Claims (10)

1. An electric heating device, comprising:
the flange plate is provided with a first mounting hole and two second mounting holes;
the electric heating pipe is inserted into the first mounting hole in a sealing manner;
the water outlet pipe is hermetically inserted into one of the second mounting holes;
the water inlet pipe is inserted into the other second mounting hole in a sealing manner, and a plurality of water outlet holes are formed in the pipe wall of the water inlet pipe along the length direction;
and the water return cover is arranged above the water inlet pipe and covers the water outlet hole.
2. The electric heating device of claim 1, wherein the longitudinal section of the water return cover is an inverted U-shaped structure, a semicircular structure or an inverted V-shaped structure.
3. The electric heating apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a stopper, wherein the water inlet pipe is sandwiched between the stopper and the water return cover.
4. The electric heating device according to claim 3, wherein a positioning groove is formed on the upper surface of the limiting block, and the water inlet pipe is clamped in the positioning groove.
5. The electric heating device of claim 3, wherein the limiting block is clamped on the water return cover.
6. An electric heating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
and the connecting positioning piece is connected between the electric heating pipe and the water inlet pipe and between the water outlet pipes.

The electric heating device according to claim 6, wherein the connecting and positioning member comprises a first connecting member and a second connecting member, the first connecting member is provided with a first clamping groove, and the second connecting member is provided with a second clamping groove and a third clamping groove;
the first connecting piece is arranged on the water return cover, the first clamping groove is clamped on the water outlet pipe, the second clamping groove is clamped on the water outlet pipe, and the third clamping groove is clamped on the electric heating pipe.

The electric heating device of claim 7, wherein the electric heating device comprises a plurality of electric heating tubes, and a plurality of third locking grooves are provided on the second connecting member, and the third locking grooves are locked on the corresponding electric heating tubes.

The electric heating device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the water inlet end of the water inlet pipe extending to the outer surface of the flange is provided with a first connecting pipe orifice; and a second connecting pipe orifice is arranged at the water outlet end part of the water outlet pipe extending out of the outer surface of the flange plate.
10. An electric water heater comprising a housing and a liner, the liner being disposed in the housing, characterized by further comprising an electric heating device according to any one of claims 1-9, the electric heating device being disposed on the liner.
