As shown in fig. 1-8, a walking aid with a seat capable of assisting in standing comprises a walking aid, the walking aid comprises a frame body 1, a seat 2, a link mechanism 3, a locking mechanism 4, a brake device 6 and a traveling wheel arranged on the frame body 1, an armrest is arranged on one side of the frame body 1, the link mechanism 3 is fixedly mounted on the frame body 1 through bolts, the seat 2 is hinged with the link mechanism 3 and is positioned on one side of the frame body 1 far away from the armrest, and the locking mechanism 4 is fixedly connected with the link mechanism 3; the walking wheel comprises a universal wheel 51 and a directional wheel 52, the universal wheel 51 is arranged on one side of the frame body 1, and the directional wheel 52 is arranged on the other side of the frame body 1 through a brake device 6.
The frame body 1 comprises a support frame 11 and an expansion frame 12 symmetrically arranged on the support frame 11 relative to the seat 2, and the handrail is arranged on the expansion frame 12 and positioned at one end far away from the seat 2; two link mechanisms 3 are arranged, and the two link mechanisms 3 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the seat 2 and are fixedly connected with the two telescopic frames 12 through bolts; the supporting frame 11 comprises a front side supporting leg 111 formed by extending downwards vertically and a rear side supporting leg 112 formed by extending downwards vertically, and the universal wheel 51 is mounted on the front side supporting leg 111; the orienting wheel 52 is mounted on the rear leg 112.
The link mechanism 3 comprises a mounting plate 34, a hydraulic rod 35, a first link 31, a second link 32 and a third link 33, the mounting plate 34 is fixedly mounted on the telescopic frame 12, one end of the hydraulic rod 35 is hinged to one side of the mounting plate 34 far away from the seat 2, the middle position of the first link 31 is hinged to the mounting plate 34, one end of the third link 33 is hinged to the mounting plate 34, one end of the first link 31 is hinged to the hydraulic rod 35, the other end of the first link 31 is hinged to one end of the second link 32, and the hinged position of the first link 31 and the second link 32 is located at one end of the third link 33 close to the hinged position of the third link 33 and the mounting plate 34; one end of the second connecting rod 32 far away from the first connecting rod 31 is hinged with the seat 2; the third link 33 is movably connected to the seat 2 at an end remote from the first link 31.
The locking mechanism 4 comprises a locking piece 41, a first elastic piece 42, two first guide grooves 43 arranged on the two mounting plates 34 and a synchronous rod 44 connecting the two first guide grooves 43, wherein the first guide grooves 43 are arranged on the mounting plates 34 and positioned on two sides of the seat 2, two ends of the synchronous rod 44 respectively penetrate through the first guide grooves 43 and are movably arranged in the first guide grooves 43, the synchronous rod 44 is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the seat plate part 21 through bolts or welding, the locking piece 41 is hinged on one mounting plate 34 and positioned on one side of the first guide grooves 43 on the mounting plate 34, the locking piece 41 is provided with a guide part 411 on one side close to the first guide grooves 43, and a locking groove 412 for locking the synchronous rod 44 is arranged on one side of the guide part far away from the first guide grooves 43; one end of the first elastic member 42 is connected with the mounting plate 34, and the other end of the first elastic member 42 is connected with the locking member 41; under the action of the first elastic member 42, the locking member 41 locks the synchronization rod 44 through the locking groove 412, and when the first elastic member is not elastically deformed, the lowest position of the first guide groove is flush with the lowest position of the locking groove; the first elastic member 42 is a spring in this embodiment, one end of the spring is fixed to the mounting plate 34 by a bolt, and the other end of the spring is fixed to the locking member 41 by a bolt.
In this embodiment, the locking member 41 is further provided with a pressing portion 413, and the pressing portion 413 is fixedly connected to the locking member 41 at a side of the locking member 41 away from the locking groove 412; the pressing portion 413 and the locking member 41 are disposed to extend perpendicularly outward, so that when a user needs to use the locking member 41, the user can adjust the state of the seat 2 by shifting or pressing the pressing portion 413 at one side of the locking member 41; as shown in fig. 7, a first locking hole 414 is provided for hinging the locking element to the mounting member 34, and a second locking hole 415 is provided for connecting the first elastic member 42 to the locking element 41.
The directional wheel 52 comprises a pulley 521 and a pulley shaft 522 for connecting the pulley 521, the pulley 521 is rotatably connected with the pulley shaft 522, one end of the brake device 6 is connected with the pulley shaft 522, and the other end of the brake device 6 is connected with the rear side support 112.
