Abstract
本发明专利公开了一种ERCP术后残余胆管结石用取石器,具体涉及医疗器械的技术领域。一种ERCP术后残余胆管结石用取石器,包括外管和螺纹连接在外管一端的旋柄,所述旋柄上设有滑动连接在外管内的传动丝,所述传动丝外还包覆有与外管可拆卸连接的透明管,所述传动丝的自由端还连接有钢丝和位于钢丝自由端的密封头,所述钢丝上包覆有海绵,所述钢丝的两端周向等距分布有多根弧形导丝,所述密封头与透明管相卡合;所述外管上还设有鲁尔接头。采用本发明技术方案解决了现有的ERCP取石而无法将患者胆管结石清除干净的问题,可用于胆管结石的取出。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械的技术领域,特别涉及一种ERCP术后残余胆管结石用取石器。
背景技术
胆道结石是外科中的常见疾病,胆总管内的结石可以引起胆道梗阻继发黄疸、胆管炎甚至胰腺炎危及生命。胆管结石还可能并发胆汁性肝硬化、肝萎缩、肝脓肿等疾病。胆管结石的临床症状主要表现为上腹部疼痛。胆管结石的唯一治疗方法是手术治疗,即通过手术的方式将胆管内的结石取出或者打碎取出。常用的治疗方法有:①用金属硬质取石钳顺着胆管方向探查取石;②用橡胶导尿管插入各支胆管后进行冲洗;③用胆道镜取石。
在临床中患者经过ERCP取结石后,球囊加压造影提示患者胆管结石清除干净,但是采用胆管内置入SpyGlass方式观测,直视下仍可以观察到大量残余泥沙样结石或絮状物,A显示胆总管中残留4毫米结石;B显示胆总管中有大量碎石,胆汁淤泥和/或絮凝物;C显示胆总管中有少量碎石,胆汁淤泥和絮状物;D显示胆总管中有絮凝物;E显示胆总管中清洁。残余胆管结石会逐渐发展变大,最终甚至可能需要二次手术清除,对患者的身心均造成伤害。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种ERCP术后残余胆管结石用取石器,解决了现有的ERCP取石而无法将患者胆管结石清除干净的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种ERCP术后残余胆管结石用取石器,包括外管和螺纹连接在外管一端的旋柄,所述旋柄上设有滑动连接在外管内的传动丝,所述传动丝外还包覆有与外管可拆卸连接的透明管,所述传动丝的自由端还连接有钢丝和位于钢丝自由端的密封头,所述钢丝上包覆有海绵,所述钢丝的两端周向等距分布有多根弧形导丝,所述密封头与透明管相卡合;所述外管上还设有鲁尔接头。
进一步的,每根所述导丝均采用记忆合金制成。
通过上述设置,可使导丝移出透明管时保持相同的弧形,有利于提高本方案的效率,同时也避免导丝对患者的胆管产生损伤的情况。
与现有技术相比,本方案的有益效果:
1、本方案能够无创的将患者胆管内小块状结石或流沙状的碎石取出,不会对患者的胆管壁造成损伤;
2、本方案还能够将黏附在胆管上的泥沙状或絮状结石完全取出,防止细小沙石留存在胆管内继续长大,导致结石的复发,影响患者健康;
3、本方案可在不影响取石范围和效率的情况下,缩小进入患者体内的外管的直径,有利于医生的操作和简化取石的难度。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:外管1、旋柄2、鲁尔接头3、传动丝4、透明管5、钢丝6、海绵7、导丝8。
实施例
如附图1所示:一种ERCP术后残余胆管结石用取石器,包括外管1和螺纹连接在外管1左端的旋柄2,外管1上靠近旋柄2的一侧还设有鲁尔接头3,旋柄2的中心固定连接有滑动连接在外管1内的传动丝4,传动丝4的自由端还包覆有与外管1自由端粘接的透明管5,传动丝4的自由端还连接有钢丝6和位于钢丝6自由端的密封头,密封头与透明管5自由端的管口相卡合,同时密封头的直径小于透明管5的外径,钢丝6上包覆有海绵7,钢丝6的两端周向等距分布有多根弧形导丝8,本实施例中导丝8的数量采用四根,每根导丝8均采用记忆合金制成。
本方案的工作过程:将透明管5置于患者的胆管内,然后转动旋柄2使传动丝4带动钢丝6、包覆在钢丝6外的导丝8和密封头移出透明管5外,此时导丝8恢复弧形而围合成类似于空心的灯笼,同时钢丝6伸出透明管5后其上的海绵7膨胀,利用海绵7来对絮状、泥沙状的结石进行吸附清除;而导丝8可较好的约束海绵7的膨胀程度,同时也能对患者的胆管进行保护。导丝8采用记忆合金材料,可有效的在使用过程中维持稳定的形状。

1.一种ERCP术后残余胆管结石用取石器,其特征在于:包括外管和螺纹连接在外管一端的旋柄,所述旋柄上设有滑动连接在外管内的传动丝,所述传动丝外还包覆有与外管可拆卸连接的透明管,所述传动丝的自由端还连接有钢丝和位于钢丝自由端的密封头,所述钢丝上包覆有海绵,所述钢丝的两端周向等距分布有多根弧形的导丝,所述密封头与透明管相卡合;所述外管上还设有鲁尔接头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种ERCP术后残余胆管结石用取石器,其特征在于:每根所述导丝均采用记忆合金制成。
