Connected to the outlet of the duct is a responsive electrically controlled air valve which controls the air grid of the honeycomb and control surface and acts as a seal to prevent the intrusion of external fluids into the internal structure. The honeycomb device is a block with compact holes, can rectify the pressed-in gas, when external liquid contacts the honeycomb device, the rectified air can form bubbles at the outer holes and is pressed out, and the pressed-out bubbles can pass through an air grid with larger size relative to the honeycomb holes and then diffuse in the direction of the air grid arrangement to generate an air curtain. The water channel outlet is connected with an electric control safety valve and a throttle valve near the bottom of the rudder post, the safety valve and the air valve are simple electric control valves, and the throttle valve is a structure which utilizes a motor to provide torque to realize the rotation of the camshaft to adjust the position of the attached slide block. The slide block can reciprocate on a slide rail for cutting off the water channel, and can change the section of the water channel at the position by adjusting the relative position of the slide block and the water channel, thereby controlling the flow. And a spring which can provide restoring force is arranged on the other side of the protruding shaft relative to the sliding block, so that support is provided for the sliding block to move in two directions.
