早期的防辐射面料通常是在普通聚酯纤维面料上镀一层金属,这种防辐射服金属颗粒易剥落,使用时间久了屏蔽值会下降,这种防辐射服也不适合直接与人体接触。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种芳香型防辐射的纺织面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明在面料本体中设置有气味层与防辐射层,气味层中采用香木粉末与油料混合制而成,能保持长久的芳香味道,防辐射层采用耐辐射纤维层与复合型防辐射纤维层,耐辐射纤维层采用聚酰亚胺纤维制成,在高能射线照射后不会产生辐射化学降解和交联反应,具有一定物理机械性能。热稳定性以及耐低温,复合型防辐射纤维层采用具有防辐射的化合物或元素,添加到普通成纤高聚物纺制成的耐辐射性能结构材料,整体结构防辐射效果好,寿命长久,具有一定的芳香味,具有一定的市场推广价值。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案是:它包含内衬层1、亲肤层2、抗静电层3、耐辐射纤维层4、复合型防辐射纤维层5、保温层6、气味层7、透气层8,内衬层1为最内层,透气层8为最外层,内衬层1的顶部设置有亲肤层2,亲肤层2的顶部设置有抗静电层3,抗静电层32的顶部设置有耐辐射纤维层4,耐辐射纤维层4的顶部设置有复合型防辐射纤维层5,复合型防辐射纤维层5的顶部设置有保温层6,保温层6的顶部设置有气味层7,气味层7的顶部设置有透气层8,耐辐射纤维层4采用聚酰亚胺纤维制成,复合型防辐射纤维层5包含防微波辐射纤维层51、防中子辐射纤维层52、防X射线辐射纤维层53,防中子辐射纤维层52位于防微波辐射纤维层51与防X射线辐射纤维层53之间,防微波辐射纤维层51采用金属丝混纺织物、金属镀层纤维、涂覆金属纤维混合制成,防中子辐射纤维层52采用锂和硼的化合物粉末与聚乙烯树脂混合制成,防X射线辐射纤维层53采用聚丙烯和固体X射线屏蔽剂材料复合制成。
所述的内衬层1通过若干组纯棉纤维和莫代尔纤维编织而成。
所述的亲肤层2采用棉毛丝麻天然纤维材质制成。
所述的抗静电层3采用炭黑与纤维物质混合制成。
所述的保温层6采用二氧化硅气凝胶柔弹性隔热制成。
所述的气味层7采用香木粉末与油料混合制而成。
所述的透气层8采用PTFE膜制成。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:本发明在面料本体中设置有气味层与防辐射层,气味层中采用香木粉末与油料混合制而成,能保持长久的芳香味道,防辐射层采用耐辐射纤维层与复合型防辐射纤维层,耐辐射纤维层采用聚酰亚胺纤维制成,在高能射线照射后不会产生辐射化学降解和交联反应,具有一定物理机械性能。热稳定性以及耐低温,复合型防辐射纤维层采用具有防辐射的化合物或元素,添加到普通成纤高聚物纺制成的耐辐射性能结构材料,整体结构防辐射效果好,寿命长久,具有一定的芳香味,具有一定的市场推广价值。

参看图1~图2所示,本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:它包含内衬层1、亲肤层2、抗静电层3、耐辐射纤维层4、复合型防辐射纤维层5、保温层6、气味层7、透气层8,内衬层1为最内层,透气层8为最外层,内衬层1的顶部设置有亲肤层2,亲肤层2的顶部设置有抗静电层3,抗静电层32的顶部设置有耐辐射纤维层4,耐辐射纤维层4的顶部设置有复合型防辐射纤维层5,复合型防辐射纤维层5的顶部设置有保温层6,保温层6的顶部设置有气味层7,气味层7的顶部设置有透气层8,耐辐射纤维层4采用聚酰亚胺纤维制成,聚酰亚胺纤维具有耐辐照性、高模高强、热稳定性、耐低温性、良好的介电性能、生物相溶性的特点,复合型防辐射纤维层5包含防微波辐射纤维层51、防中子辐射纤维层52、防X射线辐射纤维层53,防中子辐射纤维层52位于防微波辐射纤维层51与防X射线辐射纤维层53之间,防微波辐射纤维层51采用金属丝混纺织物、金属镀层纤维、涂覆金属纤维混合制成,金属丝混纺织物具有良好的导电性