Abstract
一种轨道车辆端门驱动机构,主要包括驱动机构、回弹单元、驱动臂组成、同步绳机构、电磁铁、导轨、位置开关,驱动机构连接门板及同步绳机构,驱动臂组成上端与回弹单元连接,下端连接门板,回弹单元用于紧急情况时使驱动臂组成带动门板运动实现自动关门,位置开关用于检测门是否开到位,电磁铁用于门开到位时吸住门板。车辆正常运营期间,门扇处于打开状态,通过电磁铁吸合使门扇保持在打开位置,处于打开位置的门系统将能量储存在回弹单元里的弹簧内,当遇到火灾或其它紧急情况,电磁铁将被断电而失去吸合力,门板在弹簧张力作用下实现自动关闭。

技术领域
本发明属于轨道车辆端门控制技术领域,尤其是涉及一种防火端门驱动机构。
背景技术
现有的轨道车辆结构中,在车辆端部通常会设置内端门和外端门两种,外端门主要用于防火,内端门就是普通的车厢隔断门,实现特定的运营需求。而外端门是为了实现车辆的防火要求而设置,这种门在正常运行过程中需要保持打开状态,确保开放的乘客环境,方便乘客在车厢间的通行。同时,在发生火灾时,车辆不带电的情况下,需要门能自动关闭,形成防火隔断,确保乘客安全。但以往外端门都是常闭的端门,门的开关通过电机来实现,对于常闭的防火端门,每次通过车厢端部时,需要开门再关门,在发生火灾等紧急情况下影响乘客在车厢间的正常通行及逃生,不能有效的保证车辆运行安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型轨道车辆端门驱动机构,对于常开状态的端门,在车辆遇到火灾的情况下,车门系统能自动关闭,并当温度升高到一定程度,锁闭整个门系统,避免端门受热变形导致明火窜出,防止火灾蔓延。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种轨道车辆端门驱动机构,其特征在于:该装置主要包括驱动机构、回弹单元、驱动臂组成、同步绳机构、电磁铁、导轨、位置开关,驱动机构连接门板及同步绳机构,驱动臂组成上端与回弹单元连接,下端连接门板,回弹单元用于紧急情况时使驱动臂组成带动门板运动实现自动关门,位置开关用于检测门是否开到位,电磁铁用于门开到位时吸住门板。
优选地,回弹单元包括壳体、齿轮轴、限位螺栓、调节螺栓、齿轮、齿条、滑动块、连杆、驱动弹簧、轴承,驱动弹簧连接通过连杆连接滑动块,滑动块连接齿条,齿条与齿轮轴啮合,导磨条如何安装?起什么作用?限位螺栓安装在壳体后端,用于限定滑块的初始位置,可以调节门在关闭位置时,摆臂给到门板的力。
调节螺栓安装在壳体的前端,用于调节驱动弹簧的回弹张力。
优选地,驱动臂组成包括主动臂、从动臂、连接块,主动臂与从动臂活动连接,从动臂与连接块活动连接。
进一步地,主动臂形状向外折弯,以便在门板厚度方向上避开门板。
优选地,同步绳机构包括钢丝绳、两个安装座、两个滚轮,滚轮设置于安装座下面,钢丝绳一端连接驱动机构,另一端绕过两个滚轮与右侧门板上的直线轴承相连,实现两个门板的同步运动。
进一步地,在门板上面设有锁闭装置,用于门关闭时将左右门板锁在一起,避免门板间闪缝使火焰窜出。
优选地,所述的锁闭装置包括锁板、锁销座、锁销,锁板安装在左侧门板上,锁销座和锁销安装在右侧门板上,锁销穿过锁板上的锁销孔与锁销板固定锁闭。
为了减小滑动块与壳体之间的摩擦力,在滑动块周圈装有尼龙导磨条。
本发明在车辆正常运营期间,通过电机带动丝杠、丝杠螺母及直线轴承和同步绳机构使门扇处于打开状态,通过电磁铁吸合使门扇保持在打开位置,处于打开位置的门系统将能量储存在回弹单元里的弹簧内,当遇到火灾或其它紧急情况,电磁铁将被断电而失去吸合力,此时,储存在弹簧里的弹性势能,通过齿轮轴齿条转化成门板的直线运动,实现门系统的自动关闭。同时设置了受温度控制的锁闭装置,保证了火灾初期不影响乘客在车厢间的正常通行及逃生,能有效的保证车辆安全,同时可以防止门系统受热变形导致火焰窜出。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本发明作进一步的说明,视图的方向左侧为前,右侧为后。
如图1为整体结构的示意图,具体实施方式包括承载横梁1、回弹单元2、位置开关3、电磁铁4、驱动臂组成5、门板6、锁闭装置7、导轨8、同步绳组成9、电机10、丝杠螺母11、丝杠12。整个装置固定在承载横梁1上,通过承载横梁1安装到车辆。电机10和丝杠12通过联轴节直连,丝杠螺母11套在丝杠上,电机、丝杠、丝杠螺母三个部件通过两个安装座,用螺栓安装在承载横梁上,这三个部件组成驱动机构驱动门板运动。正常情况下,电机10驱动丝杠12旋转,带动丝杠螺母11在丝杠12上滑动,丝杠螺母和门板6固定在一起,带动门板6通过同步绳组成9中的直线轴承在导轨8上滑动,导轨8通过三个支座用螺栓固定在承载横梁上。位置开关3通过螺栓直接固定在承载横梁上,用于检测门是否开到位。与丝杠螺母相连的同步绳组成保证两扇门板6同步运动,实现门板6的打开和关闭。当位置开关3检测到门板6到达打开位置时,车辆给电磁铁4供电,电磁铁4带电吸合门板6上的衔铁,电磁铁的吸合力克服回弹单元2通过驱动臂组成5给到门板6的力,使门板6保持在打开位置。当遇到火灾或其它紧急情况,电磁铁4断电失去磁力,在回弹单元2的作用下,通过驱动臂组成5自动将门板6推到关闭位置。
