本发明涉及快装复合墙板技术领域,具体公开一种适应型快装复合墙板的制备方法及快装阴角结构,其特征在于,所述的复合墙板包括板体及连接件,所述板体包括依次设置的饰面板、蜂窝层及金属背板,所述连接件包括相互垂直的切面贴合壁及背板连接壁;所述蜂窝层中填有聚氨酯发泡剂;所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:S1.按实际尺寸需求切割板体;S2.在切割面上涂覆粘合胶,将切面贴合壁与板体的切割面相贴合;S3.在粘合胶干燥后,通过螺钉连接固定背板连接壁与金属背板。本发明通过增加复合墙板的吃钉能力及切割面的有效粘胶面积,板体在施工现场可根据需要切割,并在切割端牢固安装连接件,使复合墙板兼具可切割性和拼接安装效果。

适应型快装复合墙板的制备方法及快装阴角结构
技术领域
本发明涉及快装复合墙板技术领域,尤其涉及一种适应型快装复合墙板的制备方法及快装阴角结构。
背景技术
为提高现场的施工效率,市面上出现在工厂统一加工复合墙板构件,随后运往施工现场进行组装的快装式装修工艺。由饰面层和蜂窝板层复合而成的复合墙板是快装式装修工艺中常用的复合材料,复合墙板的两侧预先统一预埋连接型材以形成凹槽、凸块等安装固定结构,随后复合墙板在施工现场通过安装固定结构的配合实现快速拼接。
然而,由于工厂加工的是统一规格的复合墙板构件、加工误差、装配误差等因素,在实际安装过程中,常会在阴角位置出现复合墙板构件尺寸过大导致无法直接拼装的情况,而由于蜂窝板层本身是空心的,连接型材与复合墙板的切面之间没有足够的贴合面积,也难以直接在背部加螺钉固定,导致连接型材无法通过粘合或加螺钉的方式与复合墙板牢固固定,虽然能够从正面加螺钉安装连接型材,但这种方式会破坏饰面层的装饰效果,因此,目前遇到此类情况通常是直接切除复合墙板多余的部分,随后采用传统墙体连接工艺将切除后的复合墙板与其他复合墙板相连接。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对已有的技术现状,提供一种适应型快装复合墙板的制备方法及快装阴角结构。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种适应型快装复合墙板的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述的复合墙板包括板体及连接件,所述板体包括依次设置的饰面板、蜂窝层及金属背板,所述连接件包括相互垂直的切面贴合壁及背板连接壁;所述蜂窝层中填有聚氨酯发泡剂;
所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1.按实际尺寸需求切割板体;
S2.在切割面上涂覆粘合胶,将切面贴合壁与板体的切割面相贴合;
S3.在粘合胶干燥后,通过螺钉连接固定背板连接壁与金属背板。
优选地,所述的制备方法还包括如下步骤:
S0.板体的制备:在饰面板的背面覆盖第一玻璃纤维布,并施加聚氨酯发泡剂,随后将蜂窝层压制于第一玻璃纤维布上方,并在蜂窝层的背面覆盖第二玻璃纤维布,再次施加聚氨酯发泡剂,再将金属背板压制于第二玻璃纤维布上方。
优选地,所述聚氨酯发泡剂每次的施加量至少为700g/m2
8.优选地,步骤S0中所述的板体的制备在工厂中统一完成,随后将制得的板体与连接件一同运往施工现场。
优选地,所述的金属背板为钢制背板,且所述钢制背板的背面贴覆有防锈贴膜,所述的蜂窝层为铝蜂窝层。
优选地,所述粘合胶为硅烷改性聚醚胶。
本发明还公开一种快装阴角结构,其特征在于,包括复合板材以及上述的适应型快装复合墙板的制备方法制备而成的复合墙板,所述复合板材与复合墙板相互垂直设置,所述连接件包括主框体,所述切面贴合壁设于主框体朝向板体的一端,所述主框体朝向复合板材的一端凹设有开口朝向复合板材的第一燕尾槽,所述复合板材设有连接型材,所述连接型材设有与第一燕尾槽相向设置的第二燕尾槽,所述第一燕尾槽与第二燕尾槽之间嵌设有锁合芯,所述锁合芯包括两相互连接且对称设置的梯形翼臂,且所述梯形翼臂的宽度由外向内逐步收窄。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明通过设置背部新增金属背板的板体,并在蜂窝层与饰面板、金属背板的复合过程中使用过量的聚氨酯发泡剂,从而增加复合墙板的吃钉能力及切割面的有效粘胶面积,板体在施工现场可根据需要切割,并在切割端牢固安装连接件,使复合墙板兼具可切割性和拼接安装效果,实现切割后的复合墙板的快速拼装。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1
请参阅图1-图2所示,一种适应型快装复合墙板的制备方法,
复合墙板1包括板体2及连接件3,板体2包括依次设置的饰面板21、蜂窝层22及金属背板23,连接件3包括相互垂直的切面贴合壁31及背板连接壁32;蜂窝层22中填有聚氨酯发泡剂24,蜂窝层22中填有的聚氨酯发泡剂24是由下述步骤S0中两次涂覆过量的聚氨酯发泡剂24带来的,此处的“填有”可为“部分填有”或“填满”;