,优良的耐热、耐化学腐蚀性和较高的强度,金属镀层纤维将金属以分子或原子状态覆盖在服用纤维表面,具有良好的屏蔽性能,涂覆金属纤维采用金属络合物处理聚合物纤维制成比电阻1Ω·cm一下的纤维,防中子辐射纤维层52采用锂和硼的化合物粉末与聚乙烯树脂混合制成,防X射线辐射纤维层53采用聚丙烯和固体X射线屏蔽剂材料复合制成,所述的内衬层1通过若干组纯棉纤维和莫代尔纤维编织而成,保证了面料的结构稳定,所述的亲肤层2采用棉毛丝麻天然纤维材质制成,吸湿性和透气性好,穿起来舒适度高同时散热性强,耐用爽身,所述的抗静电层3采用炭黑与纤维物质混合制成,炭黑在纤维中成连续相结构,赋予纤维导电性,所述的保温层6采用二氧化硅气凝胶柔弹性隔热制成,能有效防护局部温度,防止热量散发,所述的气味层7采用香木粉末与油料混合制而成,能持久保持芳香气味,使得神清气爽,所述的透气层8采用PTFE膜制成,具有防水,透湿,透气,绝缘,防风,保暖特点。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:本发明在面料本体中设置有气味层与防辐射层,气味层中采用香木粉末与油料混合制而成,能保持长久的芳香味道,防辐射层采用耐辐射纤维层与复合型防辐射纤维层,耐辐射纤维层采用聚酰亚胺纤维制成,在高能射线照射后不会产生辐射化学降解和交联反应,具有一定物理机械性能。热稳定性以及耐低温,复合型防辐射纤维层采用具有防辐射的化合物或元素,添加到普通成纤高聚物纺制成的耐辐射性能结构材料,整体结构防辐射效果好,寿命长久,具有一定的芳香味,具有一定的市场推广价值。

1.一种芳香型防辐射的纺织面料,其特征在于:它包含内衬层(1)、亲肤层(2)、抗静电层(3)、耐辐射纤维层(4)、复合型防辐射纤维层(5)、保温层(6)、气味层(7)、透气层(8),内衬层(1)为最内层,透气层(8)为最外层,内衬层(1)的顶部设置有亲肤层(2),亲肤层(2)的顶部设置有抗静电层(3),抗静电层(32)的顶部设置有耐辐射纤维层(4),耐辐射纤维层(4)的顶部设置有复合型防辐射纤维层(5),复合型防辐射纤维层(5)的顶部设置有保温层(6),保温层(6)的顶部设置有气味层(7),气味层(7)的顶部设置有透气层(8),耐辐射纤维层(4)采用聚酰亚胺纤维制成,复合型防辐射纤维层(5)包含防微波辐射纤维层(51)、防中子辐射纤维层(52)、防X射线辐射纤维层(53),防中子辐射纤维层(52)位于防微波辐射纤维层(51)与防X射线辐射纤维层(53)之间,防微波辐射纤维层(51)采用金属丝混纺织物、金属镀层纤维、涂覆金属纤维混合制成,防中子辐射纤维层(52)采用锂和硼的化合物粉末与聚乙烯树脂混合制成,防X射线辐射纤维层(53)采用聚丙烯和固体X射线屏蔽剂材料复合制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种芳香型防辐射的纺织面料,其特征在于:所述的内衬层(1)通过若干组纯棉纤维和莫代尔纤维编织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种芳香型防辐射的纺织面料,其特征在于:所述的亲肤层(2)采用棉毛丝麻天然纤维材质制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种芳香型防辐射的纺织面料,其特征在于:所述的抗静电层(3)采用炭黑与纤维物质混合制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种芳香型防辐射的纺织面料,其特征在于:所述的保温层(6)采用二氧化硅气凝胶柔弹性隔热制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种芳香型防辐射的纺织面料,其特征在于:所述的气味层(7)采用香木粉末与油料混合制而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种芳香型防辐射的纺织面料,其特征在于:所述的透气层(8)采用PTFE膜制成。
