Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型轻质强结构铝硕板及其加工方法,包括铝硕板本体、铝皮A、竹纤板A、蜂窝铝、竹纤板B、铝皮B,铝硕板本体由五层构成,从上至下分别是铝皮A、竹纤板A、蜂窝铝、竹纤板B、铝皮B,蜂窝铝两侧背面采用环保材料粘合剂分别连接竹纤板A与竹纤板B,竹纤板A另一侧背面采用环保材料粘合剂连接铝皮A,竹纤板B另一侧背面采用环保材料粘合剂连接铝皮B,本发明结构简单、生产效率高、制备成本低,结构强度高,耐腐蚀性好,能够实现防潮防水的同时还能够有效防火,能够提高板材整体后期使用安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝板幕墙、全铝家居、护墙板技术领域,具体为铝制复合板材。
背景技术
在家庭装修和家具生产制造领域,材料成本占主要支出成本一半以上,如在家庭装修领域,一般采用实木板材或是采用复合模板作为底板或是幕墙材料,木质材料为可再生资源,但是使用成本相对较高,且后期受潮磨损或是虫蛀等原因消耗量较大,采用全金属结构作为板材的主体结构,一则重量大大增加,导致整体架构重量大大提高,二则是成本的大大增加,在夹具生产领域也有类似的问题,家具则可以选用其他复合板材,但是如何保障强度和使用时关键所在,所以如何有效解决上述提出的问题,成为了当前急需解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、生产效率高、制备成本低,结构强度高,耐腐蚀性好,能够实现防潮防水的同时还能够有效防火,能够提高板材整体后期使用安全性的铝制复合板材。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型轻质强结构铝硕板及其加工方法包括铝硕板本体、铝皮A、竹纤板A、蜂窝铝、竹纤板B、铝皮B,铝硕板本体由五层构成,从上至下分别是铝皮A、竹纤板A、蜂窝铝、竹纤板B、铝皮B,蜂窝铝两侧背面采用环保材料粘合剂分别连接竹纤板A与竹纤板B,竹纤板A另一侧背面采用环保材料粘合剂连接铝皮A,竹纤板B另一侧背面采用环保材料粘合剂连接铝皮B。
作为优选,铝皮A一侧背面刷有仿真抗腐蚀涂层。
作为优选,铝皮A厚度设置为0.2-2mm。
作为优选,竹纤板A厚度设置为1-5mm,所述竹纤板A表面设置为磨砂面。
作为优选,蜂窝铝内侧纵向阵列分布有蜂窝铝间隔孔洞。
作为优选,蜂窝铝厚度设置为5-30mm。
作为优选,蜂窝铝间隔孔洞直径设置为1-10mm。
作为优选,蜂窝铝间隔孔洞壁厚设置为0.01-0.05mm。
先在工作台铺设竹纤板A,向竹纤板A一侧背面刷上环保材料粘合剂,再将铝皮A覆盖在涂有环保材料粘合剂的竹纤板A一侧背面,待环保粘合剂硬化之后将竹纤板A翻转,铝皮A一侧翻转向下,再向竹纤板A另一侧刷上环保粘合剂,覆盖上蜂窝铝,再向蜂窝铝另一侧刷上环保粘合剂,覆盖上竹纤板B,再向竹纤板B另一侧刷上环保粘合剂,覆盖上铝皮B,向铝皮B上方放置重物,环保粘合剂硬化后取下,则此时单块新型轻质强结构铝硕板生产加工完成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明为铝制复合板材,相较于传统木质板材结构强度更高,相较于传统铝板成本大大降低,硬度得到实质提高,能够实现防潮防水的同时还可以做到保温隔热,有效解决了传统蜂窝铝板脆、硬度不够的问题。
(2)竹纤板具有防潮防水、保温隔热、低碳环保、防腐耐用,寿命长的优点。
(3)蜂窝铝能够在降低整体重量和成本的同时还能够保障板材的结构强度,在板材收到挤压变形还可以重新进行熔炼,能够实现资源循环多次利用。

