Abstract
本发明提供环保铝蜂窝板,涉及蜂窝板技术领域。该环保铝蜂窝板,包括表层铝皮和底层铝皮,所述表层铝皮和底层铝皮之间设置有蜂窝芯,所述表层铝皮和底层铝皮之间的周侧包覆有封边;所述表层铝皮和底层铝皮均是由铝板材质制成;所述蜂窝芯是由铝箔拉伸而成;所述蜂窝芯呈蜂窝状结构;所述表层铝皮和底层铝皮的内表面均滚涂有与蜂窝芯相对应的pur胶;所述表层铝皮、底层铝皮与蜂窝芯由冷压机或热压机压制而成。通过采用全铝材料制成的蜂窝板,不仅可以满足正常的使用需求,在板材报废后也可以进行直接回收再利用,而且无需再进行拆分和筛选,不仅更加环保,同时也可以实现材料的循环利用,其整体的使用效率大大提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及蜂窝板技术领域,具体为环保铝蜂窝板。
背景技术
蜂窝板是由两块表板和充填其中用以保证两块表板砌合在一起共同工作的蜂窝中间层所组成。蜂窝板结构的设计思路来自工字梁结构,表板相当于工字梁的翼板,主要承受正应力;中间蜂窝层相当于工字梁的腹板,主要承受剪应力;两个表板的结构强度大,有较大的剖面惯性矩,因而刚度好、弯曲强度大;中间夹心层仿生于天然蜂巢结构,所用材料少,但剪切强度大、稳定性好;表板和蜂窝中间层优化组合,使得蜂窝板具有重量轻、强度大、刚度好等优点;表板与蜂窝选择适当,还可获得良好的抗震、隔热、隔音等性能,做成防火蜂窝板、隔热蜂窝板、隔音蜂窝板等。
由于有以上优点,蜂窝板在航空、航天部门率先使用,随后在装饰、幕墙、屋顶、楼板等建筑和工业领域都有广泛应用,目前市场上有多种不同类型的蜂窝板材,但目前大多数蜂窝板材的结构设计过于简单,虽然质量较轻,但整体的连接强度不高,多是直接利用胶水进行粘结,受到轻中度碰撞后就很容易出现起壳和损坏,而且很多板材采用复合材料设计,报废后很多材料无法再回收利用,只能整体报废,从而容易造成材料的浪费以及环境的污染;
为此,我们研发出了新的环保铝蜂窝板。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了环保铝蜂窝板,解决了目前大多数蜂窝板材的结构设计过于简单,虽然质量较轻,但整体的连接强度不高,多是直接利用胶水进行粘结,受到轻中度碰撞后就很容易出现起壳和损坏,而且很多板材采用复合材料设计,报废后很多材料无法再回收利用,只能整体报废,从而容易造成材料的浪费以及环境的污染的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:环保铝蜂窝板,包括表层铝皮和底层铝皮,所述表层铝皮和底层铝皮之间设置有蜂窝芯,所述表层铝皮和底层铝皮之间的周侧包覆有封边,封边可以对蜂窝板起到美边的功能,同时也可以防止蜂窝板发生进水等情况。
优选的,所述表层铝皮和底层铝皮均是由铝板材质制成,由铝板材质制成的表层铝皮和底层铝皮结构简单,而且质量轻。
优选的,所述蜂窝芯是由铝箔拉伸而成,由铝箔拉伸而成的蜂窝芯整体结构简单,而且分布性好,受力也更加均匀。
优选的,所述蜂窝芯呈蜂窝状结构,呈蜂窝状结构的蜂窝芯可以起到很好的填充以及均匀受力的作用。
优选的,所述表层铝皮和底层铝皮的内表面均滚涂有与蜂窝芯相对应的pur胶,通过在表层铝皮和底层铝皮的内表面均滚涂与蜂窝芯相对应的pur胶(湿气固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶),可以起到加固连接作用,防止表层铝皮、底层铝皮从蜂窝芯的两侧脱落。
优选的,所述表层铝皮、底层铝皮与蜂窝芯由冷压机或热压机压制而成,通过将表层铝皮、底层铝皮与蜂窝芯利用冷压机或热压机进行压制,既能保证板材连接的牢固性,同时其整体的工艺也更为简单。
环保铝蜂窝板的加工方法,包括以下具体步骤:
步骤一:准备两片表层铝皮和底层铝皮,并在表层铝皮和底层铝皮的内表面均匀滚涂pur胶;
步骤二:将底层铝皮平放在冷压机或热压机压制平台上,然后将准备好的蜂窝芯均匀拉伸,并将其蜂窝芯放置在底层铝皮的顶部,再将表层铝皮扣在蜂窝芯的顶部,并使表层铝皮和底层铝皮边侧对齐;
步骤三:启动冷压机或热压机进行压制,使表层铝皮、底层铝皮与蜂窝芯形成一体式结构;
步骤四:将步骤三中压制好的蜂窝板利用封边机在表层铝皮与底层铝皮之间进行封边加工,形成完整的封边,即得到成品蜂窝板。
优选的,所述步骤三中在利用冷压机或热压机对板材压制完成后,需在保持压制状态下静置10h,通过将蜂窝板进行10h的持续静态压制,可以保证压制的稳定性以及牢固性。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了环保铝蜂窝板。具备以下有益效果:
1、该环保铝蜂窝板,通过采用胶水粘接和冷压、热压结合的加工工艺,既能保证铝蜂窝板整体的连接强度,同时也便于进行生产加工,不会出现受到轻中度碰撞后就出现起壳和损坏的情况,从而延长了其整体的使用寿命。
2、该环保铝蜂窝板,通过采用全铝材料制成的蜂窝板,不仅可以满足正常的使用需求,在板材报废后也可以进行直接回收再利用,而且无需再进行拆分和筛选,不仅更加环保,同时也可以实现材料的循环利用,其整体的使用效率大大提高。

