Abstract
The invention relates to a heating boiler with an inner furnace cleaning function, which comprises an outer furnace and an inner furnace which are integrated; the bottom of the outer furnace is provided with an annular groove, and a main cushion frame is slidably arranged on the annular groove; the main cushion frame is connected with an annular deflection component; the main bolster is provided with a lifting driving assembly, the lifting driving assembly is connected with a U-shaped lifting frame, and the lifting frame is connected with a washing control assembly. The invention has ultrahigh automatic cleaning efficiency, so that the whole operation process has relatively less manual participation and is relatively labor-saving. In addition, the automatic conversion of the dual cleaning states can be controlled, so that the whole internal area of the heating boiler inner furnace can be automatically cleaned, and the functional type and the practicability are relatively strong.

The washing control component consists of a deflection control component, a bottom washing component and a brush; the deflection control assembly consists of an arc rod, a bearing frame, a guide rail, a movable block, a hydraulic cylinder and a steel frame. The brushing control component realizes the conversion of two cleaning states by changing the state of the brush. The brush consists of a brush handle and brush bristles.
The bearing frame is rotatably arranged at the lower end of the lifting frame, the hairbrush is hinged to the lower end of the bearing frame, a brush handle of the hairbrush is connected with the arc rod in a welding mode, a front convex block is arranged on the upper portion of the arc rod, and a connecting groove which is matched with the front convex block in a sliding mode and is hinged to the movable block is formed in the movable block.
The circle center position corresponding to the arc rod is matched with the hinge point positions of the brush and the bearing frame.
The guide rail and the steel body frame are fixedly arranged on the bearing frame, the guide rail is in vertical sliding fit with the movable block, the hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the upper portion of the steel body frame, and the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the movable block.
The upper end of the steel body frame is provided with a convex block; the bottom washing assembly consists of a cylinder, an extension frame and a push block; the extension frame is welded on the lifting frame, the cylinder is installed on the extension frame, the cylinder is connected with the push block, and the push block is provided with a clamping groove which is matched with the convex block in a sliding and hinged mode.
The lifting frame is provided with a side groove which is in sliding fit with the push block.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The washing control component consists of a position changing control component, a bottom washing component and a brush 12; the displacement control assembly is composed of a circular arc rod 13, a carrying frame 11, a guide rail 14, a movable block 15, a hydraulic cylinder 17 and a steel frame 16. The lifting frame 7 is provided with a side groove 7a which is in sliding fit with the push block 18.
Before use, the brush 12 may be first stained with a cleaning agent.
When the device is used, on one hand, the screw rod 5 can be directly driven to rotate forwards and backwards through the first motor 4, the lifting frame 7 and the hairbrush 12 can be driven to slide up and down, and in the sliding process, the hairbrush 12 can be used for brushing and cleaning a linear area on the inner wall of the inner furnace 2, namely cleaning in the first state is realized.
Furthermore, the movable block 15 can be pulled upwards by the hydraulic cylinder 17 to drive the arc rod 13 and the brush 12 to rotate 90 degrees, i.e. the bristles of the brush 12 are changed from facing the inner wall of the inner furnace 2 to facing the inner bottom surface of the inner furnace 2, then the lifting is controlled to ensure that the bristles of the brush 12 are attached to the inner bottom surface of the inner furnace 2, the push block 18 is continuously pushed and pulled by the cylinder 20, the bearing frame 11 and the brush 12 can be controlled to swing, and the purpose of washing and cleaning a part of the inner bottom surface of the inner furnace 2 can be realized, namely the cleaning under the second state is completed.
Further, the second motor 9 drives the transmission gear 10 to rotate by a rated angle, namely, the annular gear 8 and the brush 12 can be controlled to rotate by a rated angle for feeding. The whole inner part of the inner furnace of the heating boiler can be automatically cleaned by controlling the rotation feeding of the brush 12 and the washing work under the two states to be alternately carried out.