制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)工厂预制阶段:
S0.板体2的制备:在饰面板21的背面覆盖第一玻璃纤维布25,并施加聚氨酯发泡剂24,随后将蜂窝层22压制于第一玻璃纤维布25上方,并在蜂窝层22的背面覆盖第二玻璃纤维布26,再次施加聚氨酯发泡剂24,再将金属背板23压制于第二玻璃纤维布26上方;板体2的制备在工厂统一完成;
2)现场施工阶段:
S1.将板体2与连接件3运往施工现场,施工过程中,当阴角位置的实际尺寸与板体2尺寸不符时,在测量实际尺寸后,按实际尺寸需求切割板体2;
S2.在切割面4上涂覆硅烷改性聚醚胶7,将切面贴合壁31与板体2的切割面4相贴合;
S3.在硅烷改性聚醚胶7干燥后,通过螺钉6连接固定背板连接壁32与金属背板23。
S4.复合墙板1制备完毕后,将其与其他复合板材相拼接。
在一种实施方式中,本发明的复合墙板1作为适配型构件与常规的复合板材(即由饰面层与蜂窝层22复合而成的复合板材,且复合板材两侧均在工厂中预先统一设置安装固定结构,安装固定结构的设置可通过预埋连接型材、将复合板材的侧面设置为凹凸形状等方式实现)配合使用,现场施工过程中,采用常规的复合板材作为主要拼装材料,而在阴角位置,出现复合板材尺寸与实际需求不符时,则采用本发明制备方法制得的复合墙板1,在这种实施方式中,板体2的一侧可预先安装连接型材,另一侧为常规的矩形平面,以作为切割端;
在另一种实施方式中,采用本发明的复合墙板1作为主要拼装材料,在这种实施方式中,在工厂中于板体2的两侧预先统一设置安装固定结构,当出现复合墙板1尺寸与实际需求不符时,任意一个板体2均可以作为本发明复合墙板1的加工原料,制备出与实际需求尺寸相符且能够拼接安装的复合墙板1。
本发明中,在蜂窝层22的背部增加金属背板23,增强复合墙板1的吃钉能力,并在连接件3的背部设置背部连接壁,在板体2切割到合适尺寸后,通过螺钉6连接固定背部连接壁与金属背板23,使连接件3牢固固定在板体2上,同时蜂窝层22中填有聚氨酯发泡剂24,聚氨酯发泡剂24会固化形成固态材质,在板体2被切割后,该固态材质能够作为与硅烷改性聚醚胶7胶合的作用面,由此切割面4有更多的有效粘胶面积,使切割面4与连接件3的切面贴合壁31得以相互牢固粘合,进一步提高连接件3与板体2的连接牢固度。
本发明通过设置背部新增金属背板23的板体2,并在蜂窝层22与饰面板21、金属背板23的复合过程中使用过量的聚氨酯发泡剂24,从而增加复合墙板1的吃钉能力及切割面4的有效粘胶面积,板体2在施工现场可根据需要切割,并在切割端牢固安装连接件3,使切割后的复合墙板1同样具备拼接安装效果,实现切割后的复合墙板1的快速拼装。
在上述两次聚氨酯发泡剂24的施加过程中,聚氨酯发泡剂24每次的施加量至少为700g/m2
现有技术中,蜂窝层22与饰面板21之间的胶仅起到粘合蜂窝层22正面与饰面板21正面的作用,因而胶的施加量较少,通常为400g/m2,本发明中,加大了聚氨酯发泡剂24的用量,使其发泡面积增大,过量的聚氨酯发泡剂24会渗入蜂窝层22的蜂窝孔内,固化后形成固态材质,由此,在板体2在切割后,切割面4有更多的有效粘胶面积,从而使连接件3与板体2的切割面4之间的连接更稳固。
金属背板23为钢制背板,且钢制背板的背面贴覆有防锈贴膜,蜂窝层22为铝蜂窝层22。
实施例2
参阅图3所示,一种快装阴角结构,包括复合板材5以及由实施例1的适应型快装复合墙板的制备方法制备而成的复合墙板1,复合板材5与复合墙板1相互垂直设置,连接件3包括主框体34,切面贴合壁31设于主框体34朝向板体2的一端,主框体34朝向复合板材5的一端凹设有开口朝向复合板材5的第一燕尾槽33,复合板材5设有连接型材51,连接型材51设有与第一燕尾槽33相向设置的第二燕尾槽52,第一燕尾槽33与第二燕尾槽52之间嵌设有锁合芯35,锁合芯35包括两相互连接且对称设置的梯形翼臂,且梯形翼臂的宽度由外向内逐步收窄。
本实施例中,通过锁合芯35可使第一燕尾槽33与第二燕尾槽52之间的快速、牢固连接,使复合板材5与复合墙板1之间快速拼接成阴角结构。

所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1.按实际尺寸需求切割板体;
S2.在切割面上涂覆粘合胶,将切面贴合壁与板体的切割面相贴合;
S3.在粘合胶干燥后,通过螺钉连接固定背板连接壁与金属背板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适应型快装复合墙板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法还包括如下步骤:
S0.板体的制备:在饰面板的背面覆盖第一玻璃纤维布,并施加聚氨酯发泡剂,随后将蜂窝层压制于第一玻璃纤维布上方,并在蜂窝层的背面覆盖第二玻璃纤维布,再次施加聚氨酯发泡剂,再将金属背板压制于第二玻璃纤维布上方。