实施例:
如图1-4所示,本发明实施例提供环保铝蜂窝板,包括表层铝皮1和底层铝皮2,表层铝皮1和底层铝皮2之间设置有蜂窝芯3,蜂窝芯3是由铝箔拉伸而成,由铝箔拉伸而成的蜂窝芯3整体结构简单,而且分布性好,受力也更加均匀;蜂窝芯3呈蜂窝状结构,呈蜂窝状结构的蜂窝芯3可以起到很好的填充以及均匀受力的作用。
表层铝皮1和底层铝皮2之间的周侧包覆有封边4,封边4可以对蜂窝板起到美边的功能,同时也可以防止蜂窝板发生进水等情况。
表层铝皮1和底层铝皮2均是由铝板材质制成,由铝板材质制成的表层铝皮1和底层铝皮2结构简单,而且质量轻。
表层铝皮1和底层铝皮2的内表面均滚涂有与蜂窝芯3相对应的pur胶,通过在表层铝皮1和底层铝皮2的内表面均滚涂与蜂窝芯3相对应的pur胶,可以起到加固连接作用,防止表层铝皮1、底层铝皮2从蜂窝芯3的两侧脱落;表层铝皮1、底层铝皮2与蜂窝芯3由冷压机或热压机压制而成,通过将表层铝皮1、底层铝皮2与蜂窝芯3利用冷压机或热压机进行压制,既能保证板材连接的牢固性,同时其整体的工艺也更为简单。
环保铝蜂窝板的加工方法,包括以下具体步骤:
步骤一:准备两片表层铝皮1和底层铝皮2,并在表层铝皮1和底层铝皮2的内表面均匀滚涂pur胶;
步骤二:将底层铝皮2平放在冷压机或热压机压制平台上,然后将准备好的蜂窝芯3均匀拉伸,并将其蜂窝芯3放置在底层铝皮2的顶部,再将表层铝皮1扣在蜂窝芯3的顶部,并使表层铝皮1和底层铝皮2边侧对齐;
步骤三:启动冷压机或热压机进行压制,使表层铝皮1、底层铝皮2与蜂窝芯3形成一体式结构;
步骤四:将步骤三中压制好的蜂窝板利用封边机在表层铝皮1与底层铝皮2之间进行封边加工,形成完整的封边4,即得到成品蜂窝板。
步骤三中在利用冷压机或热压机对板材压制完成后,需在保持压制状态下静置10h,通过将蜂窝板进行10h的持续静态压制,可以保证压制的稳定性以及牢固性。

1.环保铝蜂窝板,其特征在于:包括表层铝皮(1)和底层铝皮(2),所述表层铝皮(1)和底层铝皮(2)之间设置有蜂窝芯(3),所述表层铝皮(1)和底层铝皮(2)之间的周侧包覆有封边(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保铝蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述表层铝皮(1)和底层铝皮(2)均是由铝板材质制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保铝蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述蜂窝芯(3)是由铝箔拉伸而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保铝蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述蜂窝芯(3)呈蜂窝状结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保铝蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述表层铝皮(1)和底层铝皮(2)的内表面均滚涂有与蜂窝芯(3)相对应的pur胶。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保铝蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述表层铝皮(1)、底层铝皮(2)与蜂窝芯(3)由冷压机或热压机压制而成。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的环保铝蜂窝板的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤:
步骤一:准备两片表层铝皮(1)和底层铝皮(2),并在表层铝皮(1)和底层铝皮(2)的内表面均匀滚涂pur胶;
步骤二:将底层铝皮(2)平放在冷压机或热压机压制平台上,然后将准备好的蜂窝芯(3)均匀拉伸,并将其蜂窝芯(3)放置在底层铝皮(2)的顶部,再将表层铝皮(1)扣在蜂窝芯(3)的顶部,并使表层铝皮(1)和底层铝皮(2)边侧对齐;
步骤三:启动冷压机或热压机进行压制,使表层铝皮(1)、底层铝皮(2)与蜂窝芯(3)形成一体式结构;
步骤四:将步骤三中压制好的蜂窝板利用封边机在表层铝皮(1)与底层铝皮(2)之间进行封边加工,形成完整的封边(4),即得到成品蜂窝板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的环保铝蜂窝板的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中在利用冷压机或热压机对板材压制完成后,需在保持压制状态下静置10h。