The brake device 6 comprises a brake guide rod 61, a brake pipe 62, a support leg connecting piece 63 and a second elastic piece 64, wherein the brake guide rod 61 is vertically welded and fixed on the top of the pulley shaft 522, the brake pipe 62 is provided with a through hole corresponding to the brake guide rod 61, and the brake guide rod 61 penetrates through and is movably arranged in the through hole of the brake pipe 62; the length of the brake guide rod 61 is greater than that of the brake pipe 62, and the distance H between the bottom surface of the brake pipe 62 and the pulley shaft 522 when the second elastic member 64 is in an uncompressed state is greater than the distance H between the lowest point of the rear side support leg 112 and the lowest point of the pulley 521 when the second elastic member 64 is uncompressed, otherwise, if H is less than H, even if the bottom surface of the brake pipe 62 abuts against the pulley shaft 522, the rear side support leg cannot be in contact with the ground, and further the brake anti-skid function cannot be realized; the second elastic piece 64 is arranged on the outer side of the brake guide rod 61, the upper end of the second elastic piece 64 is abutted against the bottom of the brake pipe 62, and the lower end of the second elastic piece 64 is abutted against the sliding shaft; one end of the support leg connecting piece 63 is welded and fixed with the brake pipe 62, and the other end of the support leg connecting piece 63 is fixedly connected with the rear side support leg 112. In this embodiment, one end of the brake guide rod 61 passes through and extends out of the through hole of the brake pipe 62, the upper end of the brake guide rod 61 is provided with a limiting hole 611 and a pin (not shown in the figure) correspondingly arranged in the limiting hole 611, and the brake pipe 26 is prevented from being separated from the brake guide rod 61 by the cooperation of the limiting hole 611 and the pin.
With the arrangement, the seat 2 is arranged at the other side of the frame body 1 relative to the armrests, so that the seat 2 is arranged at the rear side of the advancing direction of the walking aid, and when a user of the walking aid needs to use the seat 2 to rest, the user can sit down directly close to the seat 2 without going away from the seat 2 or turning around; at this time, the weight of the user leaning on the seat 2 is transmitted to the first link 31 through the second link 32 and the third link 33 in sequence, the first link 31 is hinged on the mounting plate 34, so that the first link 31 rotates to drive the hydraulic rod 35 to contract and then drive the first link 31 to rotate outwards, so that the second link 32 moves downwards, the third link 33 moves upwards to realize that the seat 2 moves backwards and downwards under the drive of the link mechanism 3, the synchronous rod 44 slides in the first guide slot 43 due to the fixed connection of the synchronous rod 44 and the seat 2, then the synchronous rod 44 contacts the guide part 411 of the locking piece 41 and drives the locking piece 41 to rotate through squeezing the guide part 411, and then the locking piece 41 drives the first elastic piece 42 to stretch; when the synchronization rod 44 enters the locking groove 412 after pressing and passing through the guide portion 411, the locking member 41 rotates to the original position under the elastic action of the first elastic member 42, so that the locking groove 412 is engaged with the synchronization rod 44, and the locking member 41 locks the synchronization rod 44 to enable the seat 2 to be in the locked state; when the seat 2 moves downwards, the hydraulic rod 35 contracts and generates certain resistance to the seat 2, so that the phenomenon that the seat 2 moves downwards too fast to cause the user to lose balance to cause accidents can be prevented; when a user sits on the seat 2 and moves downwards, the connecting rod mechanism 3 drives the rear side support leg 112 to move downwards along the length direction of the brake guide rod 61 through the brake pipe 62 along with the user sitting down, the upper support leg connecting piece 63 arranged on the rear side support leg 112 drives the brake pipe 62 to move downwards, and the brake pipe 62 extrudes the second elastic piece 64 to compress downwards on the brake guide rod 61 until the rear side support leg 112 abuts against the bottom surface; thus, after a user sits down, the brake device 6 drives the rear side supporting leg 112 to abut against the ground due to the pressure of direct weight, so that the rear side supporting leg 112 plays a role in braking and skid resistance on the walking aid; meanwhile, the seat 2 is arranged at one side of the brake device 6, after a user sits down, the gravity center of the walking aid is positioned at one side of the seat 2, so that the walking aid is not easy to slide, and after the walking aid slides accidentally, the user is not easy to lose control of the walking aid due to the directional wheels 52 connected with the brake device 6; when the user has a rest and needs to continue walking by using the walking aid, the locking piece 41 fixed in the locking mechanism 4 can be shifted, so that the locking piece 41 rotates on the mounting piece, the first elastic piece 42 is driven to stretch at the same time, the synchronous rod 44 is separated from the locking groove 412 of the locking piece 41, the locking piece 41 is contacted with the locking of the synchronous rod 44, at the moment, the seat 2 moves upwards and forwards under the hydraulic action of the hydraulic rod 35, the user can stand under the hydraulic action of the hydraulic rod 35 until the seat 2 is restored to the highest position, and therefore, even if the seat 2 is arranged on the rear side of the advancing direction of the walking aid, the leg lifting action of the user during walking cannot be influenced; in addition, when a user needs to sit on the seat, the fixed pulley can be blocked by the wall or other objects on one side of the directional wheel far away from the universal wheel, so that the condition that the walking aid slides when the user leans against and sits down on the seat and the rear side supporting feet do not contact with the ground is prevented, and further accidents are prevented.
