Abstract

Through in vitro cell activity screening, the substitute tea product disclosed by the invention is found to have an inhibition rate of 14% or more on human liver cancer tumor cells (Bel7402) and an inhibition rate of 20% or more on human lung cancer tumor cells (A549) when the final concentration is 5 mug/ml.
