本发明涉及一种水性遮光胶,属于胶粘剂技术领域。
背景技术
LCD显示模组在组装时会用到黑色边框遮光胶以防止屏幕侧边漏光。目前常见的侧边遮光胶均是紫外光固化胶(UV胶),其优点是固化速度快和VOC含量低,其缺点是气味大、皮肤刺激性大、固化厚度小,遮光率低,在大尺寸显示边框上使用时还会出现附着力低或者难以返修的问题,难以同时达到高粘接力同时容易返修的性能。为此人们迫切希望寻找到一种可适用于各尺寸显示模组的低VOC、低气味、低皮肤刺激性、固化厚度大、遮光率高、粘接强度高并且易于返修的遮光胶。本发明的水性遮光胶不含有机溶剂低VOC、低气味、固化厚度大、遮光率高、粘接强度高并且易于返修,适用于各种尺寸显示模组的边框遮光。
发明内容
为了解决现有UV遮光胶固化厚度小,遮光率低,难以同时达到附着力高并且容易返修的性能,本发明提供一种水性遮光胶,可以解决上述问题。
本发明解决上述问题的技术方案如下:
一种水性遮光胶由以下质量份的原料组成:改性亲水性弹性体100份,水性增粘树脂1-10份,颜料0.1-5份,水50-200份。
进一步地,所述改性亲水性弹性体,是指有亲水性单体和功能单体接枝的不饱和热塑性弹性体,具体地,包含以下步骤:
a.将溶剂和不饱和热塑性弹性体分别加入到反应釜中,加热至60-90℃搅拌2-6h至弹性体完全溶解;
b.将亲水性单体、功能性单体和热引发剂依次加入到上述溶液中,加热至60-90℃反应2-6h;
c.加热至80℃-130℃蒸馏出溶剂,溶剂可循环使用,即得改性亲水性弹性体。
更进一步地,所述溶剂为环己烷,甲基环己烷,乙基环己烷,乙酸甲酯,乙酸乙酯,乙酸丙酯中的一种或几种混合。优选沸点为70℃到110℃之间的溶剂;所述不饱和热塑性弹性体是指分子链中含有不饱和碳碳双键的热塑性弹性体,包括苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS),苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯(SIS),双嵌段结构苯乙烯-丁二烯(SB)及苯乙烯-异成二烯(SI),苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯(SEB),丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)中的一种或几种混合。优选不饱和双键含量大于5%的热塑性弹性体。
更进一步地,所述亲水性单体是指分子链上既含有如羟基、羧基、氨基、氰基、磷酸基等亲水性基团,同时又含有不饱和双键的物质,包括但不仅限于丙烯酸,丙烯酸羟乙酯,丙烯酸羟丙酯,丙烯酸羟丁酯,2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸磷酸酯,丙烯酰吗啉,N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺,2-氰基乙基丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种混合;所述功能性单体是指分子链既含有封闭异氰酸酯,又含有不饱和双键的的物质,包括但不仅限于2-[(3,5-二甲基吡唑基)羰基氨基]甲基丙烯酸乙酯,2-[0-(1'-甲基亚丙基氨基)羧基氨基]甲基丙烯酸乙酯中的一种或两种混合。所述亲水性单体的摩尔使用量为上述热塑性弹性体不饱和双键摩尔量的50%-100%,功能性单体摩尔使用量为上述热塑性弹性体不饱和双键摩尔量的1%-10%;所述热引发剂为偶氮类,包括偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN),偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐(AIBA),偶氮二异丁咪唑啉盐酸盐(AIBI)中的一种或几种混合,偶氮类引发剂在裂解时会产生氮气,能够减少体系中氧气对自由基聚合的阻聚作用,提高反应速率;所述水性增粘树脂是指水溶性增粘树脂或乳液,如荒川化学的SUPER ESTER E-200NT,SUPER ESTER E-720等;所述颜料为水溶性炭黑。
进一步地,所述一种水性遮光胶的制备方法包括:将上述改性亲水性弹性体100份,水性增粘树脂1-10份,颜料0.1-5份,水50-200份依次加入到搅拌釜中强力搅拌分散均匀即得。
更进一步地,所述一种水性遮光胶的特征在于,涂胶干燥之后,继续升温加热烘干的过程中封闭的异氰酸酯基团被释放,被释放的异氰酸酯基团可在分子间反应形成交联网络增大胶膜本体强度,同时也可以和玻璃基材表面的羟基等活性基团反应增大粘接强度。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备的水性遮光胶,解决了现有UV型黑色遮光胶气味大、皮肤刺激性大、固化厚度小,遮光率低,难以同时达到高粘接力并且容易返修的性能。本发明的水性遮光胶不含有机溶剂、低VOC、低气味、低皮肤刺激性、固化厚度大、遮光率高、粘接强度高同时易于返修,适用于各种尺寸显示模组的边框遮光,适用范围更广。本发明制备的水性遮光胶固化方式为水溶剂挥发固化成膜,故所加颜料的量不受限制且不会影响固化速度和胶膜性能,能够大大提高遮光性能;在后续加热挥发过程中,封闭的异氰酸酯能够通过分子间交联提高胶膜本体强度,同时也可以增大对基材的粘接强度。

