the cam 3 connected with the fixing mechanism is arranged to control the first oil sealing plate 2-2, so that the fixation of the outline of the medical bed is controlled by the rotation of the fixing mechanism, and when the equipment is used, only the rotation of the fixing mechanism is needed to be judged and controlled, the independent control unit of the first oil sealing plate 2-2 is removed, the connectivity of the equipment is tighter, the misoperation space is reduced, the misoperation probability is further reduced, and the use stability of the equipment is further ensured.
As a further scheme of the invention, any one of the fixed blocks 1-5 is fixedly provided with a motor 4, and an output shaft of the motor 4 penetrates through the fixed block 1-5 and is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 1-6.
When the medical bed is in operation, after a patient lies on the medical bed, the motor 4 is started, the rotating shafts 1-6 are driven to rotate through the output shafts of the motor 4, and then the fixing mechanism is driven to move, so that the fixing mechanism moves more stably and saves labor relative to manual operation.

When a patient lies on a medical bed, (shown in figure 1) drives the fixing mechanism to rotate anticlockwise, so that the second pressure head 5-3-3 contacted with a human body moves towards the second hollow tube 5-3-1 under the action of extrusion with the human body, the top ends of the second pressure heads 5-3-3 jointly form a contour fitting the human body, when (shown in figure 14) the second pressure head 5-3-3 is retracted into the second hollow tube 5-3-1, the second piston 5-3-4 is driven by the second slide rod 5-3-2 to move downwards and compress the second spring 5-3-5 (the elasticity after the compression of the second spring 5-3-5 is used for limiting the retraction of the second pressure head 5-3-3 and the reset after the chemotherapy is finished), the volume of an oil cavity in the second elastic telescopic rod 5-3 is enlarged, and hydraulic oil is extracted from the second oil tank 5-4 through the second communicating tube 5-3-6 (shown in figure 12, the telescopic 5-6 in the second oil tank 5-4 moves rightwards, the volume of the second oil tank 5-4 is reduced, and the volume of the hydraulic oil is compensated from the second oil tank 5-4 is compensated by the sliding plate 5-4); then, after the fixing mechanism rotates until the buckle 5-7 is inserted into the clamping groove 1-7-1 for fixing, the fixing mechanism is integrally arranged above a patient and is matched with the medical bed to limit the vertical direction of the patient; at this time, the second oil sealing plate 5-5 is extruded by the connecting block 1-7, so that the second oil sealing plate 5-5 moves downwards and seals the joint of the second communicating pipe 5-3-6 and the second oil tank 5-4, hydraulic oil in the oil cavity cannot be discharged, the position of the second pressure head 5-3-3 is fixed by utilizing incompressibility of the liquid and negative pressure generated by the enlarged volume of the oil cavity, the outline of the fixing mechanism is maintained, and the fixing mechanism can more stably play a limiting role on a patient.

When the chemotherapy is finished, the fixing mechanism is rotated clockwise to cancel the restriction on a patient, when the fixing mechanism is rotated, the buckle 5-7 can be limited by the clamping groove 1-7-1, (refer to fig. 12) and then the buckle 5-7 slides upwards relative to the second oil tank 5-4, and then the elastic rope 5-7-7 can be stretched and generate tightening force, (refer to fig. 13), the elastic rope 5-7-7 generating tightening force generates rightward pulling force on the wedge-shaped block 5-7-3 under the action of the first sliding shaft 5-7-5 and the second sliding shaft 5-7-6, and then the wedge-shaped block 5-7-3 extrudes the third spring 5-7-4, and the rear wedge-shaped block 5-7-3 integrally retracts into the mounting groove 5-7-2, after the wedge-shaped block 5-7-3 integrally retracts into the mounting groove 5-7-2, the clamping effect does not exist between the buckle 5-7 and the clamping groove 1-7-1, and the buckle 5-7 is separated from the clamping groove 1-7-1, and the fixing mechanism can reset freely;
by utilizing the wedge-shaped block 5-7-3 structure of the buckle 5-7, after the fixing mechanism receives a certain clockwise rotating force, the fixing mechanism can be automatically separated from the clamping groove 1-7-1, so that special separation operation is avoided, the relevance of equipment is stronger, the operation steps of the equipment are reduced, the use of the equipment is more convenient, and the use stability of the equipment is further improved.
As a further scheme of the invention, the lower end of the second oil tank 5-4 is hermetically and slidably connected with a second sliding plate 5-8, the upper end of the second sliding plate 5-8 is slidably connected with the lower end of the telescopic sliding plate 5-6, the upper end of the second sliding plate 5-8 is fixedly connected with a fixed rod 5-9, and the fixed rod 5-9 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the sliding block 5-7-1.
During operation, the buckle 5-7 slides upwards relative to the second oil tank 5-4, the buckle 5-7 drives the second sliding plate 5-8 to move upwards (before the second oil sealing plate 5-5 moves upwards to release the blocking of the joint of the second communicating pipe 5-3-6 and the second oil tank 5-4, the telescopic sliding plate 5-6 moves leftwards to increase the volume of the second oil tank 5-4, so as to compensate the reduction of the volume of the second oil tank 5-4 caused by the upward movement of the second sliding plate 5-8, the volume of the second oil tank 5-4 is reduced, hydraulic oil in the second oil tank 5-4 is further extruded to be injected into an oil cavity in the second elastic telescopic rod 5-3 (because the space for the leftward movement of the telescopic sliding plate 5-6 is limited, the volume reduced in the second oil tank 5-4 is finally compensated by injecting hydraulic oil into the oil cavity), the volume of the oil cavity is increased, (as shown in fig. 14) so that the volume of the second oil tank 5-3-3 moves downwards to the lowest point, and all the second oil tank 5-3 is reset to be reset, and the second oil tank 5-3 is reset to be reset, so that the second oil tank 5-3 is not reset to rotate along with the human body, and the human body is prevented from being damaged by the rotation of the reset mechanism; further, the patient is better protected.