如图1所示,一种新型轻质强结构铝硕板及其加工方法包括铝硕板本体1、铝皮A2、竹纤板A3、蜂窝铝4、竹纤板B5、铝皮B6,铝硕板本体1由五层构成,从上至下分别是铝皮A2、竹纤板A3、蜂窝铝4、竹纤板B5、铝皮B6,蜂窝铝4两侧背面采用环保材料粘合剂分别连接竹纤板A3与竹纤板B5,竹纤板A3另一侧背面采用环保材料粘合剂连接铝皮A2,竹纤板B5另一侧背面采用环保材料粘合剂连接铝皮B6。
如图2所示,铝皮A2一侧背面刷有仿真抗腐蚀涂层7。
铝皮A2厚度设置为0.2-2mm。
如图3所示,竹纤板A3厚度设置为1-5mm,所述竹纤板A3表面设置为磨砂面9。
如图4所示,蜂窝铝4内侧纵向阵列分布有蜂窝铝间隔孔洞8。
蜂窝铝4厚度设置为5-30mm。
蜂窝铝间隔孔洞8直径设置为1-10mm。
蜂窝铝间隔孔洞8壁厚设置为0.01-0.05mm。
先在工作台铺设竹纤板A3,向竹纤板A3一侧背面刷上环保材料粘合剂,再将铝皮A2覆盖在涂有环保材料粘合剂的竹纤板A3一侧背面,待环保粘合剂硬化之后将竹纤板A3翻转,铝皮A2一侧翻转向下,再向竹纤板A3另一侧刷上环保粘合剂,覆盖上蜂窝铝4,再向蜂窝铝4另一侧刷上环保粘合剂,覆盖上竹纤板B5,再向竹纤板B5另一侧刷上环保粘合剂,覆盖上铝皮B6,向铝皮B6上方放置重物,环保粘合剂硬化后取下,则此时单块新型轻质强结构铝硕板生产加工完成。
使用方法
切割使用时,可以根据实际要求裁取需要尺寸,需要钻孔时只需打穿单层铝皮A2和竹纤板A或铝皮B6和竹纤板B即可,选取合适铆钉或是螺栓进行固定,回收时只需投入熔炉加热即可,在裁取相应尺寸,边角采用合适包边材料进行风度即可,待板材固定后,则此时铝硕板本体1单次剪裁使用完成。

1.一种新型轻质强结构铝硕板及其加工方法,其特征在于:包括铝硕板本体(1)、铝皮A(2)、竹纤板A(3)、蜂窝铝(4)、竹纤板B(5)、铝皮B(6),所述铝硕板本体(1)由五层构成,所述从上至下分别是铝皮A(2)、竹纤板A(3)、蜂窝铝(4)、竹纤板B(5)、铝皮B(6),所述蜂窝铝(4)两侧背面采用环保材料粘合剂分别连接竹纤板A(3)与竹纤板B(5),所述竹纤板A(3)另一侧背面采用环保材料粘合剂连接铝皮A(2),所述竹纤板B(5)另一侧背面采用环保材料粘合剂连接铝皮B(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型轻质强结构铝硕板及其加工方法,其特征在于:所述铝皮A(2)一侧背面刷有仿真抗腐蚀涂层(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型轻质强结构铝硕板及其加工方法,其特征在于:所述铝皮A(2)厚度设置为0.2-2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型轻质强结构铝硕板及其加工方法,其特征在于:所述竹纤板A(3)厚度设置为1-5mm,所述竹纤板A(3)表面设置为磨砂面(9)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型轻质强结构铝硕板及其加工方法,其特征在于:所述蜂窝铝(4)内侧纵向阵列分布有蜂窝铝间隔孔洞(8)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型轻质强结构铝硕板及其加工方法,其特征在于:所述蜂窝铝(4)厚度设置为5-30mm。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种新型轻质强结构铝硕板及其加工方法,其特征在于:所述蜂窝铝间隔孔洞(8)直径设置为1-10mm。

9.根据权利要求5所述的一种新型轻质强结构铝硕板及其加工方法,其特征在于:先在工作台铺设竹纤板A(3),向竹纤板A(3)一侧背面刷上环保材料粘合剂,再将铝皮A(2)覆盖在涂有环保材料粘合剂的竹纤板A(3)一侧背面,待环保粘合剂硬化之后将竹纤板A(3)翻转,铝皮A(2)一侧翻转向下,再向竹纤板A(3)另一侧刷上环保粘合剂,覆盖上蜂窝铝(4),再向蜂窝铝(4)另一侧刷上环保粘合剂,覆盖上竹纤板B(5),再向竹纤板B(5)另一侧刷上环保粘合剂,覆盖上铝皮B(6),向铝皮B(6)上方放置重物,环保粘合剂硬化后取下,则此时单块新型轻质强结构铝硕板生产加工完成。
