A building foundation reinforcing structure according to claim 3, wherein: the screw rod (10) comprises a smooth part (18) and a threaded part (19), the smooth part (18) is positioned at one end, extending out of the drain pipe (1), of the screw rod (10), the smooth part (18) is coaxially and slidably connected with a cloth clamping disc (20), the diameter of the cloth clamping disc (20) is smaller than or equal to the inner diameter of the drain pipe (1), and a second guide block (15) used for being slidably connected with the guide groove (16) is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the cloth clamping disc (20); the middle part of the cloth clamping disc (20) is provided with a threaded hole (27) which is used for being in threaded connection with a threaded part (19) of the screw rod (10), the cloth clamping disc (20) is provided with a plurality of cloth passing holes (21) which axially penetrate through two end faces of the cloth clamping disc (20) and are used for the filter cloth (3) to pass through, the number of the cloth passing holes (21) is the same as that of the cutters (17), the hole wall of each cloth passing hole (21) is provided with a sliding hole (22) communicated with the outer peripheral side of the cloth clamping disc (20), a propping rod (23) which is used for propping the filter cloth (3) in the cloth passing hole (21) is connected in the sliding hole (22) in a sliding mode, one end, extending out of the sliding hole (22), of the propping rod (23) is obliquely provided with a squeezing surface (25) which is used for propping against the end part of the drain pipe (1), and when one end, extending out of the sliding hole (22), of the propping rod (23) props against the inner wall of the drain pipe (1), the filter cloth (3) is tightly pressed in the slide hole (22) by the pressing rod (23).

A building foundation reinforcing structure according to claim 5, wherein: the wall of the hole of the cloth passing hole (21) far away from one end of the sliding hole (22) is provided with an insertion groove (26) for inserting the abutting rod (23), and when one end of the abutting rod (23) extending out of the sliding hole (22) abuts against the inner wall of the drainage pipe (1), the abutting rod (23) abuts against the filter cloth (3) in the insertion groove (26).
