Description

Be used for portable device that disappears of cold chain commodity circulation to kill
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cold-chain logistics, and relates to a portable sterilizing device for cold-chain logistics.
Background
Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the safety problem of cold chain logistics draws more and more attention of people, and particularly, the case that new coronavirus is detected in cold chain food for many times during epidemic situations pushes the safety problem of cold chain logistics to the wave tip of an air opening. The safety problem of cold chain logistics mainly comes from the fact that bacterial viruses can survive for a long time under low temperature conditions, and have strong infectivity after human body contact, so that food poisoning is caused, life is seriously even threatened, and large-scale public safety problems are caused by some infectious bacterial viruses. Therefore, the cold-chain logistics sterilization work is an important link in a cold-chain logistics system, and the cold-chain logistics food is sterilized before being delivered to the hands of consumers, so that the spread of viruses and bacteria is prevented.
At present, cold chain logistics sterilization is mainly performed in centralized sterilization links such as storage and transportation, but as personnel participate in the decentralized sales of cold chain food, bacteria and viruses are mixed into the cold chain logistics sterilization links again, but the cold chain logistics sterilization links are open to the public in the decentralized sales links, closed sterilization cannot be achieved, and therefore devices suitable for the sterilization links are lacked in the links, and leaks occur in a cold chain logistics sterilization system.
The existing cold-chain logistics sterilization device mainly adopts an ultraviolet technology, a disinfectant spraying technology and a plasma technology, the ultraviolet sterilization technology has no continuous sterilization capability, the maintenance cost is high, and the sterilization efficiency is low. The ultraviolet sterilization technology has no continuous sterilization capability, high maintenance cost and low sterilization efficiency; the spraying and sterilizing effect of the disinfectant is in direct proportion to the harm to human bodies and the environment, namely the higher the concentration of the disinfectant is, the better the sterilizing effect is, but the greater the harm to the human bodies and the environment is.
The plasma killing technology mainly adopts two discharge forms of jet flow and dielectric barrier discharge, wherein the jet flow can realize the surface killing of a complex structure, but the processing area is small, and the large-area sterilization is difficult to realize; and the dielectric barrier discharge can realize the killing of a large area of a processing area, but the killing effect on the surface of a complex structure is not ideal. These two methods cannot simultaneously achieve large-area and complex-structure treatment, and when large-area treatment is desired, the size of the reactor must be increased, which leads to an increase in the size and cost of the apparatus.
The plasma activated hydrogen peroxide solution has strong killing capacity, but the existing device adopts an arc discharge mode, has violent discharge, is easy to corrode in atmosphere when an electrode is exposed in a discharge area, and is driven by a large-volume high-power high-frequency alternating current power supply, so that the portability and the energy utilization efficiency of the plasma device are reduced.
Because the link is killed in the concentration such as mainly used storage and transportation, the device volume is generally big partially, and owing to the drawback of adopting the technique, if harm human and environmental safety, the ability of killing is limited, the limit scheduling problem is killed in the elimination, can't be applicable to cold chain commodity circulation dispersion and sell the link, consequently, environmental protection, high-efficient, low-cost, portable device is killed and needs urgent development.
