Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an acne-removing patch aerosol and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Acne is also called acne clinically, and is a chronic inflammatory dermatosis of hair follicle sebaceous glands. The main cause of the disease is caused by excessive proliferation of Propionibacterium acnes (p.acnes) on human skin, which is a gram-positive brevibacterium, an intracellular parasitic bacterium belonging to the normal flora of the skin and generally residing in the hair follicles and sebaceous glands of the skin. With the development and maturation of teenagers, the horn plugs at the hair follicle mouths and the secretion function of sebaceous glands are obviously increased, so that sebum of the teenagers contains more fatty acids and other components, and the environment is more suitable for the growth and reproduction of P.acnes, thereby becoming one of the most main causes of acne. Acne has various clinical manifestations, and severe people can leave scars which affect the appearance, resulting in obvious psychological problems and a series of social problems for patients.
With the rapid development of science, technology and economy in modern society, more and more factors causing acne exist, wherein the factors mainly comprise the following aspects: firstly, the immunity is reduced along with the increasing of the life and working pressure of people and irregular daily work and rest, the hormone disorder of the endocrine system, the disturbance of the metabolism of the organism and the like are caused to become a common cause of acne, and the second aspect is that improper diet in daily life, such as frequent eating of spicy, high-calorie and sweet and greasy food, can also cause the aggravation of damp and hot in the body to further aggravate the facial acne. The third aspect is that various pollution in our living environment, such as air pollution, optical pollution and the like, and improper cleaning of daily cosmetics after use can cause the skin to have the conditions of pore blockage, bacterial infection and skin inflammation, which causes the acne in people to be more and more generalized, and meanwhile, the acne has the characteristic of easy recurrence, so more and more consumers begin to pay attention to the problem of acne treatment effect.
A great number of cosmetic and nursing products with acne removing effect emerge in the existing market, but the acne removing products have various acne removing effects and have the following defects: 1. the acne removing effect is not obvious. The acne removing effective components added into the product can not effectively solve the acne removing problem or can be used for a long time to achieve the aim of removing acne. 2. The acne is easy to relapse after removing the acne. The damaged skin can not be effectively repaired and nursed in the acne removing process, so that the acne recurs in the later period. 3. The product is susceptible to contamination after being unsealed. Most of the existing acne-removing products are emulsion, paste and gel, and after the acne-removing products are used by consumers, the residues in the products are easily polluted by bacteria due to storage and other problems. 4. It can not act on pox part for a long time. Therefore, the demand for products which can synergistically bring about acne removal, acne generation prevention, inflammation resistance, acne mark removal, mild skin repair and whitening effects, act on acne parts for a long time, avoid secondary pollution of products and bring about better experience to consumers becomes more urgent.
Patent document CN109381356A discloses a sleep night cream containing oligopeptide-1, nicotinamide, white willow bark extract, centella asiatica extract and scutellaria baicalensis extract, which adopts multiple natural extracts, and has the effects of anti-allergy, anti-inflammation, repairing, whitening, freckle removing, mild astringing, pore shrinking and sebum secretion regulation during use, but the anti-allergy, anti-inflammation and repairing effects are poor, and skin is easily damaged.
Patent document CN110302135A discloses a mild acne cream containing niacinamide, centella asiatica extract, scutellaria baicalensis extract, white willow bark extract and the like, which mostly adopts natural ingredients, greatly reduces irritation to skin, solves the problem from the root, enhances the acne removing effect, can achieve the purpose of repairing acne marks after long-term use, is mild and low in irritation, but has the problems of non-lasting effect and easy recurrence.
Through search, no composition of nicotinamide, a bacillus fermentation product, a SCUTELLARIA ALPINA (scutelaria ALPINA) flower/leaf/stem extract, a centella asiatica extract, oligopeptide-1, salicylic acid and a SALIX ALBA (SALIX ALBA) bark extract and an application of the composition in acne-removing cosmetics are found at present.

Thirdly, an experimental method: 28 healthy adult New Zealand rabbits meeting the requirements are randomly divided into 7 groups, and 4 rabbits in each group are subjected to the same-body left-right self-comparison method. Depilating two sides of the back of a New Zealand rabbit 24 hours before the experiment, wherein the range is 4cm multiplied by 4cm, and leaving the skin of the depilated area without injury for a complete skin test; the skin in the unhairing zone is cut by a blade with a plurality of # shapes until the degree of blood seepage is reached, and the skin is reserved for a damaged skin test. The depilatory areas of the normal skin and the damaged skin on the left side are coated with 0.5ml of physiological saline as blank control, the depilatory areas of the normal skin and the damaged skin on the right side are coated with 0.5ml of the solutions of the examples 1-5 and the solution of the comparative example 4 respectively, the depilatory areas are covered with 1 layer of gauze and one layer of wax paper, and then fixed by non-woven fabric air-bonding and non-irritant adhesive plaster. After 4h the cover was removed and the remaining test sample was removed with warm water. The same method is applied 1 time per day at the same time for 7 days. The skin was observed and recorded for erythema, edema, bleeding points, etc. and the time of occurrence and regression thereof 1h after each removal of the test article and before reapplication. After the last application, the test site was observed and recorded for erythema and edema 1, 24, 48, 72 hours after removal of the test article.
Skin irritation response scoring criteria: no erythema score 0, mild erythema (barely visible) score 1, moderate erythema (clearly visible) score 2, severe erythema score 3, purplish red erythema to mild eschar score 4; no edema was scored at 0 point, mild edema (barely visible) at 1 point, moderate edema (markedly elevated) at 2 points, severe edema (1 mm of skin with clear contour) at 3 points, and severe edema (1 mm or more of skin with enlargement) at 4 points.
Skin irritation response score mean (total score for erythema and eschar + total score for edema)/total number of experimental animals, with the score for each group being the highest for different observation times. Skin irritation intensity grading criteria: score <0.5, no irritation; score 0.5 to <2.0, mild irritability; scoring for 2.0-6.0, and moderate irritation; score >6.0, strong irritation. The results of the experimental scoring are shown in table 3.
TABLE 3 evaluation results of acne removing patch aerosol skin irritation reaction experiment
As can be seen from the experimental data in Table 3, the skin of the New Zealand rabbits in the embodiments 1 to 5 and the blank control group of the invention have no irritation such as erythema and edema, and the average reaction irritation strength scores are both 0; the liquid of the comparative example 4 shows obvious visible erythema within 1-24 hours after the application, but returns to normal within 48 hours, has a score average of 0.5 and has slight irritation.
Compared with the skin damage group 4, obvious visible erythema edema appears within 1-24 h and completely returns to normal within 48h, and no erythema or edema appears in other groups except dark red scab appearing after the blade scratches the normal skin.
Therefore, it can be seen that the solutions of examples 1 to 5 of the present invention are safe and non-irritating to the skin when used, and the experimental data of examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 4 can prove that the SCUTELLARIA ALPINA (scutelaria ALPINA) flower/leaf/stem extract has the effect of significantly relieving irritation of the material components such as salicylic acid and phenoxyethanol to the skin.
