Abstract
The invention provides a portable plasma disinfection and sterilization device which comprises a disinfection box, a plasma generator and a spray head, wherein the disinfection box comprises a liquid storage box and an installation box which are fixedly connected, a liquid injection port is formed in the top of the liquid storage box, a booster pump and a power supply for supplying power are arranged in the installation box, the bottom of the liquid storage box is communicated with a liquid inlet of the booster pump, a liquid outlet of the booster pump is connected with a liquid outlet pipeline, the liquid outlet pipeline extends out of the installation box and is communicated with the plasma generator, and the plasma generator is communicated with the spray head. The invention effectively improves the sterilization effect by generating and using the disinfectant containing the plasma for sterilization, has short action time, avoids secondary pollution to the environment and can degrade harmful and toxic gases in the air.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the portable plasma sterilization equipment provided by the invention comprises a sterilization box, a plasma generator 4 and a spray head 9;
the disinfect box includes fixed connection's liquid reserve tank 1 and install bin 2, and 1 top of liquid reserve tank is equipped with annotates the liquid mouth, is equipped with booster pump 5 in the install bin 2 and is used for the battery 3 of power supply, the inlet intercommunication of 1 bottom of liquid reserve tank and booster pump 5, and the liquid outlet of booster pump 5 is connected with drain pipe 6, and drain pipe 6 stretches out install bin 2 and communicates with plasma generator 4, plasma generator 4 and shower nozzle 9 intercommunication.

According to the invention, the plasma is generated by the plasma generator 4, so that the sprayed disinfectant contains the plasma, the sterilization and disinfection effects are effectively improved, the action time is short, the disinfectant continuously works, the secondary pollution to the environment is avoided, and meanwhile, harmful and toxic gases in the air can be degraded.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to increase the activity of the effective components of the disinfecting liquid and thus improve the disinfecting effect of the disinfecting and sterilizing apparatus, in a specific embodiment, the disinfecting and sterilizing apparatus further comprises a heating pipeline 12 for heating the disinfecting liquid, and the heating pipeline 12 is arranged between the liquid outlet pipeline 6 and the plasma generator 4.
To facilitate heating, in a particular embodiment, the heating conduit 12 includes an inner tube coaxially disposed within an outer tube, and an annular heating fin disposed between the inner tube and the outer tube.
In order to improve the safety of use, in a specific embodiment, the annular heating plate is a PTC heating plate.
In order to facilitate the generation of plasma in the disinfecting solution, thereby improving the disinfection and sterilization effect, in a specific embodiment, the plasma generator 4 includes a plasma reactor and two plasma electrode plates oppositely disposed on the plasma reactor, the plasma reactor is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, the water inlet is communicated with the liquid outlet pipe 6 or the heating pipe 12, and the water outlet is communicated with the spray head 9.

In order to improve portability and convenience in use, in the embodiment, the portable plasma torch further comprises a housing 10 for holding the portable plasma torch, the housing 10 is in a gun shape, the spray head 9 is installed at a gun mouth of the housing 10, and the plasma generator 4 and the heating pipe 12 are arranged in the housing 10.
In order to further improve portability and facilitate use, in the embodiment, a butt 11 for fixing the housing 10 is provided on one side outer wall of the sterilization case.
In order to facilitate disassembly and maintenance, in a specific embodiment, the liquid storage box 1 and the installation box 2 are detachably and fixedly connected.
In order to improve the atomization effect and further improve the volatilization efficiency of the disinfectant, in a specific embodiment, the spray head 9 is an atomization spray head. The disinfectant is sprayed out through the atomizing nozzle to form fog drops with small diameter and even capable of being suspended in the air, the surface area is increased while the volume is kept, the contact probability with germs is improved, and waste is avoided.
In a specific embodiment, the atomizing nozzle adopts a stainless steel centrifugal atomizing nozzle. Compared with a direct-injection atomizing nozzle, the stainless steel centrifugal atomizing nozzle has smaller atomized particles under the same pressure, and compared with a gas-liquid two-phase atomizing nozzle, the nozzle does not need a gas source and can greatly reduce the noise of the whole machine.
In a specific embodiment, the booster pump 5 is a low noise and corrosion resistant booster pump.
For convenience of use, in the specific embodiment, the plasma generator further comprises a controller, and the controller is respectively connected with the plasma generator 4 and the booster pump 5 in a control mode. The operating personnel can control the booster pump 5 through the controller according to the characteristics (such as dryness and humidity, personnel intensity) of the prevention and control place, so that the appropriate pressure, flow and atomization degree are selected, and the utilization rate and the adaptation degree are improved.

8. A portable plasma sterilisation apparatus according to any one of the claims 1-7, characterised in that the nozzle head (9) is an atomising nozzle head, preferably a stainless steel centrifugal atomising nozzle.
9. The portable plasma sterilization apparatus according to claim 8, further comprising a controller, wherein the controller is respectively connected with the plasma generator (4) and the booster pump (5).
