Background
The spinneret has a spinneret, and a thimble-like metal nozzle for spinning rayon has a plurality of small holes through which a spinning solution is extruded to form filaments. The raw material is melted or dissolved into viscous solution by a chemical method, and then the viscous solution flows out of a spinneret plate to form a filament, and the filament is solidified by condensation, evaporation or cooling. The spinneret is an essential precision part in a spinning machine as an important equipment for manufacturing synthetic fibers, and the size and shape of the spinneret are important conditions for ensuring the quality of a fiber finished product.
In the production process of synthetic fibers, polyester melt at 300 ℃ is rapidly sprayed out from micropores on a spinneret plate under the action of pressure and then cooled into filaments under the action of cooling air. In a production environment, after the spinneret plate works for a period of time, dirt formed by mixing crystals of polyester sublimate, degradation products, carbide and silicon oil (release agent) can be accumulated on the plate surface of the spinneret plate. After long-time accumulation, micropores on the plate surface of the spinneret plate can be blocked finally, the micropores are not sufficient in roundness or even completely blocked, and the problems of bending defects, broken filament defects and broken filaments appear on the silk threads.
At present, most factories manually clean dirt adhered to a plate surface by manpower, but the time consumption of manual cleaning is too long, the cleaning operation of workers is laborious, and the workers are easily injured due to high temperature in the environment where cleaning work is located.
In addition, some factories began to perform this laborious and dangerous work with a small number of automatic plate cleaners instead of manually. However, the existing automatic plate cleaning machine cannot be completely carried out under the working condition of the spinneret plate according to the technical defects, and the metering pump needs to be closed in the plate cleaning process (namely, the micro-holes do not eject the polyester melt). In the synthetic fiber production process, the pressure in the polyester raw material conveying pipeline is changed by repeatedly closing and starting the metering pump, so that the workshop production can be greatly caused, and meanwhile, the subsequent adjustment is also complex. Therefore, the problem of low plate cleaning efficiency also exists. In addition, such a so-called automatic cleaning process is not complete because the nozzle plate cannot be cleaned without wiping the plate after the scraping process is actually performed.
Therefore, aiming at the existing problems, the spinneret plate cleaning device which can automatically complete not only a shovel plate but also a wiping plate without closing a metering pump in the working process of a workshop and improve the efficiency of plate surface cleaning work has important significance.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a spinneret plate cleaning device, which can realize that a machine can complete a shovel plate without closing a metering pump in the working process through an uninterrupted shovel plate device, and automatically wipe the plate after the automatic shovel plate, so that the problem that the existing machine can not really replace manual scraping and shoveling to clean the plate surface, which wastes time and labor is solved, and the efficiency of plate surface cleaning work is improved.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a spinneret cleaning device according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, blade unit 3 includes a metal guard 31, a cylindrical housing 32 provided in metal guard 31, a transmission mechanism 33 provided in metal guard 31 and connected to cylindrical housing 32, and a motor 34 for driving transmission mechanism 33. The metal shield 31 has a smooth surface, and the metal shield 31 is coupled to the turntable 24 and rotates with the turntable 24. The scraper knife 322 extends out of the knife sheath 321 through the pneumatic device 323 during working, the elastic element 326 enables the scraper knife 322 to be better attached to the plate surface, the pneumatic device 325 retracts the scraper knife 322 after the scraper knife 322 finishes working, waste adhered to the scraper knife 322 can be removed by the knife sheath 321, the scraper knife 322 continues to retract, and the grinding of the knife edge of the scraper knife 322 is finished through the automatic knife grinding mechanism 324. In the embodiment of the invention, the automatic sharpening mechanism 324 utilizes the friction between the sharpening roller and the scraper knife 322 to complete sharpening, and the elastic element 326 is additionally arranged to apply clamping force between the sharpening roller and the scraper knife 322.
As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 shows a trajectory diagram of the blade 322, and in this embodiment, two blades 322 and 322' are used. X1 and X2 are revolution trajectories of the centers of the blade 322 and the blade 322 'on the plate surface of the spinneret plate 71, respectively, and Y1 and Y2 are ranges of the blade 322 and the blade 322' on the plate surface.
After the silicone oil nozzle 4 sprays the silicone oil on the plate surface of the spinneret 71, the scraper 322 contacts the spinneret 71, and then the scraper 322 on the two cylindrical housings 32 revolves on the plate surface of the spinneret 71 around the axis of the rotary table 24 while rotating, so as to scrape the dirt on the plate surface clean. The waste wire generated in the scraping process is collected by the wire collecting device 5, and after the scraping by the scraper knife 322 is finished, the scraper 3 is withdrawn. The mechanical arm 6 is driven by the motion mechanism 61 to grab the waste silk clusters in the silk collecting device 5, the mechanical arm 6 used for grabbing the waste silk is conveyed to the spinneret plate 71, and the mechanical claw 62 is used for rotationally wiping the plate surface of the spinneret plate 71.
As shown in fig. 5, the waste silk winding device is used for winding the collected waste silk into a lump, and the waste silk winding device comprises a telescopic manipulator 631, a belt pulley 632 and a motor 633. The waste silk entering the silk collecting box 53 is rolled into a ball by the power of the motor 633 and the transmission of the belt pulley 632 to drive the retractable mechanical arm 631 to rotate. In addition, the addition of the sheath enables the scraper knife to automatically remove waste wires bonded in the working process in the telescopic process of the scraper knife. The automatic sharpening mechanism can polish the scraper knife quickly, and reduces the complex work of dismounting the scraper knife. The manipulator snatchs the spinneret behind the waste silk to the cleaning shovel board, and the clean effect of face is better. And the automatic board wiping is carried out after the shoveling plate, so that the cleaning process becomes complete and the cleaning effect is better. Therefore, the invention not only avoids the defect that the pump shovel needs to be shut down in the prior art, but also improves the efficiency of the machine shovel and the board surface cleanliness.
