responding to the control unit to send a working instruction for starting emergency response to the task unit, and then distributing the emergency response stipulated task to the mobile terminal by the task unit, wherein the emergency response stipulated task corresponds to the grade of the emergency response; in the whole process of executing the emergency response stipulated task, the mobile terminal sends feedback information corresponding to the emergency response stipulated task to the task unit;
responding to the command terminal to send the emergency response temporary task list to the task unit, and then the task unit generates an emergency response temporary task according to the emergency response temporary task list and distributes the emergency response temporary task to the mobile terminal; in the whole process of executing the emergency response temporary task, the mobile terminal sends feedback information corresponding to the emergency response temporary task to the task unit;
and responding to the control unit to send a working instruction for switching the emergency response grade to the task unit, and distributing an emergency response task corresponding to the grade of the emergency response to be switched to the mobile terminal by the task unit.

The task management system according to claim 1, wherein the control unit is further configured to generate a work order to terminate an emergency response, the task unit is further configured to distribute an emergency termination task, and the mobile terminal is further configured to send feedback information corresponding to the emergency termination task to the task unit;
the emergency termination tasks further comprise preset emergency termination stipulation tasks, and the management and control process of the task management system further comprises the following steps:
responding to the control unit to send a working instruction for terminating the emergency response to the task unit, and distributing the emergency termination stipulation task to the mobile terminal by the task unit; and in the whole process of executing the emergency termination regulation task, the mobile terminal sends feedback information corresponding to the emergency termination regulation task to the task unit.
3. The task management system of claim 2, wherein the command terminal is further configured to generate and send an emergency termination temporary task list to the task unit;
the emergency termination task further comprises an emergency termination temporary task, and the management and control process of the task management system further comprises the following steps:
responding to the command terminal to send the emergency termination temporary task list to the task unit, generating an emergency termination temporary task by the task unit according to the emergency termination temporary task list, and distributing the emergency termination temporary task to the mobile terminal; and in the whole process of executing the emergency termination temporary task, the mobile terminal sends feedback information corresponding to the emergency termination temporary task to the task unit.

5. A task management system as claimed in claim 3, wherein the emergency response task and/or the emergency termination task is a resource type task comprising text information of the emergency task and files and/or data related to the emergency task.

The task management system of claim 3, further comprising a database for storing preset data and temporary data, wherein the preset data comprises an emergency response specification task, an emergency termination specification task, emergency organization structure data, post data, and the temporary data comprises an emergency response temporary task, an emergency termination temporary task.
7. A task management system according to claim 3, wherein the monitoring unit is further configured to monitor the execution of the emergency termination task and feedback information in real time.
8. A control method based on a task management system for off-site nuclear emergency according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1, determining the level of emergency response, and starting or switching corresponding emergency response;
s2, acquiring an emergency task corresponding to the emergency response grade, and distributing the emergency task to the mobile terminal;
and S3, acquiring and storing feedback information corresponding to the emergency task in the whole process of executing the emergency task.
