In addition, the flexible production system can flexibly produce according to different production volumes (for example, different production arrangement and different required starting numbers of the sorter), different production sites (for example, an upper floor and a lower floor), and different processing speeds (for example, different processing speeds of the sorter).

Referring to fig. 1, a flexible production system for securities according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a control console (not shown in the figure), an automatic paper feeding device 1, a cutting device 2, a plurality of sorter 3, at least one movable three-dimensional warehouse 4, a feeding mechanical arm 5 and a discharging mechanical arm 6. Wherein, automatic paper feeding device 1, cutting device 2, sorter 3, remove three-dimensional storehouse 4, pan feeding manipulator 5 and ejection of compact manipulator 6 all are connected with the control cabinet electricity or wireless connection etc.. The control console is used for controlling the mechanical movement of all parts of the automatic paper feeding device 1, the cutting device 2, the sorter 3, the movable three-dimensional warehouse 4 and the like so as to enable all the parts to cooperate to finish the production detection of the securities.

The movable stereo garage 4 is movable among the automatic paper feeding device 1, the cutting device 2, and the sorter 3 to convey sheets or securities to the respective components in a predetermined order. In the present embodiment, the case where the movable three-dimensional library 4 moves between the cutting device 2 and the sorter 3 is described as an example of transporting the securities fed out by the cutting device 2 to the sorter 3. This does not limit the transport of sheets or securities between other components by the mobile stereo garage 4. In the above embodiment, the mobile stereo garage 4 includes a plurality of cartridges 41, each of which is capable of holding therein a cut value document, the cut value documents having consecutive numbers, the first information including the position of each of the cartridges 41 in the mobile stereo garage 4 and the number of the value document to be held in each of the cartridges 41; the second information includes the types of securities that can be detected by each sorter 3.
The feeding manipulator 5 is controlled by the control console to grasp the securities from the cutting device 2 according to the first information and store the securities in the corresponding material boxes 41 in the movable three-dimensional warehouse 4; meanwhile, the discharging manipulator 6 is controlled by the control console to grasp the valuable papers stored in the movable three-dimensional warehouse 4 into the sorter 3.
The control console can control the feeding manipulator 5 to sequentially grasp the securities with preset numbers from the cutting device 2 according to the serial number sequence of the securities after cutting the paper according to the first information, and store the securities with preset numbers in the material boxes 41 corresponding to the securities with preset numbers in the movable three-dimensional warehouse 4; the control console can also select the sorter 3 matched with the types of the securities according to the second information and the working state of the sorter 3, and control the movable three-dimensional warehouse 4 to move to the matched sorter 3 so as to grasp the securities stored in the movable three-dimensional warehouse 4 into the matched sorter 3 by using the discharging manipulator 6 for qualification detection.
In this embodiment, when specifically working, first information and second information are preset in a console; then, the automatic paper feeding device 1 is controlled to supply the paper sheet with the printing process completed to the cutting device 2; then, the control cutting device 2 cuts the paper sheet with the printing process into securities with set size; then, controlling the movable three-dimensional warehouse 4 to move to the cutting device 2, and grabbing the securities into the movable three-dimensional warehouse 4 by using the feeding manipulator 5 according to the first information; then, selecting the sorter 3 matched with the securities according to the second information and the working states of the sorter 3, and controlling the movable three-dimensional warehouse 4 to move to the matched sorter 3; finally, the discharging manipulator 6 is controlled to grasp the valuable papers stored in the movable three-dimensional warehouse 4 into the matched sorter 3 for qualification detection. Therefore, the flexible production system can be used for automatically switching to different sorter 3 for detection according to different ticket values of the securities, so that the universality of detection is improved; meanwhile, the operation completion time of each sorter 3 is different, the sorter 3 which finishes operation first can be automatically judged through the control console, and the movable three-dimensional warehouse 4 is conveyed to the banknote feeding position of the sorter 3 for detecting the securities, so that the waiting time is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. In addition, the flexible production system can flexibly produce according to different production volumes (different production arrangements, different numbers of required sorter start-ups), different production places (going upstairs and downstairs) and different processing speeds (different sorter processing speeds).
In the above embodiment, preferably, the flexible production system further includes a plurality of plastic packaging machines 7 and a plurality of box filling machines 8, and the plurality of plastic packaging machines 7 are respectively arranged at the tail ends of the sorting machines 3 so as to package the qualified securities; a plurality of container loaders 8 are provided at the ends of the plastic sealing machines 7, respectively, to container the packaged securities. Specifically, in this embodiment, the container loader 8 is a container loader AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle, automatic guided vehicle), after the securities pass through the sorter 3, the securities that are qualified in detection enter the plastic packaging machine 7 to package the securities that are qualified in detection, and then the securities after the packaging are entered into the container loader 8 to complete the final container loading operation. Therefore, the system integrates detection and encapsulation, and forms an automatic detection and automatic encapsulation detection and encapsulation integrated system, so that the manual encapsulation process is avoided, and the working efficiency can be further improved. The specific structures of the plastic packaging machine 7 and the box filling machine 8 are not limited, and can be adaptively selected according to actual needs.

