Description

Preparation method of dampness-dispelling cold-compress gel
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cold compress gel, and particularly relates to a preparation method of dampness-dispelling and cold-dispelling cold compress gel.
Background
The traditional cold compress gel is mainly used for physical cooling and wound treatment, and the cold compress gel has the action mechanism that in the cold compress process of the cold compress gel, peripheral blood vessels can be contracted, peripheral blood flow is reduced, the permeability of the blood vessels can be changed, the effects of reducing exudation and preventing edema are achieved, the metabolism of cells can be weakened, the nerve excitability is reduced, and the purpose of analgesia is achieved. When the body temperature is gradually restored to be normal, a heat effect compensation mechanism appears, the temperature of the local cold compress part can be increased in a compensatory way, the pain caused by muscle tension can be relieved, the circulation of local blood and lymph fluid can be improved, the dissipation and infiltration are facilitated, the regeneration is enhanced, the metabolic process of tissues can be enhanced, the regeneration of the tissues can be stimulated, and the effects of relieving pain and enhancing nutrition are achieved. Continuous cold and hot alternation is favorable to making the vasoconstriction around the damage, and peripheral blood flow drops, has changed the permeability of blood vessel to reach the effect that reduces to ooze and prevent the edema, be favorable to improving the circulation of blood and lymph, strengthen the metabolic process of tissue, be favorable to the restoration and the regeneration of damage tissue, be favorable to blood to take away the blood and the painful material simultaneously, thereby reach the purpose of recovered analgesia.
With the development of science and technology, cold compress gels have not only been used for physical cooling and wound treatment, but also some external cold compress gels for various indications, such as nasty cold gel, photon cold gel, tendons and bones cold gel, and the like, have appeared. The TCM believes that the disease is caused by six pathogenic factors, "wind, summer-heat, dampness, cold, fire and dryness". With moisture being the most common of the most common pathogens. If too much moisture accumulates in the human body and cannot be removed in time, the human body is easy to get ill. Based on the above, some dampness-dispelling and cold-dispelling cold-compress gels appear in the market, but the existing cold-compress gels contain various dampness-dispelling and cold-dispelling components, but the absorption effect of human skin is neglected, so that the expected effect of the cold-compress gel is difficult to achieve in the using process.
Therefore, a preparation method of the cold compress gel for dispelling dampness and dispelling cold is provided to solve the problems.

s3, performing low-temperature extraction and high-power concentration on the raw materials in the S1, filtering the raw materials through a 200-mesh filter to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution, putting the traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution into a reaction kettle, and stirring the traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution for 10 to 15 minutes at the temperature of between 20 and 25 ℃;
s4, accurately weighing the ingredient A by an electronic balance according to the weight parts, dissolving the rest components of the ingredient A by propylene glycol and ethanol, and uniformly stirring by using a stirrer to obtain a mixed solution A;
s5, accurately weighing the ingredient B according to the weight parts by an electronic balance, and stirring for 5-8 minutes by using a stirrer to obtain a mixed liquid B;
s6, increasing the temperature of the reaction kettle in the S3, adding the mixed solution A, and uniformly stirring to uniformly mix the mixed solution A and the Chinese medicine concentrated solution;
s7, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle in the S6 upwards, adding the mixed solution B, and uniformly stirring to uniformly mix the mixed solution B, the mixed solution A and the important concentrated solution;
and S8, after stirring in the S7, closing the reaction kettle to be at the ambient temperature, standing for 20-30 minutes, and taking out the mixture to obtain the dampness-removing and cold-dispelling cold-type cold compress gel.
In the above preparation method of the dampness-eliminating and cold-dispelling cold-type cold compress gel, in S3, the solvent adopted for low-temperature extraction is a mixture of organic solvents of watanine.
