本发明提供了一种环保水性无机防腐复合材料,其原料按照按重量份计为:陶瓷微粉:20%、硫酸钙10%、高分子10%、防水粉10%、云母粉12%、胶凝粉30%、硫酸铝3%、钛白粉5%。本发明由多种无机化合物超细矿物微粉组成,材料和水混合后,即可产生水化反应进而形成一种有强键结的致密黏性胶状物,当此黏性胶状物与钢铁、混凝土结合时,它优良的致密性使结合体与腐蚀气体和水完全隔离,达到长久的耐腐蚀性、耐候性、防水等功能。

技术领域
本发明属于防腐涂料,具体涉及一种环保水性无机防腐复合材料。
背景技术
现在市场上的防腐涂料多为有机产品,含有大量有机溶剂,易燃、易爆,有刺鼻气味,危害施工人员身体健康,对基底要求严格,需喷砂除锈,否则容易起鼓脱落,只适用于常温环境中,维修施工繁琐,需将旧漆面磨除。市场上的防腐涂料分为:油性防腐涂料和水性防腐涂料;油性防腐涂料是以有机物质作为主要溶剂,主要存在环保问题。水性防腐涂料以水作为主要溶剂,水性防腐涂料因水是他们是主要溶剂,水也可以用来清洗和稀释水性涂料,它们几乎没有溶剂味道,一直以来存在待解决主要有以下几个方面的问题:水性防腐蚀涂料普遍存在固含量低的缺点,固含量低将使生产厂家的成本加大;单一体系的防腐蚀涂料功能比较单一,在应用上存在一些缺点;水性涂料对底材表面清洁度和施工过程的要求较高,因水的表面张力大,所以污物易使涂膜产生缩孔;水性涂料对抗强机械作用力的分散稳定性差,输送管道内的流速急剧变化时,分散微粒被压缩成固态微粒,使涂膜产生麻点;
水性防腐蚀涂料从根本上说是借助于成膜树脂的亲水化。树脂亲水化途径有自乳化与外乳化两种。无论哪种途径都必须引进含亲水性官能团的物质,在自交联体系中,涂料成膜一般亲水官能团依然游离,并没有交联转化成疏水链段,这样不可避免会影响涂膜的耐介质性、耐腐蚀性等性能。如何将这些亲水官能团在成膜后转化为疏水基团是当前研究工作需要高度关注的问题之一;由于水性体系中使用了乳化剂和其他小分子助剂,可能对环境存在一定的影响,有待寻找新型高性能乳化剂和其他助剂使涂料在使用过程中更加环保。
发明内容
本发明为解决现存问题提供了一种环保水性无机防腐复合材料,由多种无机化合物超细矿物微粉组成,材料和水混合后,即可产生水化反应进而形成一种有强键结的致密黏性胶状物,当此黏性胶状物与钢铁、混凝土结合时,它优良的致密性使结合体与腐蚀气体和水分完全隔离,达到长久的耐腐蚀性、耐候性、防水等功能。水性无机防腐复合材料以其独特的结构和组成显示了其突出的性能特征。

具体实施方式
一种环保水性无机防腐复合材料,其原料按照按重量份计为:陶瓷微粉:20%、硫酸钙10%、高分子10%、防水粉10%、云母粉12%、胶凝粉30%、硫酸铝3%、钛白粉5%。所述氧化镁细度为200目;所述氧化铝细度为300目;所述钛白粉细度为300目;所述云母粉细度为400目;所述白云石细度为200目,所述胶粉细度为300目。
上述技术方案所述水性无机防腐复合材料的使用方法,具体为为:
上述比例制得的无机防腐涂料与水的质量比按照1:0 .65使用,先取一定量的无机防腐涂料,用搅拌器按照40转/分的速度搅拌的同时加入水,直到水与无机防腐涂料混合均匀,再将搅拌器的转速调120转/分搅拌4分钟,充分搅拌后静置10分钟,用300目滤网过滤后在规定的混合寿命内使用。
所述的混合使用寿命为:在温度10℃时,需在1小时内使用。
本发明的有益效果为:
相对于水性防腐涂料来说水性无机防腐复合材料是以水泥做载体与其它矿物
质共同作用的纯无机防腐材料 ,不含有任何有毒物质 ,其生产对环境污染很小,能耗低,无 环境和健康方面的不良影响。
本发明所述的涂料使用时和水混合后,即可进行化学反应进而形成一种具有强健结的致密黏性胶状物,而此黏性胶状物可长期耐受酸碱性腐蚀并且粘结牢固不易剥离、脱落,当此黏性胶状物与钢铁、混凝土等材料结合后,它优良的致密性使结合体与腐蚀气体和水分完全隔离,达到长久的耐腐蚀性、耐候性、防水等功能。
优异的耐候性:本发明没有有机物质,所以在太阳的照射下不存在被氧化和粉化的问题,与其它有机底漆涂料相比较,不会产生老化和降解作用。
低表面处理:本发明对基底表面除锈标准要求不高,只需达到ST2除锈标准即 可,涂层成膜后形成一道致密保护层,使基底不受任何腐蚀气体及水的腐蚀。
无毒环保:有机油漆生产时一些化工成分容易残留在地下水土以及大气环境中,严重污染人类生产生活的自然环境。有机油漆施工时散发大量刺鼻有机挥发物对施工人员的身体健康危害很大。若涂刷有机油漆的区域失火油漆会被引燃产生大量有毒气体。
本发明材料是天然无机矿粉组成,原材料都取之于自然界。在生产、施工时对周围环境和人体健康造成的危害极低。不易燃烧,对其涂刷区域有防火不燃的保护作用。

1.一种环保水性无机防腐复合材料,其特征在于:原料按照按重量份计为:陶瓷微粉:20%、硫酸钙10%、高分子10%、防水粉10%、云母粉12%、胶凝粉30%、硫酸铝3%、钛白粉5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保水性无机防腐复合材料,其特征在于:所述氧化镁细度为200目-300目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保水性无机防腐复合材料,其特征在于:所述氧化铝细度为200目-300目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保水性无机防腐复合材料,其特征在于:所述钛白粉细度为300目-400目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保水性无机防腐复合材料,其特征在于:所述云母粉细度为500目-600目。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保水性无机防腐复合材料,其特征在于:所述白云石细度为200目-300目。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保水性无机防腐复合材料,其特征在于:所述胶粉细度为200目-300目。
8.一种权利要求1-7任意一项所述环保水性无机防腐复合材料的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
上述比例制得的无机防腐涂料与水的质量比按照1:0 .65使用,先取一定量的无机防腐涂料,用搅拌器按照40-60转/分的速度搅拌的同时加入水,直到水与无机防腐涂料混合均匀,再将搅拌器的转速调120-150转/分搅拌5分钟,充分搅拌后静置10分钟,用300目滤网过滤后在规定的混合寿命内使用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的使用方法,其特征在于:所述混合使用寿命为:在温度10-40℃时,需在1-2小时内使用。
