Here, the rotation of the radar envelope 20 can be realized by using a driving source such as a motor or a hydraulic component, and the driving source can be connected with the control unit of the vehicle to realize the automatic control of the radar turning over. The interior of the radar enclosure 20 is provided with an accommodating space for arranging the radar, for example, forming a concave portion with an opening facing the inside of the vehicle, and the concave portion is the aforesaid accommodating space. A window 21 (see FIG. 4 ) for exposing the radar is provided on the side wall of the radar enclosure 20 , so that the signal of the transmitting end of the radar can be sent directly through the window 21 . The radar enclosure 20 is used to form a closed state (see FIG. 2 ) in which the radar enclosure 20 is hidden in the recess when rotating relative to the fixed assembly 10 and an open state (not shown) in which the window 21 of the radar enclosure 20 is completely exposed to the recess. The sealing assembly 30 includes a flexible sealing film 31. The sealing film 31 is arranged around the radar enclosure 20, and one side of the sealing film 31 is directly or indirectly sealingly connected to the target vehicle body 200, and the other side is sealingly connected to the outside of the radar enclosure 20 to form a sealed water storage space between the target vehicle body and the radar enclosure 20. The target vehicle body is the part of the vehicle body 200 on the peripheral side of the installation opening 201. The sealing film 31 is also provided at the lowest point when the radar enclosure 20 is in the closed state to communicate with the drain pipe of the vehicle for draining the liquid in the water storage space.
