Claims (10)

1. The anti-dazzle anti-fingerprint wear-resistant hardening liquid with the rubber hand feeling is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
40-50 parts of organic fluorine-silicon special modified polyurethane acrylic resin
10-15 parts of special modified UV (ultraviolet) matte polyurethane acrylic resin
5-10 parts of acrylic monomer
1-5 parts of photoinitiator
1-2 parts of fluorine-containing acrylic compound resin
1-3 parts of rubber skin-feel auxiliary agent
4-5 parts of matting powder
3-4 parts of wear-resistant powder
1-2 parts of anti-settling agent
1-2 parts of wetting dispersant
20-30 parts of a solvent.

The rubber hand-feeling anti-glare anti-fingerprint wear-resistant hardening liquid according to claim 1, wherein the organic fluorosilicone special modified polyurethane acrylic resin is selected from one or more of Zhongshanjie Shida UA-893, UA-5038 and aboveground chemical UV-9843; the special modified UV matte polyurethane acrylic resin is selected from one or more of Aide UV-5688 in Dongguan, L-8300 in Blancao and UVR-68 in Jiasheng.
3. The rubber-feeling anti-glare anti-fingerprint abrasion-resistant hardening liquid according to claim 1, wherein the fluorine-containing acrylic compound resin is one or more selected from KY-1203, KY-178 and FC-4430 of American 3M company.

The rubber hand-feeling anti-glare anti-fingerprint wear-resistant hardening liquid according to claim 1, wherein the acrylic acid monomer is one or more selected from pentaerythritol tetraacrylate, dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate, ditrimethylolpropane triacrylate and 6 mol caprolactone modified dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate.

The rubber hand-feeling anti-glare anti-fingerprint abrasion-resistant hardening liquid according to claim 1, wherein the matting powder is selected from one or more of degussa OK520, Qingyuan Xinhui chemical HD-980, HD-703W, Guangdong Haoyang OMATT-2006; the wear-resistant powder is one or two of polytetrafluoroethylene wax micropowder and PMMA modified microsphere wax powder, the particle size of the wear-resistant powder is 8-10 microns, and the particle size of the matting powder is 3-4 microns.

The rubber hand-feeling anti-glare, anti-fingerprint and abrasion-resistant hardening liquid according to claim 1, wherein the photoinitiator is one or more of 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl acetone, 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone, methyl benzoylformate and 2,4, 6-trimethylbenzoyl-diphenylphosphine oxide.
7. The rubber hand anti-glare anti-fingerprint abrasion-resistant hardening liquid according to claim 1, wherein the rubber hand auxiliary agent is one or more selected from polydimethylsiloxane dispersion liquid, polyether siloxane copolymer or polyester modified organic siloxane.
8. The rubber hand-feeling anti-glare anti-fingerprint wear-resistant hardening liquid according to claim 1, wherein the solvent is one or more selected from cyclohexane, cyclohexanone, ethyl acetate, methyl isobutyl butanone, acetone or ethylene glycol butyl ether.

The rubber hand-feeling anti-dazzle anti-fingerprint wear-resistant hardening liquid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wetting dispersant is one or more of BYK163, BYK410 and TEGO 760W; the anti-settling agent is polyamide wax anti-settling agent selected from one or more of Korea Jinjing AT-720, Japanese Tessibang 6500 and Nanjing Tianshi NEW-0451.
10. The preparation method of the rubber hand anti-dazzle anti-fingerprint wear-resistant hardening liquid as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding organic fluorine-silicon special modified polyurethane acrylic resin, special modified UV matte polyurethane acrylic resin and wetting dispersant into a reaction kettle, dispersing for 10-12min under the condition of the rotation speed of 500 plus materials of 600r/min, adding acrylic monomer, extinction powder, wear-resistant powder, anti-settling agent and partial solvent, and dispersing for 45-50min under the condition of the rotation speed of 1200 plus materials of 1300r/min to obtain dispersed premix;
(2) adding a photoinitiator, a fluorine-containing acrylic compound and a rubber hand feeling auxiliary agent into the premix prepared in the step (1), and stirring and dispersing for 15-20min at the rotation speed of 500-600 r/min;
(3) adding the rest solvent into the reaction kettle, and dispersing for 10-12min under the condition of the rotation speed of 400-500r/min to ensure that the materials are uniformly dispersed, thus the discharging can be checked.
