Abstract
一种汽车车顶用玻纤强芯粘复合结构,涉及一种含有玻纤维的汽车车顶用复合结构。传统汽车车顶主要采用普通钢板,车顶较重且耐腐蚀能力差,随着汽车轻量化技术的发展,复合汽车车顶材料向、轻量化、高强度、环保且可回收方向发展,本发明专利提出一种汽车车顶用玻纤强芯粘复合结构,从上往下依次是玻纤维层、强芯层、玻纤维层各层采用真空导入法一体成型。本发明专利具有重量轻、易安装、强度高、刚度高等特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明专利涉及汽车内饰件,一种汽车车顶用玻纤强芯粘复合结构。
背景技术
能源短缺及环境污染问题已成为制约我国汽车产业可持续发展的突出问题,无论是从社会效益还是经济效益来考虑,低油耗、低排放的汽车都是节约型社会发展的需要。汽车轻量化技术是汽车节油的重要手段,试验表明:汽车质量每下降10%,油耗约下降3%~5%。
对于汽车轻量化,针对汽车关键零部件对材料的使用要求,开发研究轻质、高性能、型先进轻量化材料,为节能型汽车的设计制造提供材料基础和技术支撑;对汽车轻量化技术及新型材料的应用技术进行深入研究,以充分发挥各种轻量化材料的优势,并进行各种材料优势的集成,突破有关汽车轻量化材料开发与制造。
汽车车顶作为汽车部件的重要部分,用新材料结构代替原钢结构,且较容易实现。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,一种汽车车顶用玻纤强芯粘复合结构,具体技术方案如下:
一种汽车车顶用玻纤强芯粘复合结构,包括上玻纤层、强芯粘层、下玻纤层、所述复合板为真空导入一体成型结构。所得结构轻质高强,满足产品使用要求。
根据权利要求1所述的玻纤强芯粘复合结构,上玻纤层的厚度约为0.5-1mm。根据权利要求1所述的玻纤强芯粘复合结构,强芯粘层厚度约为2mm。
根据权利要求1所述的玻纤强芯粘复合结构,下玻纤层的厚度约为0.5mm。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明专利进一步说明。
本实施中:
一种汽车车顶用玻纤强芯粘复合结构,包括上玻纤层1、强芯粘层2、下玻纤层3、如下图所示,上玻纤层铺设于上方,强芯粘层铺设于中面,下玻纤层铺设于车顶模具上。最好采用真空导入法一体成型,成型以后,再在产品上打孔以方便车顶的安装需要。玻纤布可选无碱玻璃纤维布、高强玻璃纤维布;编制方式可选为单向布、多轴向布及方格布。在铺敷过程中先铺下玻纤层,铺布之前在下层喷涂喷胶方便玻纤布固定;玻纤布边缘应与模具边缘齐平,超出部分应剪除。强芯毡可以拼接,但是相互拼接时拼接缝宽度不应超过强芯毡厚度。
夹层复合材料是一种典型的轻量化结构。夹层结构一般是由上面板、上面板与芯材的粘结层、芯材、下面板与芯材的粘结层以及下面板所构成,这五个要素组成了一个整体的夹层结构。
夹层复合材料按面层材料分为复合材料夹层复合材料、金属夹层复合材料、绝缘纸复合材料、胶合板复合材料和塑料板复合材料;按芯材分为泡沫夹层结构、波板夹层结构和蜂安全窝夹层结构。强芯毡泡沫夹层结构的夹芯材料是泡沫塑料,其特点是质量轻、刚度大、保温隔热性能好及强度不高;蜂窝夹层结构的夹芯材料是蜂窝材料(铝蜂窝、纸蜂窝、玻璃布蜂窝等),其特点是质量轻、强度大、刚度大,应用在构件尺寸较大,强度要求较高的部件;波板夹层结构的夹芯材料是波纹板(复合材料波纹板、纸基波纹板和棉布波纹板),其特点是质量轻、刚度大、制作简单、节省材料、但不适用于曲面形状的制品。目前以复合材料为面板应用较为广泛,主要的芯材有蜂窝、泡沫和木材。
强芯毡泡沫芯材在复合材料行业的应用越来越普遍,芯材有不同的类型、密度和使用方法。在使用、设计泡沫芯材夹层结构的过程中,芯材的选择非常关键。必须考虑到使用环境、固化方法、荷载要求和综合成本等诸多因素。
Claims (4)
1.一种汽车车顶用玻纤强芯粘复合结构,包括上玻纤层、强芯粘层、下玻纤层、其特征在于:所述复合板的结构从上往下依次是:玻纤层、强芯粘层、玻纤层,所述复合板为真空导入一体成型结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤强芯粘复合结构,上玻纤层的厚度为0.5-1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤强芯粘复合结构,强芯粘层厚度为2-4mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤强芯粘复合结构,下玻纤层的厚度为0.5-1mm。