在烧瓶中依次加入370g环己烷和370gkraton D1115 SBS不饱和弹性体,边搅拌边加热至75℃直至完全溶解;加入51g丙烯酸,232g丙烯酸羟乙酯,150.6g 2-[(3,5-二甲基吡唑基)羰基氨基]甲基丙烯酸乙酯,2g AIBN,70℃加热反应4h;加热至85℃将环己烷蒸馏收集,加入荒川化学增粘树脂SUPER ESTER E-200NT 40g,水溶性炭黑8g,水700g,搅拌2h至混合均匀。
实施例2

测试项目
存储稳定性:于5℃条件下密封存储30天,观察有无相分离现象。
180℃剥离强度:将遮光胶喷涂于玻璃基材上,80℃加热20min,然后95℃加热20min或UV光照3000mJ/cm2(针对UV型),干膜厚度控制在0.3mm。返修性:将遮光胶喷涂于玻璃基材上,80℃加热20min,然后95℃加热20min或UV光照3000mJ/cm2(针对UV型),干膜厚度控制在0.3mm,室温返修。遮光率:干膜厚0.3mm,测试550nm遮光率。
气味:共划分10个等级(1=无法忍受,2=非常恶心,3=恶心,4=厌恶,5=几乎无法容忍,6=可容忍,7=轻微,8=可察觉,9=略可察觉,10=无气味),10个未接触过胶水的人评判打分后取平均值。

从上述测试结果可以看出,本发明的一种水性遮光胶通过对热塑性不饱和弹性体的化学改性,使得本发明制备出的水性遮光胶气味低,存储稳定性优良,遮光率高,粘接强度大并且易于返修,其粘接性能更可靠,适用范围更广泛。

Claims (6)
1.一种水性遮光胶,其特征在于,由以下质量份的原料组成:改性亲水性弹性体100份,水性增粘树脂1-10份,颜料0.1-5份,水50-200份;
所述改性亲水性弹性体,制备步骤包含:
a.溶剂和不饱和热塑性弹性体加热至60-90℃搅拌2-6h至弹性体完全溶解;
b.将亲水性单体、功能性单体和热引发剂依次加入到上述溶液中,加热至60-90℃反应2-6h;
c.加热至80℃-130℃蒸馏出溶剂,即得改性亲水性弹性体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性遮光胶,其特征在于,所述溶剂为环己烷,甲基环己烷,乙基环己烷,乙酸甲酯,乙酸乙酯,乙酸丙酯中的一种或几种混合;所述不饱和热塑性弹性体为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯,苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯,双嵌段结构苯乙烯-丁二烯及苯乙烯-异戊二烯,苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯,丙烯腈一丁二烯一苯乙烯中的一种或几种混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性遮光胶,其特征在于,所述亲水性单体为丙烯酸,丙烯酸羟乙酯,丙烯酸羟丙酯,丙烯酸羟丁酯,2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸磷酸酯,丙烯酰吗啉,N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺,2-氰基乙基丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种混合;所述功能性单体为2-[(3,5-二甲基吡唑基)羰基氨基]甲基丙烯酸乙酯,2-[0-(1'-甲基亚丙基氨基)羧基氨基]甲基丙烯酸乙酯中的一种或两种混合;所述热引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈,偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐,偶氮二异丁咪唑啉盐酸盐中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性遮光胶,其特征在于,所述水性增粘树脂为荒川化学的SUPER ESTER E-200NT,SUPER ESTER E-720中的一种;所述颜料为水溶性炭黑。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性遮光胶,其特征在于,所述亲水性单体的摩尔使用量为热塑性弹性体不饱和双键摩尔量的50%-100%,所述功能性单体摩尔使用量为热塑性弹性体不饱和双键摩尔量的1%-10%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性遮光胶,其特征在于,制备方法包括:将改性亲水性弹性体100份,水性增粘树脂1-10份,颜料0.1-5份,水50-200份依次加入到搅拌釜中强力搅拌分散均匀即得。
