The working principle of the invention is as follows: pouring processed and mixed medicinal powder into the square pushing plate 3, starting a hydraulic cylinder 27, driving a reciprocating pressing plate 2 to move downwards at the highest position by the extension of the hydraulic cylinder 27, pushing the square pushing plate 3 to slide on a slide rail 11 in the direction away from a tablet making through hole 12 by a push-pull rod I26 in the downward movement process of the reciprocating pressing plate 2, so as to push the mixed medicinal powder into the tablet making through hole 12, and meanwhile, continuously pressing the reciprocating pressing plate 2 downwards to enable a tablet making pressing column 21 to move in the direction of a fixed column 41, and compressing the mixed medicinal powder into tablets in the tablet making through hole 12 by the tablet making pressing column 21 and the fixed column 41, wherein the square pushing plate 3 is positioned at the end part of the slide rail 11 away from the tablet making through hole 12, and at the moment, the medicinal powder raw material is optimally added into the square pushing plate 3;
then the hydraulic cylinder 27 contracts, the reciprocating pressing plate 2 is pulled to move upwards, in the process of pulling the reciprocating pressing plate 2 to move upwards, the limiting block 431 slides in the air pressure cylinder 24, the limiting block 431 and the air pressure cylinder 24 are relatively sealed due to the size of the limiting block 431 being matched with that of the air pressure cylinder 24, the air pressure cylinder 24 moves upwards under the resistance of air pressure to drive the limiting block 431, the fixed slide rod 43 and the ejection structure fixing plate 4 to move upwards, so that the fixed column 41 ejects the tablet compressed and formed in the tablet through hole 12 upwards from the tablet through hole 12, then the reciprocating pressing plate 2 continues to move upwards to pull the frame pushing plate 3 to slide on the slide rail 11 to one side of the extension plate 14 through the push-pull rod 26, and the ejected medicine is ejected from the slide rail 11 and the extension plate 14 to the discharge filter plate 45 by the frame pushing plate 3;
then the hydraulic cylinder 27 extends to push the reciprocating pressing plate 2 to move downwards, the same limiting block 431 slides relatively in the air pressure cylinder 24, under the condition that the air pressure is relatively sealed, the limiting block 431 pushes the fixed slide rod 43 and the ejection structure fixing plate 4 to move downwards, on the other hand, the ejection structure fixing plate 4 also moves downwards under the restoring action of the thrust spring 411, the fixed column 41 moves to the bottom end of the tablet making through hole 12, the tablet making through hole 12 is vacated, the block material pushing plate 3 moves on the slide rail 11 in the direction away from the tablet making through hole 12 under the thrust action of the first push-pull rod 26, and meanwhile, the tablet making through hole 12 is filled with the medicine powder in the block material pushing plate 3, so that tablets are processed circularly;
the tablet is by being followed ejection of compact filter 45 and is fallen the while, and the powder on the tablet can be followed and filtered out in filtering through-hole 451, and here, pop-up structure fixed plate 4 reciprocates, promotes ejection of compact filter 45 shake through push-and-pull rod two 46, is convenient for the tablet to slide from ejection of compact filter 45 and falls.
Example 2: referring to fig. 8 to 9, the embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that a storage bin 17 is disposed at an upper end of the slide 11, the storage bin 17 is located at an end of the slide 11 away from the sheet making through hole 12, an open slot 171 is disposed at a side of a bottom end of the storage bin 17 close to the sheet making through hole 12, and a bottom end of the open slot 171 is flush with an upper end surface of the slide 11.
The working principle is as follows: the mixed powder raw materials are loaded into the storage bin 17, and when the square push plate 3 moves into the open slot 171 from one side of the tablet-making through hole 12 on the slide rail 11, the square push plate moves out of the open slot 171, so that the powder in the storage bin 17 can be automatically loaded into the square push plate 3.
