The automatic feeding device can realize automatic feeding and clamping and positioning of the pipeline in the pipeline machining process, is beneficial to various machining of the pipeline by a lathe, and greatly improves the precision and the working efficiency of pipeline machining.

Background
When a reverse osmosis membrane central tube, particularly an 8040RO reverse osmosis membrane central tube, is processed, steps such as grooving, punching, cutting or boring a wall are required. A common machining device is a programmed pneumatic automatic lathe.
The program control air pressure automatic lathe is a high-performance automatic lathe, is suitable for batch processing of small parts in various industries, and particularly processes boring, cutting, punching or grooving of a central tube in a filtering device and the like; when an existing lathe is used for machining a pipeline, the pipeline needs to be manually inserted into the fixed cylinder, the pipeline is manually abutted against the pipeline, and the pipeline can be fixed to perform operations such as grooving, boring or punching on the pipeline, too large and too small manual force can cause the position of the pipeline in the lathe to be too long or too short, and a machining error is too large; in addition, because automatic feeding and pushing cannot be realized, the whole processing link is always without people, and the processing efficiency is extremely low; therefore, it is desirable to provide a fully automatic pipe processing device to solve the technical problems in the prior art.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the full-automatic pipeline processing device of the present invention includes a lathe 1, a positioning cylinder 2, a feeding platform 3 and a pushing cylinder 4, wherein the left side of the lathe 1 is provided with the feeding platform 3, the feeding platform 3 is used for placing a pipeline, the feeding platform 3 is provided with a feeding trough 31 and a baffle 32, the feeding trough 31 is semicircular or approximately arc-shaped, the feeding platform 3 is erected on a feeding support 5, and the end of the feeding platform 3 is provided with the pushing cylinder 4; the bottom of one end of the lathe 1 is provided with a positioning cylinder 2; a piston rod 21 of the positioning cylinder 2 is connected with a positioning connecting rod 6; the positioning connecting rod 6 is connected with a steering positioning rod 7 through a rotating shaft, and the steering positioning rod 7 is formed by connecting two sections of L-shaped bending rods; the end of the steering positioning rod 7 is connected with an elastic chuck 8; as shown in fig. 5, the collet 8 of the present invention has a "Y" shaped configuration. In order to prevent the elastic collet 8 from scratching or abrading the pipe during the process of clamping the pipe, the elastic collet 8 is made of a soft elastic material, for example, the elastic collet 8 is made of a polyurethane material, and the polyurethane material has certain flexibility and elasticity, so that the pipe cannot be scratched by the elastic collet 8 when being clamped by the elastic collet 8.
In order to facilitate automatic feeding of the feeding platform 3, a feeding hopper 9 is arranged on the feeding support 5 and used for stacking pipelines; the bottom plate of the feeding hopper 9 is obliquely arranged, and the lowest end of the bottom plate is provided with an opening 91; a material pushing plate 92 is arranged in the opening 91; the bottom of the ejector plate 92 is connected to the feeding cylinder 10. The top of the feeding hopper 9 is flush with the feeding platform 3, and the feeding platform 3 is obliquely arranged and is connected with an upper feeding groove 31 at the lowest end. In order to facilitate the automatic entry of the pipeline into the feeding platform 3, the top of the material pushing plate 92 is inclined from outside to inside. The invention specifically works as follows: cutting a central pipe to be processed to a required length, putting the central pipe into a feeding hopper 9, starting a feeding cylinder 10 when the pipeline needs to be processed, pushing a material pushing plate 92 upwards by a piston rod of the feeding cylinder 10, pushing a pipeline onto a feeding platform 3 by the material pushing plate 92, sliding the pipeline onto the feeding platform 3 when the material pushing plate 92 moves to a position where the feeding platform 3 is flush with each other, and finally sliding into a feeding groove 31, closing the feeding cylinder 10 at the moment, and retracting the material pushing plate 92; starting the positioning cylinder 2, pushing the positioning connecting rod 6 in the process that a piston rod 21 of the positioning cylinder 2 extends forwards, and driving the rotating shaft to rotate by the positioning connecting rod 6 so as to drive the steering positioning rod 7 to rotate to a preset position; then, the material pushing cylinder 4 is started, a piston rod of the material pushing cylinder 4 pushes the pipeline forwards into the lathe 1 and fixes one end of the pipeline, and the other end of the pipeline is clamped and fixed by the elastic chuck 8; the positioning process of the pipeline in the lathe 1 is realized; the pipeline is processed in the machine tool, and after the pipeline processing is finished, the material pushing cylinder 4 continues to push forwards, so that the processed pipeline is pushed out of the machine tool; then the pushing cylinder 4 retracts to the original position, the feeding cylinder 10 is started to feed, and the process is repeated. Compared with the traditional lathe, the automatic feeding device has the advantages that the feeding labor cost is greatly reduced, the precision of the machined pipeline is high, and the yield is high.