Meanwhile, if two or more than two movable three-dimensional libraries 4 are in leisure state at the same time, the movable three-dimensional libraries 4 in the leisure state at first are selected according to the sequence to carry the securities. This can increase the transport speed of the securities, thereby improving the production efficiency.
Referring to fig. 2, in the above embodiment, the mobile stereo garage 4 preferably has a warehouse entry port and a warehouse exit port, which are respectively located on opposite sides of the mobile stereo garage 4; the feeding manipulator 5 can grasp securities with preset numbers from the cutting device 2 and put the securities into the corresponding material boxes 41 of the movable three-dimensional warehouse 4 from the warehouse entry; the discharging robot 6 can enter the movable three-dimensional warehouse 4 from the warehouse outlet to grasp the securities from the corresponding cassettes 41 in the movable three-dimensional warehouse 4 and put into the sorter 3 corresponding to the types of the securities. Specifically, in this embodiment, after the cutting device 2 cuts the paper sheet with the printing process completed into securities with a set size, the console controls the movable three-dimensional warehouse 4 to approach the cutting device 2, so that the warehouse entry port faces the feeding manipulator 5; when the movable three-dimensional warehouse moves to the set position, the control console controls the feeding manipulator 5 to put every thousand banknotes with the same denomination into one magazine 41 of the movable three-dimensional warehouse 4 according to the serial numbers of the securities, and then puts each magazine 41 into the movable three-dimensional warehouse 4 according to the position of each magazine 41 in the movable three-dimensional warehouse 4 on a first-in last-out basis. Therefore, the position of the valuable document can be accurately judged through the first information, so that the problem of which valuable document occurs can be accurately known during detection, and later data statistics and technical improvement can be realized.
In addition, in the above embodiment, the movable stereo garage 4 may rotate 180 ° to adjust the directions of the warehouse entry port and the warehouse exit port, so that the warehouse entry port faces the feeding manipulator 5 or the discharging manipulator 6. Thus, by rotationally moving the three-dimensional library 4, the order of warehousing the plurality of securities is the same as the order of ex-warehouse of the plurality of securities, and the occurrence of confusion during warehousing and ex-warehouse is avoided.

Specifically, in this embodiment, the types of securities that can be detected by each sorter 3 may be different, or the sorter 3 that can detect the same type of securities may be used as one group, and the types of securities that can be detected by each group of sorter 3 are different. Thereby, the types of securities that can be detected by the sorter 3 can be improved to improve the versatility of the flexible production system.

Specifically, after the currently cut securities are grabbed into the mobile three-dimensional warehouse 4, if the types of the securities detected by all the sorter 3 are the same as or different from the types of the currently cut securities, judging according to the current working state of each sorter 3, finding the sorter 3 which finishes the detection first and defining the sorter as a matched sorter 3, and moving the mobile three-dimensional warehouse 4 storing the currently cut securities to the matched sorter 3; if the types of the securities detected by the specific sorter 3 are the same as the types of the securities cut currently, analyzing the current states of the specific sorter 3, finding the sorter 3 which finishes the detection first and defining the sorter as the matched sorter 3, and moving the movable three-dimensional library 4 storing the securities cut currently to the matched sorter 3; wherein the second information includes the types of securities that can be detected by the respective sorter 3.
