The multifunctional standing-assisting chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the armrest frame comprises a first link, a second link, an armrest, a grip, a ratchet, a pawl, a spring, a shaft and a rotary switch, wherein the middle part of the armrest is rotatably connected to the upper end of the first link, the upper end of the second link is rotatably connected to the rear part of the armrest, the grip is fixedly disposed at the front end of the armrest, the ratchet is fixedly disposed on the first link, the pawl is engaged with the ratchet, the spring is fixedly connected to the pawl, the shaft is fixedly connected to the pawl, and the rotary switch is fixedly connected to the shaft.
