The invention discloses an automatic rubber plug pulling device for a pipe orifice of an air conditioner compressor and application thereof, wherein the device comprises a clamp flange, a clamp bracket, a material clamping cylinder, a rubber plug clamping jaw, a material pressing cylinder and a detection photoelectric sensor, wherein one end of the clamp flange is fixed with a robot shaft, and the other end of the clamp flange is connected with the clamp bracket; the fixture support is provided with a plurality of branches, and each branch is connected with a fixture which consists of a material clamping cylinder, a rubber plug clamping jaw, a material pressing cylinder and a detection photoelectricity. The rubber plug of the air outlet of the compressor pulled out at the moment is stressed at three points and is stressed evenly, and the rubber plug cannot fall into the whole machine due to the uneven deformation process of stress.
After the compressor air vent rubber plug is pulled out, if the photoelectric detection detects that the rubber plug clamping jaw is provided with the rubber plug, the clamp support rotates by 90 degrees, and the clamp support moves to the pipe orifice of the compressor liquid storage tank to pull out the rubber plug at the pipe orifice of the compressor liquid storage tank according to the process of pulling out the compressor air vent rubber plug. Then the clamp moves to the recovery point position of the rubber plug, the material pressing cylinder and the material clamping cylinder act simultaneously, the rubber plug clamping jaw and the material pressing rod are loosened simultaneously, and the rubber plug falls into the rubber plug recovery tooling box. If the photoelectric detection detects that no rubber plug is arranged on the rubber plug clamping jaw, the clamp stops moving, the whole machine flows into a post process along with the line body, and post-process workers perform post-process on the whole machine, so that the phenomenon that the clamp pulls out the rubber plug at the pipe orifice of the liquid storage tank of the compressor and violates the sequence requirement of pulling out the rubber plug at the pipe orifice of the liquid storage tank after pulling out the exhaust port of the compressor firstly is avoided.
