Description

Color sand decorative plate and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of decorative plates, and particularly relates to a colored sand decorative plate and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The plate is a flat rectangular building material plate made into standard size, is applied to the building industry, is used as a component of a wall, a ceiling or a floor, and is also a metal plate formed by forging, rolling or casting. At present, when marble decoration is carried out on a building wall surface, natural marble stones are directly adhered to the surface of the building wall, or colorful paint is sprayed on a composite coiled material, and then the composite coiled material is adhered to the surface of the building wall.
CN205875586U discloses a natural marble stone for decoration, which comprises a stone body, wherein the upper surface of the stone body is coated with a fluorescent layer; the bottom surface of the stone body is provided with a reinforced net layer, the reinforced net layer is arranged in a concrete layer, and at least four sides of the reinforced net layer are fixed on the stone body through fixing buckles; the marble stone has the advantages that: the installation structure has the advantages of no damage to the ultrathin marble stones, good installation effect, simple structure and convenient use, improves the working efficiency and reduces the labor intensity. However, natural stone is adopted for decoration, and because natural stone is heavy, transportation and construction are very difficult, and when the natural stone is applied to a wall, the natural stone is not renewable and has high cost because the natural stone is not firmly stuck, falls off and causes public hazards and damages human events due to radioactive pollution.
CN111747692A discloses a imitative stone material decorative board and preparation technology, contains substrate layer, elastic coating and paint film coating layer, and the top of substrate layer is provided with elastic coating, and the top of elastic coating is paint film coating layer. The base material layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-8 parts of silica sol, 10-18 parts of acrylic acid glue, 20-30 parts of natural colored sand, 8-10 parts of glass fiber, 8-10 parts of shale ceramsite fiber, 3-5 parts of coal gangue fiber, 10-15 parts of polyester fiber, 1-2 parts of stearic acid and 10-15 parts of water. The stone-like decorative board has the advantages of simple preparation process, light weight, weather resistance, flame retardance, corrosion resistance, sound insulation, environmental protection and heat insulation of the base material, higher stone simulation degree after being coated with the stone-like paint and vivid appearance. And the stone-like paint of the stone-like decorative plate is added with the nano photocatalyst and has a self-cleaning function. However, when the coating is sprayed on the composite coiled material, the pattern of the faced stone is unstable, the hand feeling is poor, and the coating is exposed in the external environment and is easily faded by rain and sunshine, so that the color duration is too short.
CN102383561A discloses a flexible composite decorative material and its production process, which comprises: flexible basic unit, flexible sand wall form dope layer, anti-soil protection finish paint layer, be equipped with flexible sand wall form dope layer, anti-soil protection finish paint layer in proper order on the flexible basic unit, flexible sand wall form dope layer includes water, cellulose ether, film forming auxiliary agent, antifreeze, elasticity emulsion, natural colored sand, compound rock slice, pH regulator, defoaming agent. Through the mode, the multifunctional decorative material can be researched and developed by combining a building and a decorative surface, is convenient to construct, has good weather resistance, can be randomly designed, cut and spliced, can generate various stone-like and brick-like effects by being pasted by a special adhesive, can greatly reduce the load of a wall body, has the weight per square meter about 1/3 of wall bricks, and can solve the problems of difficulty and safety of high-altitude construction. However, the water content of the formula of the flexible sand-wall-shaped coating layer is 20-25%, the main bonding component is water-based acrylic polymer emulsion, the coating strength can be established only by completely volatilizing water, in order to improve the drying speed, a longer drying production line needs to be equipped, the floor area is large, the production efficiency is low, the thickness of the real stone paint coating layer is about 1-2 mm, the drying of the surface layer is too fast due to the baking, a large number of air holes can be generated due to the moisture coming out of the bottom layer, and the appearance and the performance of the coating are influenced.
Therefore, it is an urgent technical problem in the art to develop a color sand decorative sheet without drying, having no air holes in the coating and excellent stain resistance.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a colored sand decorative plate and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the colored sand decorative plate comprises a base layer, a hot-melt coating, a colored sand layer and a finish paint layer which are sequentially arranged, and colored sand of the colored sand layer is embedded into the hot-melt resin layer; the hot-melt coating can be laid on the color sand layer without drying, so that air vents in the color sand decorative plate caused by volatilization of moisture can be avoided, the color sand decorative plate which is free of air holes, good in flexibility and excellent in stain resistance is finally obtained, and the hot-melt coating has important research value.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

As can be seen from the data in table 1:
the color sand decorative plates provided by the embodiments 1 to 3 and 12 to 13 have no abnormal appearance and no glue leakage, the stain resistance grade can reach 0 grade, and the artificial weather aging resistance test shows that 3000h has no abnormality, the flexibility (50cm) has no crack, and the water absorption capacity of 2h is only 0.1 g.
Comparing example 1 with comparative example 1, it can be found that the color sand decorative plate with the color sand of the color sand layer not embedded into the hot-melt coating can have sand falling, so that the problem of chromatic aberration is caused, edge glue leakage occurs, and the glue layer of the glue leakage area is initially selected to change color after 1500h of artificial weather aging resistance test; comparing example 1 with comparative example 2, it can be seen that the decorative board obtained by using the flexible sand wall-shaped coating layer in the prior art has the defects of holes caused by drying, the pollution resistance grade is grade 2, the artificial weather aging resistance test shows that 1000h discoloration and cracking occur, and the water absorption amount of 2h is up to 0.8 g.
Further comparing the example 1 with the example 6, the color sand decorative plate obtained in the example 6 has holes locally, glue leaks between sand, the stain resistance grade is 1 grade, and the glue layer is discolored in the artificial climate aging resistance test for 1500 h; comparing the example 1 with the example 7, the color sand decorative plate obtained in the example 7 can be found to have glue leakage between sand and has glue layer discoloration after 1500h of artificial weather aging resistance test; comparing the example 1 with the examples 10 to 11, it can be found that the color sand decorative boards obtained in the examples 10 and 11 have edge glue leakage, and the glue layer is discolored in a weathering resistance test for 1500 h; comparing example 1 with example 5, it can be seen that the water absorption capacity of the colored sand decorative board 2h obtained in example 5 is 0.5 g; comparing example 1 with example 6, the color sand decorative plate obtained in example 6 has the defects of local holes, glue leakage between sand, pollution resistance grade of 1 and stain resistance of 1500h in a man-made climate aging resistance test.
The applicant states that the invention is described by the above embodiments, but the invention is not limited to the above process steps, i.e. it does not mean that the invention must be implemented by relying on the above process steps. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of selected materials and additions of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes and the like, which are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention, are contemplated by the present invention.
