Abstract
The invention discloses an electromagnetic shielding single-sided adhesive tape and a manufacturing method thereof, which are characterized in that a release layer, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a PET transparent film layer, an oxide layer, an electroplated metal silver layer and an electroplated metal nickel layer are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the oxide layer is a zirconium oxide layer; the release layer is a single-sided release film layer. The electromagnetic shielding single-sided adhesive provided by the invention has good electromagnetic shielding effect, is easy to change through electroplating thickness, has excellent retention, is not easy to remain adhesive during use, has excellent comprehensive performance, and has obvious improvement effect on the damage caused by the severe environment of materials.

Background
With the advent of the digital era, electronic products such as notebook computers, palm computers, mobile phones, copiers and the like enter thousands of households, but the products generate noise due to the interference of high-frequency electromagnetic waves, so that the use quality is influenced. The main electromagnetic shielding adhesive tape at present consists of a metal foil and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer, wherein a resin film can be arranged on the metal foil, and the metal used as a backing material mainly comprises copper and aluminum. This type of tape has some inherent disadvantages: the metal is easy to be oxidized, so that the integral conductivity and electromagnetic shielding effect of the product are influenced; the existence of the metal foil causes the deviation of the overall flexibility and the fit performance of the adhesive tape, and the adhesive tape is easy to generate wrinkles during use and is easy to be torn in the length and width directions; the metal foil has large thickness, so that the corresponding adhesive tape has thick thickness, and is difficult to meet the design requirements of light weight, thinness and durability of the current consumer electronic products. In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides an electromagnetic shielding single-sided adhesive tape, which is characterized in that a release layer, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a PET transparent film layer, an oxide layer, an electroplated metal silver layer and an electroplated metal nickel layer are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the oxide layer is a zirconium oxide layer; the release layer is a single-sided release film layer.
Preferably, the pressure-sensitive adhesive is any one of acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, silica gel pressure-sensitive adhesive and rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Preferably, the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive is German Hangao acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive DURO-TAK 8604-2; the silica gel pressure-sensitive adhesive is KL-6600 organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive; the rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive is rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive HX6012.
Preferably, the pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared by uniformly mixing the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of German Han high acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive DURO-TAK 8604-2 parts, 3-6 parts of hexadiene tartaric acid diamine, 1-3 parts of reactive beta-cyclodextrin quaternary ammonium salt, 1-3 parts of bis (vinyl sulfone) propanol, 1-2 parts of emulsifier and 0.5-0.8 part of initiator.

Preferably, the single-sided release film is any one of a single-sided PC release film, a single-sided PE release film, a single-sided PET release film and a single-sided PMMA release film; and the single-sided release film is coated with a low-silicon release agent.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing the electromagnetic shielding single-sided tape, which comprises the following steps:
s1, plating zirconium oxide on a PET transparent film to obtain an oxide layer;
s2, electroplating silver on the oxide layer, and then electroplating nickel on the obtained electroplated silver layer to obtain an electroplated nickel layer;
s3, performing corona treatment on the adhesive layer surface of the electroplated PET transparent film;
s4, coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the release layer of the single-sided release film, and then attaching the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the adhesive layer of the electroplated PET transparent film;
s5, rolling and curing;
and S6, obtaining the finished product of the electromagnetic shielding single-sided adhesive tape by slitting into specified widths.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The electromagnetic shielding single-sided adhesive tape disclosed by the invention has the functions of conducting electricity, shielding electromagnetic waves and the like of a metal foil type magnetic shielding adhesive tape, and compared with the magnetic shielding adhesive tape on the market, the electromagnetic shielding single-sided adhesive tape has the characteristics of better softness and thinner thickness by electroplating nickel, silver and oxides on a PET film.

(3) The invention discloses an electromagnetic shielding single-sided adhesive tape, which is prepared by uniformly mixing the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of German Han high acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive DURO-TAK 8604-2 parts, 3-6 parts of hexadiene tartaric acid diamine, 1-3 parts of reactive beta-cyclodextrin quaternary ammonium salt, 1-3 parts of bis (vinyl sulfone) propanol, 1-2 parts of emulsifier and 0.5-0.8 part of initiator. Through reasonable selection, mutual matching and combined action of all components and formulas, the prepared electromagnetic shielding single-sided tape has the advantages of good bonding property, large high-temperature retention, good durability and long service life.

s5, rolling and curing;
and S6, obtaining the finished product of the electromagnetic shielding single-sided adhesive tape by slitting into specified widths.

An electromagnetic shielding single-sided adhesive tape is characterized in that a 50-micron release layer, a 9-micron pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a 6-micron PET transparent film layer, a 2-micron oxide layer, a 2-micron electroplated metal silver layer and a 2-micron electroplated metal nickel layer are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the oxide layer is a zirconia layer; the release layer is a single-sided release film layer.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared by uniformly mixing the following components in parts by weight: german Han high acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive DURO-TAK 8604-2 parts, hexadiene tartaric acid diamine 4.8 parts, reactive beta-cyclodextrin quaternary ammonium salt 2.2 parts, bis (vinylsulfonyl) propanol 2.3 parts, emulsifier 1.7 parts and initiator 0.68 part; the initiator is a mixture formed by mixing azodiisobutyronitrile and azodiisoheptonitrile according to a mass ratio of 3:5; the emulsifier is a mixture formed by mixing sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and hexadecyl polyethylene oxide ether according to a mass ratio of 1; the reactive beta-cyclodextrin quaternary ammonium salt is prepared by the method of embodiment 6 in CN 106008755B.