参照图2和图3,回弹单元2主要由壳体201、齿轮轴202、限位螺栓203、轴承204、齿条205、滑动块206、连杆207、驱动弹簧208、调节螺栓209组成。驱动弹簧208通过连杆207连接滑动块206,滑动块206连接齿条205,齿条205与齿轮轴202啮合,限位螺栓安装在壳体后端,用于限定滑块的初始位置,可以调节门在关闭位置时,摆臂给到门板的力。调节螺栓通过螺纹安装在壳体的前端,用于调节驱动弹簧的回弹张力。
门板在丝杠螺母的带动下打开过程中,通过驱动臂组成不断地压缩驱动弹簧208,使弹簧的回弹张力不断增大,当电磁铁断电失去磁力,门板脱开电磁铁,此时,驱动弹簧208在回弹张力作用下,通过连杆207推动前后两个滑动块206和齿条205整体平移,齿条205的平移带动齿轮轴202转动,齿轮轴202通过轴承204固定在壳体201上,齿轮轴202的转动带动驱动臂组成摆动,驱动臂组成推动门板6平移,实现门系统的关闭。
驱动弹簧208的回弹张力可通过转动调节螺栓209调整在最初装配时调整好,顺时针转动调节螺栓209压缩弹簧,增加弹簧回弹张力,提高回弹单元给门板的推力,逆时针转动降低推力。
为了减小滑动块与壳体之间的摩擦力,在滑动块周圈装有尼龙导磨条。
参照图4,驱动臂组成包括主动臂501、从动臂502、连接块503,连接块503固定在门板上,主动臂501一端与回弹单元的齿轮轴连接,另一端与从动臂502活动连接,从动臂502与连接块503活动连接。主动臂形状向外向下连续折弯,以便在门板厚度方向上避开门板。
参照图5,同步绳组成包括两根钢丝绳901、两个安装座902、两个滚轮903、四个直线轴承904,安装座和电机都吊装在承载横梁上,每个安装座下面都安装有滚轮903,钢丝绳901可以用一根,用两根是为了方便安装和更换。每个门板上面两端各安装一直线轴承904,两根钢丝绳901绕过各自一端的滚轮后首尾相连,且连接处固定在各自门板上面内侧的直线轴承904上。由于左侧门板上右侧直线轴承与丝杠螺母11相连,因此丝杠12带动丝杠螺母11作为主动件带动钢丝绳901和左侧门板6向左移动,同时,右侧门板在其上左侧直线轴承的带动下向右侧移动,实现两个门板的同步开关。
参照图6,所述的锁闭装置包括锁板701、锁销702、锁销座703,锁板701安装在左侧门板上,锁销座703和锁销702安装在右侧门板上,锁销702穿过锁板上的锁销孔与锁板701固定锁闭。常温状态下,锁销收缩在锁销座里,锁销下面装有弹簧。常温情况下锁销被固体蜡固定住,当温度升高到一定程度,蜡融化,弹簧把锁销702顶起来,穿到锁板701的锁孔里,即使门系统受热变形,两个门板6也会被机械的锁在一块,避免门板间闪缝使火焰窜出。
参照图7,正常情况下,电机10驱动丝杠12旋转,带动丝杠螺母11在丝杠12上滑动,丝杠螺母11和门板6固定在一起,带动门板6通过直线轴承904在导轨8上滑动,同步绳组成9保证两扇门板6同步运动,实现门板6的打开和关闭。当位置开关3检测到门板6到达打开位置时,电磁铁4带电吸合门板6,电磁铁的吸合力克服回弹单元2通过驱动臂组成3给到门板6的力,使门板6保持在打开位置。
参照图8,当遇到火灾或其它紧急情况,电磁铁4断电失去磁力,在回弹单元2的作用下,通过驱动臂组成3自动将门板6推到关闭位置。

1.一种轨道车辆端门驱动机构,其特征在于:该装置主要包括驱动机构、回弹单元、驱动臂组成、同步绳机构、电磁铁、导轨、位置开关,驱动机构连接门板及同步绳机构,驱动臂组成上端与回弹单元连接,下端连接门板,回弹单元用于紧急情况时使驱动臂组成带动门板运动实现自动关门,位置开关用于检测门是否开到位,电磁铁用于门开到位时吸住门板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轨道车辆端门驱动机构,其特征在于:回弹单元包括壳体、齿轮轴、限位螺栓、调节螺栓、齿轮、齿条、滑动块、连杆、驱动弹簧、轴承,驱动弹簧通过连杆连接滑动块,滑动块连接齿条,齿条与齿轮轴啮合,限位螺栓安装在壳体后端,调节螺栓连接在壳体前端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轨道车辆端门驱动机构,其特征在于:驱动臂组成包括主动臂、从动臂、连接块,主动臂与从动臂活动连接,从动臂与连接块活动连接。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种轨道车辆端门驱动机构,其特征在于:同步绳机构包括钢丝绳、两个安装座、两个滚轮,滚轮设置于安装座下面,钢丝绳一端连接驱动机构,另一端绕过两个滚轮与右侧门板上的直线轴承相连,实现两个门板的同步运动。
