When the medical bed is in operation, after a patient lies on the medical bed, (as shown in figure 1) the fixing mechanism is driven to rotate anticlockwise, the second pressure head 5-3-3 which is in contact with a human body moves towards the second hollow tube 5-3-1 under the action of extrusion of the human body, so that the top ends of the second pressure heads 5-3-3 jointly form a contour which is attached to the human body, (as shown in figure 14) when the second pressure head 5-3-3 is retracted into the second hollow tube 5-3-1, the second piston 5-3-4 is driven to move downwards by the second sliding rod 5-3-2 and the second spring 5-3-5 is compressed (the elastic force of the second spring 5-3-5 after compression is used for limiting the retraction of the second pressure head 5-3-3 and the resetting after chemotherapy is finished), so that the volume of an oil cavity in the second elastic telescopic rod 5-3 is increased, then, hydraulic oil is pumped from the second oil tank 5-4 through the second communication pipe 5-3-6 (as shown in fig. 12, the telescopic sliding plate 5-6 in the second oil tank 5-4 moves to the right, so that the volume of the second oil tank 5-4 is reduced, and the volume of the pumped hydraulic oil in the second oil tank 5-4 is compensated); then, the fixing mechanism rotates until the buckle 5-7 is inserted into the clamping groove 1-7-1 to be fixed, and the fixing mechanism is integrally arranged above the patient and is matched with the medical bed to limit the vertical direction of the patient; at the moment, the second oil sealing plate 5-5 is extruded by the connecting block 1-7, so that the second oil sealing plate 5-5 moves downwards and seals the connecting part of the second communicating pipe 5-3-6 and the second oil tank 5-4, hydraulic oil in the oil cavity cannot be discharged, the position of the second pressure head 5-3-3 is fixed by utilizing the incompressibility of liquid and negative pressure generated by the increase of the volume of the oil cavity, the outline of the fixing mechanism is maintained, and the fixing mechanism can more stably limit a patient.
As a further scheme of the invention, the buckle 5-7 comprises a sliding block 5-7-1; the sliding block 5-7-1 penetrates through the upper side wall of the second oil tank 5-4 and is vertically connected with the upper side wall in a sealing and sliding manner; the sliding block 5-7-1 is provided with a mounting groove 5-7-2 on the left side of the part outside the second oil tank 5-4, the upper end of the mounting groove 5-7-2 is connected with a wedge block 5-7-3 in a sliding manner, the right end of the wedge block 5-7-3 is transversely and fixedly connected with a third spring 5-7-4, the third spring 5-7-4 is fixedly connected with the mounting groove 5-7-2, the front side wall and the rear side wall of the third spring 5-7-4, which are positioned on the right side wall of the mounting groove 5-7-2, are respectively and fixedly connected with a first sliding shaft 5-7-5, and a second sliding shaft 5-7-6 is arranged below the first sliding shaft 5-7-5; elastic ropes 5-7-7 are fixedly connected to the right sides of the wedge blocks 5-7-3 corresponding to the first sliding shafts 5-7-5; the elastic rope 5-7-7 sequentially penetrates through the right sides of the first sliding shaft 5-7-5 and the second sliding shaft 5-7-6 at the corresponding positions and is then fixedly connected with the upper side wall of the second oil tank 5-4.
When the chemotherapy is finished, the fixing mechanism is rotated clockwise to remove the limitation on a patient, when the fixing mechanism rotates, the buckle 5-7 is limited by the clamping groove 1-7-1, (refer to figure 12) and then the buckle 5-7 slides upwards relative to the second oil tank 5-4, and then the elastic rope 5-7-7 is stretched and generates a tightening force, (for example, figure 13) the elastic rope 5-7-7 generating the tightening force generates a right pulling force on the wedge-shaped block 5-7-3 under the action of the first sliding shaft 5-7-5 and the second sliding shaft 5-7-6, so that the wedge-shaped block 5-7-3 extrudes the third spring 5-7-4, then the wedge-shaped block 5-7-3 is integrally retracted into the mounting groove 5-7-2, and after the wedge-7-3 is integrally retracted into the mounting groove 5-7-2, the buckle 5-7 and the clamping groove 1-7-1 do not have a clamping effect any longer, the buckle 5-7 is separated from the clamping groove 1-7-1, and the fixing mechanism can be reset freely;
the wedge-shaped block 5-7-3 structure of the buckle 5-7 is utilized, so that the fixing mechanism can be automatically separated from the clamping groove 1-7-1 after being subjected to certain clockwise rotating force, special separation operation is avoided, the relevance of equipment is stronger, the operation steps of the equipment are reduced, the use of the equipment is more convenient, and the use stability of the equipment is further improved.
As a further scheme of the invention, the lower end of the second oil tank 5-4 is hermetically and slidably connected with a second sliding plate 5-8, the upper end of the second sliding plate 5-8 is slidably connected with the lower end of a telescopic sliding plate 5-6, the upper end of the second sliding plate 5-8 is fixedly connected with a fixed rod 5-9, and the fixed rod 5-9 is fixedly connected with the lower end of a sliding block 5-7-1.
When the oil tank sealing device works, the buckle 5-7 slides upwards relative to the second oil tank 5-4 along with the buckle 5-7, the buckle 5-7 can drive the second sliding plate 5-8 to move upwards (before the second oil sealing plate 5-5 moves upwards to remove the blockage of the connecting part of the second communicating pipe 5-3-6 and the second oil tank 5-4, the telescopic sliding plate 5-6 can move leftwards to increase the volume of the second oil tank 5-4 and further compensate the reduction of the volume of the second oil tank 5-4 caused by the upward movement of the second sliding plate 5-8), so that the volume of the second oil tank 5-4 is reduced, and further hydraulic oil in the second oil tank 5-4 is squeezed to be injected into an oil cavity in the second elastic telescopic rod 5-3 through the second communicating pipe 5-3-6 (because the space for the left movement of the telescopic sliding plate 5-6 is limited, therefore, the reduced volume in the second oil tank 5-4 is finally compensated by injecting hydraulic oil into the oil cavity), so that the volume of the oil cavity is increased (as shown in fig. 14), and then the second pressure heads 5-3-3 move downwards to the lowest point, and all the second pressure heads 5-3-3 move downwards collectively in the resetting process of the fixing mechanism, thereby avoiding that the second elastic telescopic rod 5-3 which is close to the human body and does not contract rotates along with the fixing mechanism to press the human body to hurt the human body in the rotating resetting process of the fixing mechanism; furthermore, the patient is protected better.

Claims (9)