The electromagnetic shielding single-sided tape is characterized by sequentially comprising a 50-micron release layer, a 9-micron pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a 6-micron PET transparent film layer, a 1-micron oxide layer, a 2-micron electroplated metal silver layer and a 2-micron electroplated metal nickel layer from top to bottom; the oxide layer is a zirconium oxide layer; the release layer is a single-sided release film layer.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared by uniformly mixing the following components in parts by weight: german Han high acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive DURO-TAK 8604-2 parts, hexadiene tartaric acid diamine 5.6 parts, reactive beta-cyclodextrin quaternary ammonium salt 2.8 parts, bis (vinyl sulfone) propanol 2.8 parts, emulsifier 1.8 parts and initiator 0.76 part; the initiator is azobisisoheptonitrile; the emulsifier is hexadecyl polyethylene oxide ether; the reactive beta-cyclodextrin quaternary ammonium salt is prepared by the method of embodiment 6 in CN 106008755B.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared by uniformly mixing the following components in parts by weight: german Han high acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive DURO-TAK 8604-2 parts, hexadiene tartaric acid diamine 5.8 parts, reactive beta-cyclodextrin quaternary ammonium salt 2.8 parts, bis (vinyl sulfone) propanol 2.8 parts, emulsifier 1.9 parts and initiator 0.78 part; the initiator is azobisisobutyronitrile; the emulsifier is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate; the reactive beta-cyclodextrin quaternary ammonium salt is prepared by the method of embodiment 6 in CN 106008755B.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared by uniformly mixing the following components in parts by weight: 40-40 parts of German Han high-acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive DURO-TAK 8604-2 parts, 6 parts of hexadiene tartaric acid diamine, 3 parts of reactive beta-cyclodextrin quaternary ammonium salt, 3 parts of bis (vinylsulfonyl) propanol, 2 parts of an emulsifier and 0.8 part of an initiator; the initiator is azobisisobutyronitrile; the emulsifier is hexadecyl polyethylene oxide ether; the reactive beta-cyclodextrin quaternary ammonium salt is prepared by the method of embodiment 6 in CN 106008755B.

Comparative example 1
The invention provides an electromagnetic shielding single-sided adhesive tape which is similar to that in embodiment 1 in structure, and is different from that in embodiment 1 in that a 50-micron release layer, a 9-micron pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a 6-micron polyethylene terephthalate (PET) transparent film layer and a 2-micron electroplated zirconium oxide layer are sequentially arranged from top to bottom.
Comparative example 2
The invention provides an electromagnetic shielding single-sided tape, which is similar to the structure of embodiment 1, and is characterized in that the structure of the electromagnetic shielding single-sided tape is sequentially provided with a 50-micron release layer, a 9-micron pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a 6-micron mPE transparent film layer, a 1-micron electroplated zirconium oxide layer, a 1-micron electroplated metal substance silver layer and a 1-micron electroplated metal substance nickel layer from top to bottom; the pressure-sensitive adhesive does not contain an initiator and quaternary ammonium salt.
To further illustrate the unexpected and advantageous effects of the electromagnetic shielding single-sided tape according to the embodiments of the present application, the electromagnetic shielding single-sided tape prepared according to each of the groups of examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 2 was subjected to a correlation performance test, and the standard and test results of the test reference are shown in table 1.
As can be seen from table 1, the electromagnetic shielding single-sided tape manufactured in the embodiment of the present invention has better adhesion, initial adhesion, high temperature retention, and good electromagnetic shielding performance.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are merely illustrative of the principles of the invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
Claims (5)
1. The electromagnetic shielding single-sided tape is characterized in that a release layer, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a PET transparent film layer, an oxide layer, an electroplated metal silver layer and an electroplated metal nickel layer are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the oxide layer is a zirconium oxide layer; the release layer is a single-sided release film layer;
the pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared by uniformly mixing the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of German Han high-acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive DURO-TAK 8604-2 parts, 3-6 parts of hexadiene tartaric acid diamine, 1-3 parts of reactive beta-cyclodextrin quaternary ammonium salt, 1-3 parts of bis (vinylsulfonyl) propanol, 1-2 parts of emulsifier and 0.5-0.8 part of initiator.
2. The electromagnetic shielding single-sided tape of claim 1, wherein the initiator is at least one of azobisisobutyronitrile and azobisisoheptonitrile.
3. The electromagnetic shielding single-sided tape of claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is at least one of sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, and cetyl polyethylene oxide ether.
4. The electromagnetic shielding single-sided tape of claim 1, wherein the single-sided release film is any one of a single-sided PC release film, a single-sided PE release film, a single-sided PET release film, and a single-sided PMMA release film; and the single-side release film is coated with a low-silicon release agent.
5. A method for manufacturing an electromagnetic shielding single-sided tape according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
s1, plating zirconium oxide on a PET transparent film to obtain an oxide layer;
s2, electroplating silver on the oxide layer, and then electroplating nickel on the obtained electroplated silver layer to obtain an electroplated nickel layer;
s3, performing corona treatment on the adhesive layer surface of the electroplated PET transparent film;
s4, coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the release layer of the single-sided release film, and then attaching the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the adhesive layer of the electroplated PET transparent film;
s5, rolling and curing;
and S6, slitting into specified widths to obtain the finished electromagnetic shielding single-sided adhesive tape.
