long as each slot 921 on the fixing clip 900 can be engaged with the corresponding coil 710, and thus the specific fixing manner and fixing position of the fixing clip 900 are not limited herein.
The water heater according to the second aspect of the present utility model includes the water heater tank according to the first aspect, and the convenience of subsequent maintenance can be effectively improved by adopting the water heater tank according to the first aspect.

Claims (10)

1. A water heater tank, comprising:
the inner container is provided with an installation opening;
the box body is covered outside the inner container;
the electric box comprises a box body and a box cover, wherein the box body is arranged on the box body, a penetrating opening is formed in a position corresponding to the mounting opening, the box opening of the box body faces to the outer side of the box body, and the box cover is detachably connected to the box body and is used for sealing the box opening;
the electric installation assembly penetrates through the penetrating opening and the installation opening, the electric installation assembly comprises a fixed disc and a first electric component, the fixed disc is detachably connected to the inner container and can seal the installation opening, and the first electric component is located inside the inner container and is fixed to the fixed disc and can pass through the penetrating opening and the installation opening to enter and exit the inner container.

The water tank of claim 1, wherein a temperature controller and an electronic magnesium rod electric control board are further arranged in the box body, the first electric part comprises an electric heating pipe, an electronic magnesium rod and a temperature sensor, the temperature controller is electrically connected with the electric heating pipe and the temperature sensor, and the electronic magnesium rod electric control board is electrically connected with the electronic magnesium rod.
3. The water heater tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tank body includes a lower cover at a bottom, the mounting port is provided at a bottom of the inner container, and the electric box is provided at the lower cover.
4. A water heater tank as claimed in claim 3, wherein a part of the bottom surface of the lower cover is concaved inward to form a recess, the recess is provided with a pipe joint, and the height of the pipe joint protruding from the recess is smaller than the depth of the recess.

The water heater tank according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a bottom heat exchanger and at least one fixing clip, wherein the inner container comprises a spherical sealing head at the bottom, the bottom heat exchanger comprises a spiral coil spirally wound on the spherical sealing head, the fixing clip is arranged on the outer side of the spherical sealing head, a plurality of clamping grooves are formed in one side facing the spherical sealing head, and a plurality of clamping grooves of the same fixing clip are respectively clamped with each circle segment of the spiral coil.

The water tank of claim 5, wherein the fixing clip comprises a first fixing section, a clamping section and a second fixing section which are sequentially connected, the clamping groove is formed in the clamping section, the first fixing section is provided with a first connecting hole, the second fixing section is provided with a second connecting hole, a stud is arranged at a position, corresponding to the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole, of the spherical sealing head, the stud penetrates through the first connecting hole or the second connecting hole, the stud is connected with a nut, and the first fixing section and the second fixing section are tightly fixed on the spherical sealing head through the nut.
7. The water heater tank as claimed in claim 6, wherein one of the first and second connection holes is a circular hole and the other is a waist-shaped hole.
8. The water heater tank of claim 6, wherein a mounting groove is formed in a side of the first and second fixed segments facing away from the spherical head, and the nut is received in the mounting groove.

The water heater tank according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a microchannel heat exchanger, a hanger and a wall plate, wherein the hanger is arranged on the peripheral side surface of the inner container and is connected with the wall plate, and a containing groove is formed on one side of the hanger facing away from the inner container; the micro-channel heat exchanger comprises a heat exchange main body and a connecting pipe, wherein the heat exchange main body is arranged on the peripheral side face of the inner container in a disc mode, the connecting pipe is clamped in the accommodating groove, and one end of the connecting pipe is connected with the heat exchange main body.
10. A water heater comprising a water heater tank as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