The telescopic frame 12 comprises two telescopic rods 121 and a reinforcing rod 122, the two telescopic rods 121 are arranged in parallel and vertically welded and fixed with the support frame 11, and two ends of the reinforcing rod 122 are respectively and vertically and fixedly welded with the two telescopic rods 121; the link mechanisms 3 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the seat 2 and are fixedly connected with the telescopic rod 121 and the reinforcing rod 122 through bolts; the telescopic height adjustment of the telescopic rod is the prior art, and the telescopic height adjustment is not described in detail herein; above setting, the height of handrail is adjusted to accessible telescopic link 121, and simultaneously, stiffener 122 plays the additional strengthening to telescopic link 121 on the one hand, and on the other hand stiffener 122 still provides extra installation basis for mounting panel 34 for link mechanism 3 installs more firmly.

The seat 2 comprises a seat plate part 21, a leaning part 22 and a seat connecting frame 23, wherein the leaning part 22 is fixedly connected with the seat plate part 21 through the seat connecting frame 23, and two ends of the seat connecting frame 23 are fixedly connected with the leaning part 22 and the seat plate part 21 through bolts respectively; a second guide groove 221 which is vertically arranged is arranged at one side of the leaning part 22 of the seat 2, which is connected with the third connecting rod 33, and a guide shaft 222 which is movably arranged in the second guide groove 221 is arranged at one end of the third connecting rod 33, which is close to the seat 2; the second connecting rods 32 are respectively hinged at two sides of the seat plate part 21; with the above arrangement, when the seat 2 is not used, the second link 32 drives the seat plate portion 21 of the seat 2 to push the seat 2 upward and forward, and the third link 33 drives the guide shaft 222 to slide in the second guide groove 221 to the lowest position, so that when the seat 2 is not used, the seat 2 can be located at a higher position, and the leg raising action when the seat 2 obstructs the walking of a user is further avoided; when a user sits on the seat 2, the force applied to the seat part 21 is transmitted through the second link 32, meanwhile, the third link 33 drives the guide shaft 222 to slide to the highest position in the second guide groove 221, the leaning part 22 transmits a part of the force applied to the seat 2 through the third link 33, in this way, the force applied to the seat 2 is transmitted through the second link 32 and the third link 33 respectively, and the connection between the seat 2 and the link mechanism 3 is more stable.
The link mechanism 3 is further provided with a limiting rod 36 between the two mounting plates 34, and when the synchronizing rod 44 is positioned at the lowest position of the first guide groove 43, the limiting rod 36 is abutted against the bottom surface of the seat plate part 21; above setting, on the one hand, gag lever post 36 plays limiting displacement to seat 2, prevents that the user's weight from too big striking the lower of first guide way 43 and causing the damage, and on the other hand, when synchronizing bar 44 joint was in locking recess 412, gag lever post 36 played the supporting role with the bottom surface butt of seat board portion 21 to seat 2 for seat 2 is more stable when the user sat at seat 2.
The first guide groove 43 is arc-shaped, and the first guide groove 43 penetrates through the mounting plate 34; the lower end of the first guide groove 43 is at the same height as the locking groove 412 so that the first guide groove 43 matches the moving track of the synchronizing bar 44.
The directional wheel 52 comprises two pulleys 521 and a pulley 521 shaft for connecting the two pulleys 521, the two pulleys 521 are respectively rotatably connected with the pulley 521 shaft at two sides of the pulley 521 shaft, and the brake guide rod 61 is arranged on the pulley 521 shaft and between the two pulleys 521; with the above arrangement, the brake guide rod 61 is disposed on the axle of the pulley 521 and between the two pulleys 521, and the forces applied by the brake guide rod 61 are respectively transmitted to the pulleys 521 on two sides of the axle of the pulley 521, so that the brake device 6 and the directional wheel 52 have more stable structures.
An annular through hole connecting part matched with the rear side support leg 112 is arranged at one end of the support leg connecting part 63 connected with the rear side support leg 112, adjusting through holes 1121 are vertically arranged on the support legs of the connecting part of the rear side support leg 112, an elastic bolt 1122 is arranged on one side of the annular connecting part 631 corresponding to the adjusting through holes 1121, and the support leg connecting part 63 is inserted into the annular adjusting through hole 1121 through the elastic bolt 1122 and sleeved on the rear side support leg 112 to be fixedly connected with the support legs; above setting, insert in adjusting through-hole 1121 on rear side foot 112 through elasticity bolt 1122 on the stabilizer blade connecting piece 63, on the one hand can directly cup joint on rear side foot 112 through cyclic annular connecting portion 631, make things convenient for brake equipment 6 to install on rear side foot 112, on the other hand, can also adjust the height of walking aid through adjusting elasticity bolt 1122 and the cooperation of not co-altitude adjusting through-hole 1121.

The working method of the auxiliary standing walking aid with the seat comprises the following steps:
(1) when a user needs to sit down for rest, the user sits down from the seat.

the frame body comprises a support frame and telescopic frames symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the support frame relative to the seat, and the armrests are arranged on the telescopic frames and located at one end far away from the seat; the two link mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the seat and are fixedly connected with the two telescopic frames respectively; the supporting frame comprises a front side supporting leg and a rear side supporting leg, the front side supporting leg extends downwards vertically to form the rear side supporting leg, and the universal wheel is mounted on the front side supporting leg; the directional wheel is arranged on the rear side support leg;
